We loved this place! There was so much space for the 2 of us and the balcony with the ocean view and breeze was a dream! Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again. I was nervous about not having AC, but with the windows open, the wind kept it perfectly comfortable! We also didn’t have a car during our stay here but found the area to have plenty of walkable access to beaches, food, and shopping.

We really loved this condo. It had everything we needed for cooking some meals and enjoying the beach. We slept with the door open for a nice breeze and the condo was never too hot. The Rooster alarm clock does go off pretty early but we were able to go back to sleep most mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time on Kauai & at PK, & both booked through Vrbo. We love this condo complex for its location & quaintness. This place was lovely & well equipped with washer & dryer. The dishwasher was a suprise! The sound of the surf from the bed & the fountain from the couch reminded us we were in paradise.

This was our first time visiting Kauai and we loved it! It is very different from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, which is where we started our Honeymoon. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous and the wildlife was unreal (Monk Seals, Turtles and fish)! We also had a car for part of our visit, which gave us the opportunity to travel around the island to different spots including the hike
through the canyons, which was amazing. We will definitely be visiting Poipu again!

Enjoyed our patio view of the ocean, easy access to Poipu beach with its safe snorkeling, and proximity to the Beachhouse restaurant (make reservations early in your stay). Utilized the fully equipped kitchen for meals as well. Check in was very simple. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice place, good in every way. With all the unknowns in coming for the first time to this island, it's always a bet guess about how a place will turn out to be when we actually get there and see it. In this case we were greatly relieved to find it everything we might have wanted and more. Ten stars!

The location is very good but there were several glaring problems. 1- no ac 2- told it would sleep 4 but that is not true. The couch is not comfortable and the "futon" is a joke as far as sleeping is concerned. 3-The sun comes right in the bedroom at 5:30 or so and the unit desperately needs blackout curtains if you want to sleep past 5:30 am. We cannot recommend this unit until the above items are addressed. Now, it should also be noted that the unit was well stocked in all respects and the property is well maintained and the gardens are quite lovely. Best for two people assuming the corrections are made.

Property was very clean and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer in the room was awesome. The pool was a plus and being able to walk across the street to the beach for snorkeling. Would highly recommend.

Patty and Doug made our arrival very easy. The condo was well appointed with several new appliances and kitchen redo. They provided spices, cleaning materials, paper towels and bathroom toiletries. The lanai off the bedroom had a quiet view of Prince Kuhio Park and a great view of the ocean across the street. This is a good find.

Doug and Patti’s condo was more than comfortable and perfect for our island getaway. Very spacious with beautiful ocean views from the bedroom and lanai. The condo grounds are relaxing and beautiful with lush gardens and a koi pond with waterfall on the living room side. It was amazing, well appointed and the washer / dryer made a big difference for longer stays. We hope to be back soon!!

Great location. Easy walk to the beach, to renting snorkel gear, to a food truck. Not far from restaurants, etc. Beautiful view of ocean with perfect balcony for reading with a view. Hosts are super helpful.

Close to everything and area is fantastic! Complex is great - pool and bbq area - and close to everything! Short drive to most places on island (less than 30 minutes) except for the north side (Princeville). Unit had everything we needed and having a washer and dryer in unit was great!

Great property, location, and experience!
My wife and I have have visited Kauai 4 times now, and this was a special one. The property was clean, walking distance to great snorkeling, and was stocked with necessities. We can’t wait to come back :-)
