Family of four. Clean and comfortable. Review the parking recommendations, as I did, and it will save you a headache. Able to spot turtles and whales from the lanai. Would stay again.

We loved this location! It was perfect location for everything we wanted to do! Ocean views and whale watching in abundance. The condo was very clean. It has all the items you need for a wonderful stay. Owner is wonderful. She is very friendly and helpful!!

This condo was sparkling clean as was the gorgeous ocean in front of our balcony. Everything was lovely. For strong and confident swimmers, the water out front would be swimmable, with snorklers in the afternoon. We stayed on the lawn and in the pool. This small setting was perfect for our visit with our extended family staying in the unit next door. Neighborhood felt safe. Parking spot is small but people are very willing to accommodate swapping. Road noise was annoying at times but something can be done about that. Thank you for having us! Would love to stay again.

This condo and property were so CLEAN, cute, and quiet and had everything we needed. I saw in one of the reviews that said the condo didn't have an oven, the condo does have a microwave/convection oven which was great!!

This was our second visit to Hoyochi Nikko and we love the beautiful property. It is easy access to the water for snorkeling with the turtles. Plenty of chairs to sit and take in the views by the pool. The location is perfect as it is quiet but close to stores and food. This unit is wonderful. Super clean and beautifully updated. The lanai only has 2 chairs at the table and could use 1 more. Having air conditioning upstairs and in the downstairs bedroom kept the entire unit cool. A must for us. We will be back.

Great spot. Air conditioning in bedroom and loft. King bed in loft. No beach but short walk in the water around some rocks and a sea turtle or two to beach next door. All beaches in Hawaii are public. Only table for eating is on deck with two chairs. But why would you want to be inside? Nice pool and never crowded. We had a great vacation here. One thing - parking space is tight so don’t rent a full size car!

If I had the choice to stay any place on the island, I would choose here every single time. It is truly perfection. As beautiful as the pictures are, it is just stunning in person. The surrounding property is gorgeous and this unit could not more beautiful. I truly never want to leave! been to maui several times, this place is great and a good value. it is updated, crisp, and clean as seen in the photos. location is prime if you are looking for somewhere to stay oceanfront on the NW side of maui. the complex is very private and quiet. good communication from the host. parking a callout on the ad - it is tight, but not an issue. i am picky and would stay here again.

Maui is our favorite place to vacation and this condo has been our favorite place to stay yet! Gorgeously redone, exquisite detail, so clean and ready, everything you need (no oven but who needs that on vacation in Hawaii?!) best view ever, right on the water, everything was perfect. DEFINITELY need a low profile car - we highly recommend the Mini Cooper convertible we rented! Also, there is not a traditional sandy beach right out front, the water comes right up to the wall but there are stairs going down and you can get in the water (everyone does who is staying there). Plenty of lounge chairs on the grass above for relaxing by the water, you just won't be on a beach per se. My daughter and I were surprised about that as it wasn't what we expected but it turned out to be just fine no problem and such fun. SO many turtles you can even see them from the lanai of the unit the water is so clear! We also saw whales every day! Best vacation spot ever and the hosts are delightful to communicate with and so helpful if you ever have a question! We cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay!! The place was clean and as pictured. The parking spots aren’t the best but as long as you have a small car it’s fine. We were able to view multiple whales from the comfort of the living room. The complex is very quite and very well maintained. I would stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Clean and beautiful inside. Would have loved to have a swiffer or broom for the sand we tracked in and out inevitably being on the beach, towels etc. property was gorgeous and bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend and would come back again! We rented a jeep and swapped parking spots with another couple so wasn’t a big issue for us but it’s under a short overhang and a jeep wouldn’t fit. Property manager warned us about this but we had our hearts set on top down Jeep in Maui! :) loved how small the complex was. Very private and respectful guests and tenants. Used the BBQ and pool and went in the water… so many turtles right off the property all the time and some good snorkeling too!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!! -Ashley and Nick

Great location in Lahaina. Recently renovated unit is very nice. Literally steps from the ocean. And sea turtles love this beach!

Our family stayed at the property for a week just before Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. In the queen bedroom, at night, road noise was very audible. This might be an issue for light sleepers. One quirk is that there are only three chairs for the table. This made eating together or using the table problematic for our family of four. The AC worked very well. There is sliver of beach that made swimming in the ocean easy. The pool is not heated.

We had a great stay! Comfortable beds and very pretty property. Parking was difficult in the SUV get small rental car. Also no oven in kitchen. Other than those minor issues we had a great time. Sea turtles swam by daily and we saw whales further out.
