It has central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, a two-car enclosed garage, a washer/dryer, and views of the 18th fairway of the world-class Makai Golf Course. Along with high-quality appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the basics, the kitchen has a blender, mixer, rice cooker, crockpot, wok, and all the pots, pans, baking pans, bowls, serving pieces, and utensils you might need to enjoy cooking at your vacation home. Each bedroom is outfitted with a TV so guests can watch a movie before bed. For your outdoor fun, there are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys including boogie boards.

Very roomy, lots of beach chairs, etc. great area to stay, beautiful views! Only downside is to park in garage, kinda tight, if you have 2 cars! No on street parking.

The view from the lanai (back porch) was amazing. Overlooking the golf course, mountains and a beautiful waterfall. The house was clean and seemed to be a recent build. Location for a north shore stay was very good.

This place exceeded our wildest dreams! Impeccably clean, thoughtful layout, exceptionally well-built and wonderfully appointed. This place had everything we could've wanted including big, fluffy beach towels, two lanais, two car garage, office space, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment....amazing! Jump on this place!

Pictures don’t do justice. This place is spacier than what it looks like on line. There was always someone within reach and that always makes a vacation better knowing you can contact someone and they will reach you quickly. People complain of traffic but it didn’t wake any of us up. Thank you for allowing us to make memories as a family.

This is a nice and very well appointed townhouse in Princeville, our family really enjoyed it. Comfy beds, modern furnishings, great amenities. Lovely mountain view from the private back balcony, you could even see waterfalls in the mountains after rains. The pool and spa are really nice, and there's a big shallow section of the pool for the littles to splash around in. The unit was also very quiet which is something we enjoy about visiting Kauai, however, there's a somewhat busy (for Hawaii) road behind the balcony, so if you're sensitive to that bring some headphones for sitting out there. Our only real complaint is as another reviewer mentioned, the microwave is really funky, hopefully they'll update it soon or at least post instructions for how to use it properly.

This is a great spot in Princeville. The unit is in excellent shape and very well-equipped with beach equipment, kitchen supplies (including a Vitamix which is perfect for smoothies) and a crib. The view off the porch is of the mountains and golf course, and the pool isn't too far away. There is lots of space to spread out. The only consideration is that it is right next to a main road, so you definitely hear traffic noise on that side of the unit (which includes the master bedroom and porch). Highly recommend, especially for families!

Potential renters who are reading this because of the 1-star review, please read on. I can't say enough good things about this house. It was clean, had no weird smells, had lots of amenities and extras to make it feel like home. The one star review exists because it's the only way I can express my displeasure with the management company, Vacasa. They're terrible. We had two issues during the stay and one afterwards that Vacasa couldn't have handled any worse. Upon checking in we learned quickly that the internet password provided to us was incorrect. Also, the microwave was not a normal microwave. I communicated with Vacasa through the VRBO messaging system and asked for help with both items. We needed the correct password and some help on how to operate the microwave. Vacasa responded and asked if I could power cycle the router, which I did and the password still didn't work. I had work to do and needed internet for my lap top. Upon telling them that this didn't fix the problem they said they would "notify the local team." They didn't even acknowledge my question about the microwave. The following day I messaged them to say that I hadn't heard from the local team and that I really need the password. Vacasa then told me that they prioritize fixing problems by urgency and that my problem wasn't urgent enough to get quick attention. Remember, all I needed was the correct password. The next day I followed up again and they said there was nothing more they could do until the local team decided to help. I ended up going my whole stay without internet connection which was a huge pain when I needed to work at night. We stayed in three different places over two islands on our trip and at the end of the trip I realized that my Bose headphones were missing. I contacted the two other places I stayed and they quickly made an inquiry to see if they had the headphones. When I contacted Vacasa they said that there's a $25 fee for them to even ask the local team if my headphones were left behind. I told them that I had a $100/day fee for terrible service and they could expect a bill (obviously this won't happen). But what a joke that they wanted to charge me $25 to send an email when they couldn't provide me with basic service for my whole stay.

Condo was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect neighborhood for walks. Many paths. Can get to Foodlands grocery.by a 30 min walk. Very short drive to Hanalei. ** Need to know it is a second floor.condo with 18 steps up. (I saw an elderly gentleman struggling up the steps.of a similar condo across the way). Also fair bit of road.noise.

Excellent property! Spacious, clean, large balcony with very nice view of a waterfall off in the distance. Quiet, safe community feel to it. Comfortable over all - the beds were great! Equipt with most everything you need for a stay away from home. Convenient location. We would definitely stay here again! Communication was outstanding.

The condo is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Very comfortable and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had a nice walk in Princeville each morning—such a beautiful area. The condo could use a couple of items: a throw blanket in the living room and fresh boogie boards (the ones there 12/20/21 were all broken). Otherwise everything you need is there.
