We loved this place. It was beautiful. The views were stunning could see sunset and sunrise. The bed was very comfy - we had everything we needed. The beach chairs umbrella and towel were perfect for us to explore the island. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We spent a week in this delightful corner condo and the views are spectacular! There’s a beautiful cove to the east and open ocean to the south. Breathtaking! Every day we enjoyed watching surfers and turtles from the balcony.
The living area in the condo is bright, very spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped. The king bed is comfortable and there is ample storage; a huge closet, a chest of drawers, and two night stands. Window shutters in the bedroom provide privacy and darkness for late sleepers. There are coin operated laundry facilities on each floor.
We loved the condo complex location. There’s a fabulous restaurant right next door, The Beach House, which has excellent food and lawn seating overlooking the ocean. The small beach next to that is great for snorkeling. We saw so many colorful fish!
I would not hesitate to book this beautiful place!

This amazing condo is an over the top experience for living aloha on the Island of Kauai! 30 feet from the Ocean in front and a Bay on the side. The views are spectacular! Everything was so welcoming and had all the creature comforts of home and then some. Booking was a breeze! Prompt response to our questions. Coffee every morning on the lanai with breathtaking views of the ocean and the honu, sea turtles. We stayed mid April 2023 and never needed AC. We loved having the windows open and hearing the waves at night! Very safe location. The host and Vrbo agent, Jennifer K were fabulous and very accommodating to our schedule. This is a great location to base out of for day trips. Snorkeled with the sea turtles and marine life. If you want a truly memorable stay in Kauai, you've found the right place! So happy we did! Lovely view of the ocean on two sides of the condo. You can't be any closer to the ocean without being in it! We watched the turtles swimming and surfers surfing every day from the balcony. Snorkeling is just a short walk away on Lawai beach. The condo was clean, well stocked and decor had a local Hawaiian vibe. The location is well situated to south and west end island amenities and activities. I would definitely recommend!

We loved this property! We spent so much time watching the sea life from the balcony. We saw turtles and whales while enjoying our morning coffee, can’t really beat that!
The condo is close to a lot of beaches, shops, and activities. It is stocked with all the basics of what we needed for our vacation, including beach gear and a fully stocked kitchen. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, we had a wonderful time!

From the moment we walked in and saw the incredible ocean views, we were so happy we decided to stay here. Loved spending time on the lanai, or sitting in the living room just watching the ocean, with the turtles, whales, surfers, snorkelers, sunrises... Going to sleep with the sound of the waves or waking to views of the starry sky in the middle of the night were also highlights. Loved our stay!

The light-filled corner unit practically hung over the crashing surf - delightful! An older unit so plenty of space. Well equipped - the mattress was extremely comfortable. Right next to our favorite restaurant - the Beach House - and a good snorkeling beach.

This condo literally overlooks the ocean from two sides. It is located in a good area close to the activities we planned. The host was quick to reply to anything that came up. The condo is well stocked with things for the beach or rainy days indoors. The only thing we didn’t find were binoculars when we thought a pod of whales was passing by!

The location and view were so perfect! We couldn’t believe that we got to wake up to the ocean everyday and fall asleep to the waves at night. We loved looking out and seeing if we could find the turtles. The host was very accommodating and had great communication with us. Definitely would stay here again!

We spent 8 nights in this corner condo. The only hiccup was when we arrived the condos air conditioning was broken. The owner was very responsive and offered to let us cancel with full refund if we wanted. We decided to stay and glad we did. The views and breezes are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and well appointed unit overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed cocktails and dinner on the balcony, watching sunsets, many turtles swimming in the water below and surfers on the outer reefs. Location is very close to a nice variety of restaurants, shopping centers and Poipu beach where we could watch turtles coming out on the beach to rest at sunset. Easy drive to Waimea Canyon and close by beach hikes .

Amazing views from all sides at this delightful spot. Saw many sea turtles! The beach house next door was great, and some other great restaurants less than a half mile away. The views and enormous wraparound windows are what made this place special.

Great location for exploring the South Shore! Snorkeling right next door and minutes to more beaches, shopping and restaurants. Had our anniversary dinner at Red Salt and it was divine (although be sure to make a reservation ahead of time).
The corner unit was spacious and comfy with everything we needed- including beach chairs, sand mats, umbrellas and snorkel gear! The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and everything you need to be able to cook a meal.
We didn't use the AC as the cross wind kept the place perfectly temperate and the sound of the waves added to the experience of being right by the water. We slept with the windows open and I don't think I've slept more soundly.
So many turtles to watch right below and unobstructed water views felt so magical. Even saw some whales out past the break! Loved our stay and will rent again!

Good location for exploring all areas of the island. Beautiful and relaxing views from all rooms in the condo. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the nice beach chairs and snorkel equipment. Koloa was close by for groceries. The Tasting Room in Koloa was a favorite also. Condo was busy but still very quiet and peaceful.

We miss this property already, and we only checked out 2 hours ago! Perfect accommodation for exploring the south and west shores. We especially enjoyed the constant sound of waves breaking on the rocks below. Watching the turtles in the water from the lanai while having our morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. We can never fully express how special this property is. Perfect! Magical! We are so thankful this is the place we chose to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The snorkeling right outside is so awesome. We watched whales, dolphins and turtles from the lanai. The sunrise and sunsets were so phenomenal. Jennifer was so accommodating and kind! We can’t wait to came back!

For us it's all about the view and the ocean sounds. This corner unit has 180 degree glass plus opening windows in the bedroom. Since you're only a few feet from the rocks, the sound is amazing. We saw sunrise and sunsets from the porch. Surfers, turtles and waves kept us entertained. Condo was clean and well decorated. We've stayed at Kuhio shores several other times. This was head and shoulders above the other units!

We cannot say enough about this property....it was just perfect!!! The condo is super clean and is well appointed...everything you would need for your stay is there. Really appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas (boogie boards also there) and beach towels. The corner unit affords great views from the deck and all the windows. The bedroom is situated on the ocean side, so it is quiet and cool with the ocean breezes. Air conditioning has been installed but we never put it on....the ocean breezes all we needed. We sat on the lanai every day....with our coffee, with our meals, with just each other.....listening to the waves crash below and watching the turtles and surfers....great entertainment!!!! The Kuhio Shores property is professionally kept up...bar-b-ques available, small library of books in the lobby in case you forgot, elevators available (we always used the stairs) We can go on and on....but hopefully you get the picture....this Kuhio Shores corner unit is a perfect spot to stay when on Kauai.

My lady and I went to Kauai for her 50th birthday and had a great stay at this condo. We went to sleep with the windows open hearing the waves crashing every night. I proposed to her on her B-day and she said yes!
