This was a wonderful condo: good size, well-stocked, clean, quiet, beautiful sunrise views. The location was perfect: literally nextdoor to a great snorkeling bay and a wonderful restaurant with sunset views. It’s in a quiet low-key area. Easy walk to shops. Highly recommend!

She provided beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and snorkel for guest's use. The welcome basket was very nice. Highly recommend.

Snorkeling, sunrise, sunsets, shave ice, and easy walks to amenities/sights are right outside your door. We loved spending Christmas at this magical location. Sarah is a wonderful host and her apartment was spotless. We enjoyed hearing the surf at night and being so close to many wonderful activities like the botanical gardens, Poipu Beach, and Waimea Canyon. Sunsets were a highlight, as was eating next door at The Beach House -- what a great restaurant!

Although we had difficulty getting the address and unit number, it was a great place to stay. Quiet complex, clean condo and easy access to the ocean. Even with an “ocean front” room, the rooms at the large resorts are a long way from the ocean. The sliding glass door of this condo was 10 steps from the ocean. We watched turtles, surfers and a spear fisherman.

What a GREAT location with true ocean front style. Right next door to not only a sweet snorkel beach with a rental center and all but a super nice restaurant when we just didn't want to go out but walk right next door. We also were so thrilled with the surf spot to watch some amazing riders. The host Sara could not have been more professional, kind and super helpful...Love this place

The unit was very clean, well stocked fro everyday items, and conveniently located. The only negative was being beside the road. It still has a private patio with the vegetation, and traffic there is not like a main road, but it was noticeable and more so on the weekend. Not intrusive enough that it would prevent us from renting there again. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at Kuhio Shores with ocean views right in front of us. The place was clean and it was superb for our family of four. We enjoyed the close by beaches and sunset every evening. The place is well stocked with all the utensils, appliances, and amenities for the beach use. We highly recommend this place. Thanks to Sara for her timely communication!!

We love this location. It is a little quieter. Nothing beats the walk-out lanai and two snorkel bays. Just a few feet from sunset views while also having some afternoon shade on the lanai. It is not a corner room as described but on the end. Perhaps a little more road noise but it feels more private with the hedge. We will probably be back. The property host, Sara, was helpful, responsive and effieicent.

It is difficult to rent a unit based on the pictures -- this pictured the corner bottom floor unit, yes it was a corner but the one at the street not at the ocean front. A little misleading.
Unit was very well stocked, but your cleaners need to pay a little more attention.

We had an amazing time at the property. Located right off the beach, around the block you can watch the beautiful sunset every night. The beach house is located right off the property for some drinks and food. the house has everything you need and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. I was 32 weeks pregnant so the proximity to the beach and all of the best of poipu was ideal.

My wife and I have stayed in numerous condos throughout Hawaii and this condo was by far the nicest! Very clean and well stocked with all the items you may need. Sara was great while we checked in and there was no need to contact her during our short five night stay. The views are stunning. The sounds of the waves never get old. You are close to many activities and we thought the condo was in a great place. Our only minor call out-the unit is near the street and you may encounter some street noise. The noise is sporadic but worth noting. We will definitely be back to enjoy our wine on the lanai! Thanks

Amazing view of ocean, very convenient location, and easy to use keypad for entering the unit. Walking distance to beach house restaurant to watch the sunset. I especially liked the fact that there were plenty of towels. Sara was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions for a smooth check-in.

This is a great choice for a stay in Poipu. The unit is lovely and immaculate. The area is very convenient to many location on the south shore of Kauai but you will want to have a car to get to the beaches. Best part was how friendly and accommodating the owner was to work with on every aspect of the reservation. Highly recommend!

This property is very accessible for people with disabilities. I stayed 4 nights with my 15-year-old daughter who has a chronic illness. She uses a cane and a walker/transport chair. The unit is just a short distance from the parking lot and there is a disability parking place. It is on the first floor, so it was very easy for my daughter to get there. The inside is also very accessible because there is a walk-in shower with a hand-held shower head that made it easier for her. The property security person was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it. We had a great stay.

Communication and entry instructions were excellent. A welcome basket with local items greeted us. We enjoyed the location of the unit and felt it's conveniently located. Beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away. The grounds were clean and watching the sunset was a treat.
The layout of the unit is nice and it's pleasantly decorated. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well. Plenty of bath towels.
It was great having the cooler, snorkeling equipment, chairs and umbrella. Also, we appreciated the backpack and beach towels.
The only down sides for us - we felt some areas could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some TLC.
We appreciated being able to check in an hour early, and having a late checkout to accommodate our flight schedules.
Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Our stay here at Sara's place was great. Everything exceeded our expectations. We arrived in December and were met with a cute ceramic xmas tree and a basket of local goodies (fruit and snacks) when we arrived. The unit included everything we needed for a comfortable stay including all kitchen appliances, utensils, a small cooler to bring food on our adventures, and gear for the beach. Communication with Sara was quick and easy. I would stay here again, in fact, my parents in a unit across the street said they would even think about renting Sara's unit next time.

Nice location on the south shore. Great snorkeling right next door. Saw multiple types of fish and turtles! Unit well located complex has clean laundry rooms on each floor and outdoor shower and spigots for cleaning up. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of beach supplies. Unit comfortable and clean.

What a great hidden gem that’s actually right out in the open. I’ve been coming to Kauai and Poipu since 2004. We love it. Owned a timeshare at the Marriott Waiohai and to
be frank, I’d rather stay here. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right outside your door. If that’s not your thing you can sit on the beach, grass or rocks and get lost watching the ocean. You have the Beach House restaurant right next door. There is also have a snack shack across the street if you just want something quick, affordable and equally as delicious Great shopping is within walking distance and the spouting horn is a few minutes drive down the road. To cap it all off, we saw sea turtles every day! Yes it’s a little older condo complex and yes it doesn’t have a pool. But you can’t beat the value this ground floor end unit provides. You can go to a pool anywhere. You’ll have an impossible time beating this location at this bargain price.
