We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was extremely ideal. It was magical to wake up early and sip coffee to the sound of birds in the forest just outside the window, and then run or walk down to the beach. We’re avid runners and walkers, so we loved being able to walk or run into Princeville to grab groceries or get a shaved ice. The property manager was so kind and responsive. It was also amazing to have a kind bed. We slept so well. I can’t recommend this spot enough. If we come back to Kauai, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We landed and had to fine this place in the dark - it was difficult as there was no "Hale Moi" sign as indicated. When we thought we found the spot we could only see a 200 apartment number. We realized later the 100 numbers were on the bottom of the condos that weren't visible when pulling in parking spot in pitch black.
The place was great. Extremely comfortable bed. Super cute place with great views (when clouds were'nt impeding the mountains). Lovely touches. Very clean and great comms with the property manager.
15 min walk to the beach. 3 min walk to Hideaway pizza was great (when it was open).
Felt safe in swanky "subdivision".

We just loved our stay here at Hale Moi #112A! It was very clean and cute as button. We immediately felt at home and had everything we needed. The view outside the lanai was outstanding! The property manager Martie was absolutely top notch and very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

The unit was surprisingly spacious, with a comfy bed and couch, a pleasant lanai, and a fully equipped kitchen. The view from the overlook was spectacular, and just steps away. Do reserve the shuttle in advance if you're planning to visit Haena Beach Park or Ke'e Beach. The fans provided good air circulation, and the a/c worked fine when we needed it. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

My husband and I loved our stay at Hale Moi. Our condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed having coffee with our jungle and mountain views. It was also Hideaway beach was a short 10 minute walk and we enjoyed spending many days relaxing and snorkelling there. We spotted sea turtles there on more than one occasion.
We also loved going for morning runs on the pathways in Princeville. Overall it was an amazing stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay as we explored the island but also wanted a place that felt like home at the end of the day. It had everything we needed, was quiet and comfortable, and was easy to book and check-in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely choose this place again!

We spent 5 days in this accommodation and were super happy with it. The apartment is super equipped with everything you need (snorkeling equipment etc.), clean and very lovingly decorated. We highly recommend a stay here.
A small negative aspect, you should not be too sensitive to noise. You can hear the neighbors. Half so bad but should be noted.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Reasonably priced, and we loved that there was a kitchen and a washer/ dryer. I loved sitting outside on the balcony looking out at the lovely view. It was so peaceful.
The check in process was seamless, and Martie’s communication was excellent.
The only downside to the peaceful quiet place was that the upstairs neighbour practiced musical instruments and singing for several hours continuously at the weekend that we were there, and once they started playing an instrument and singing around mIdnight, but stopped right away after we knocked on the ceiling. (It was fine and very quiet during the rest of the week though, so it might only be an occasional thing). Overall, we were very happy with this place.

Easy to access and close to many activities. One of the best sunset locations is a very short walk from the condo. Hanalei Bay is a short drive away. Beaches, restaurants, food trucks and shopping are all there. We found every thing we needed in the rental. The view of the mountains of Kaua’i was nice.

This is a studio not an one bedroom apartment. The title of ad was deceiving. Worse than that, this studio does not include a proper closet for your clothes. There is a half-open closet in the bathroom!! In which the host expects you to put your dress along with the beach chair and towels! There is even not enough room for clothes of two people to put inside it. We were in the island for a wedding and were truly disappointed and mad due to lack of proper closet. The host suggested us to hang our dresses on windows!The studio was not cleaned and was not ready for guests. The balcony was full of spiders web everywhere even on the furniture. We didn’t set foot on the balcony nor were able to open its door to enjoy outside weather, because of scary large spiders hanging in front of the door. The host stopped communicating with us after several messages, and even didn’t respond for check out questions!Overall, very disappointed. This stay caused us to not enjoy Kauai!Please consider booking somewhere else!

Unit was as described, comfortable, clean, very well stocked. Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Easy and friendly communication with property manager. Beautiful views of tree canopy and mountains, bird watching while sipping my coffee every morning. Close to walking path to beach and along golf course. Short drive to shops and Hanalei. Great little studio for two people. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as roosters can be loud but that’s a problem anywhere you stay. We loved sleeping with windows open and waking up naturally to the morning sunshine and birds singing.

We stayed one month. Very convenient for North Shore of Kauai. Condo very clean and comfortable. Peaceful, with view of trees & mountains. Extremely well-equipped kitchen; nice to have washer/dryer in unit. Only minor negative was some noise from upstairs unit.

This rental was perfect- it had everything we needed- comfortable bed, cold fridge, ice in the freezer, beach towels/chairs/cooler, laundry, wine opener, coffee maker, free parking spot onsite, and a big bathroom! I would have loved to stay longer here. It was peaceful out on the patio with a gorgeous view to wake up to every day. It was also really close to Hanalei and other restaurants, grocery store, coffee place, walking path, beaches, etc. The property manager is super friendly and really fast to respond which was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the north part of Kauai. From Ke’e Beach to the Kilauea Lighthouse and everything in-between is a short walk or short drive away. The listed amenities do not come close to what is provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a nice sized cooler were available to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, pancake mix, and anything else you might need.
The mountain views from the lanai was stunning, as it was from the kitchen or living room area. One of the best beaches I have ever been to was a very short distance away. Fantastic snorkeling with plenty of green sea turtles around. One of my 6AM snorkeling trips I wasn’t the first the first to arrive at the beach. A large green sea turtle beached herself. She was fine and went back into the water when the tide came up.
Great condo, great location. If we ever go back to Kauai we would love to stay here again. Only next time it will be for longer!

