Recently updated, lovely 2 bedroom, 2 story duplex condo located at the outskirts of Princeville on Hanalei Plantation rd. A 15 minute walk will get you to the ruins of the old Club Med and a short trail to the beach that fronts the infamous Princeville Hotel (due to it's fantastic view).The hotel has just reopened as The One and is a spectacular property to visit. The condo is also walking distance to the Princeville center which has a grocery store, a variety of places to eat and some shops. It’s just a 5 minute drive to Hanalei town and any portion of Hanalei Bay. I commonly start my day by zooming “down the hill” for a lovely morning walk on the bay. This was a gorgeous place, meticulously clean. The beds were super comfortable . There was everything we could have wanted to prepare meals, ample towels and toiletries , and even yoga mat and weights as a bonus! I highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. Nicest vrbo I’ve been to

This home was immaculately clean. She thought of everything within the home, including little travel care needs. It was a fantastic place to retreat to at the end of our days exploring. Host also have great advice and answered any questions or recommendations we asked for quickly. We are picky with the beds in places that we rent and the bed here was fantastic, we slept great. We loved that the parking spot assigned to the unit was right in front of it. I would highly recommend this home to anyone needing two bedrooms or less.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Kauai on vacation. Monique's place was the perfect place for us. Comfortable, roomy, attention to details was obvious, affordable, and just felt like we were at home!!

We loved our time in Princeville. The house was wonderful and was a perfect home base for our adventures around the north shore. The view of the mountain from the dining room and stairwell were breathtaking. It was so convenient to be so close to local shops and restaurants. We were even able to go to the monthly Night Market (second Sunday) on our first night there. Monique was great and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the island.

We loved our stay. It's one of the nicest short-term rentals we've ever encountered. The condo is incredibly spacious for two people. It was immaculate and came fully stocked with everything we could have needed. There is a dedicated parking space out front. We loved the neighborhood as well -- breathtaking views, cute downtown, beautiful beach. We would absolutely come back to this exact location and condo!

I couldn’t chose any other place to stay while visiting Kauai. This condominium offered me the BEST accommodation for ever! The communication between guest and property manager/owner was very awesome. While inside property everything is new, tidy and super clean. It’s was amazing having to wake up listing to the chickens clucking and the showering of the rain every morning, I love it! This place definitely place like home, I would definitely stay here over and over while visiting Kauai (North Shore).

My fiancé and I had a place booked months in advance and got canceled on the week before our arrival. Searching desperately we stumbled across Moniques listing and took a chance and we were glad we did! From the very beginning Moniques communication was exceptional! She called us the day we booked and informed us more about the property, area and activities to look into. The property was amazing, words and her pictures don’t do it Justice. My fiancé and I have traveled to almost 20 countries each and we both agreed that this was one of the BEST accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. It felt so much like home and Monique was ALWAYS available for any suggestions or questions we had about the island. For anyone flying to this island I’d recommend this stay! I can’t wait to come back because we’ll definitely be staying here!