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay here. The photos describe the unit exactly. It is modern, comfortable and convenient to Queen's Bath, Hideaway Beach and enjoyable walks alongside the golf course on the Ka Haku shared-use path. Hanalei Bay and other north shore beaches are a short drive away. There was no noise from neighbors. Everything in the unit worked great, including the washer & dryer which we took advantage of so we could pack less. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, plates & glasses. Recommended highly!

We loved it! The space was sufficient in every way and the location in Princeville was perfect—especially the lanai overlooking a mass of jungle behind which rose volcanic mountain peaks. Being in the place and on the deck we felt completely secluded in mist and birdsongs. We could see our adjacent neighbors... but it was nice not to have views of rows and rows of other condos. We would pick this place again without hesitation.

Great property. Loved the views from the balcony. In quiet town of Princeville. We had many of our meals in the unit, and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. Two fantastic beaches are located right down the road. Room was clean; check-in was easy.

Directly across from the best snorkeling on Kauai (in the summer time). Walking distance to a decent pizza place (don’t believe the Google reviews). The location was well stocked with everything including a washer dryer in the building. We would stay there again.

We have always stayed at one of the large, time-share, condo complexes in Princeville but we SO preferred our time at Hale Moi. NOTE: If you REQUIRE a separate bedroom, this location doesn't have one!! It's all one big room with a full kitchen and laundry. There are separate areas but no separate room. But don't count this out if you don't absolutely need a separate room!! Also, this is the "Nene" suite which has all the listed amenities including a dedicated parking space, kitchen and washer/dryer.
Logistics couldn't have been easier - full communication from when we first rented the property to when we would be charged to check-in. No issues.
The view is incredible and, because you're living amongst the trees and not looking in a parking lot, you hear birds, see rainbows....amazing. Yes, you are very close to Princeville's main street but there is no traffic at night and were very aware of how very quiet it is there. And, step out of the parking lot onto the road and see the sunset at Bali Hai!
There is a fully appointed kitchen so you can cook. Washer/dryer for clothes....everything you need is in the Nene suite!
We'll certainly try to book this place again. Mahalo!!!

This is the perfect space for someone traveling solo or a couple. It provides the essentials- clean, stocked Kitchen, balcony, beautiful view. This is not a luxury stay but that doesn’t mean you don’t get great value for the cost. If you’re looking to explore the north side of the island, and know you’re not going to be someone who is spending much time indoors in your room, this a great place to call homebase.

I was planning to stay for 4 weeks so I was worried that one bed room would be frustrating, but I was able to stay without any problems. Recently renovated floors and beds were cleaner and more comfortable than expected. We stayed here for a few days in mid-January. It was clean, the property manager was responsive and it fit our needs perfectly. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and canceled all of our excursions and there just isn’t much to do around there for more than a day if you’re a tourist.

Princeville is a BEAUTIFUL area & the condo's location was great. The check in process was easy & smooth. The condo was well stocked with everything you need from beach chairs, towels, umbrellas for rain & beach as well as soft & hard coolers to extra for the bathroom etc. The kitchen was well stocked & everything really clean.
There is a quick walk to the Princeville resort beach, a steep climb down to a hidden beach or a short drive to a calm beach at Anini. Stores, restaurants & shops are close by.

Very nice little condo -- open format with one big room for the bed, dining table, and living room with an attached kitchen and a separate bathroom. Gorgeous lanai although we didn't use it much due to heavy rain during our stay. Kitchen was good for breakfast and lunch and the occasional dinner. Dishwasher laundry, AC, and cable all worked well. It was nice that they had beach towels, a bamboo mat, and beach chairs for us to take to the beach as well. When small issues came up the manager was responsive which was nice. We recommend!

Wonderful stay for our honeymoon. Views of the forest and mountains was stunning. The Princeville area is amazing as well. The resort down the street has a great bar with a deck that had amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Get there before sunset to stake a claim! The property was easy to find and very updated. Will definitely look this condo up when we come back!

This property was absolutely beautiful. From the modern design aspects of the condo to the views of the mountains. The Lanai is spacious with outdoors seating. Also the location in relation to beaches and other activities. The Princeville area is beautiful as well. The resort down the street is great for cocktails and small plates. Will definitely look for it's availability when we return!!

Had a lovely time staying here. The birds out on the balcony are so wonderful to listen to. The place is very clean and had everything we needed. We happened to be there during a heat wave and boy oh boy were we so thankful for the AC! Perfect location because I love to walk down to my fav snorkeling spot and the st Regis beach for sunsets! Loved this cute little condo :)
