The unit is very attractive and the grounds are lush and beautiful. Since we were unable to figure out how to use the TV, detailed instructions would have been helpful. In addition, evidently the cleaning people did not clean the floor; my feet were black after taking a shower. Finally, although the kitchen was well stocked and clean, there was no dishwasher.

Great location, seamless check-in, very clean and beautifully appointed. Kitchen was very well stocked and great for cooking. Bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Loved our mornings on the lanai watching the day unfold with stunning sunrises, breathtaking ocean and mountain views, and sounds of the waves. The grounds were beautiful and the roosters wandering in the adjacent park were delightful to watch and listen to. Sunsets just across the road were gorgeous. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, Spouting Horn and beaches. Lawai Bay cross the way was great for snorkeling. Would stay here again and highly recommend PK 201.

This property is just as listed. It was nicely appointed and nothing else we would ask for. The location was perfect with a lovely ocean view.The manager responded promptly to questions. The unit is close to the beach and we would definitely recommend this property as well as stay there again!

I was a wonderful stay! Close to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and starry night skies. It was a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere. We got engaged while staying there so, it will be very memorable for us!

After 20 yrs, Martin and I got married and had our honeymoon here. Florence was exceptionally helpful in making helpful suggestions for activities and restaurants, responding promptly to any needs, including my distress at misplacing my wedding ring and having Darnell, the housekeeper, search for it. The condo had every possible amenity, including beach chairs, flippers and a variety of spices, honey, tea, etc.The only thing we had to overcome was the loud street noise , esp. during the rains, but good earplugs resolved that. Lawai beach across the street had great snorkeling and Poipu beach was great for swimming. Our helicopter ride was our high point. We’ll definitely be back!

Walking distance to the beach, I loved that they had beach chairs, a functional hair dryer, beach towels and everything you would need. There’s a comfortable couch, basic condiments, more than one spare key

Tv and remotes don’t work. Plug in fan in bedroom doesn’t work well. Overall a good stay and I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful pool and grounds, nice view from the balcony (narrow but adequate), very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and always a wonderful breeze through the entire condo. Easy access to groceries and cafes, short drive to beaches and shopping. We'll be back.

Our first condo up in Princeville did not have a clock. You made up for it…5 I believe.

We really enjoyed this VRBO. Walking distance to the Beach House. Beaches across the street. The condo was clean, cute, and had EVERYTHING we needed from spices with an amazingly stocked kitchen for cooking. Beach mats, chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella were handy!!
Florence communicated quickly.and was helpful.. she sent an email with many many handy tips and places to go- THANK YOU! It served as a great guide.
We would definitely stay here again. With many more positive things to report. The only negatives on this property are that it is on a corner street that is busy. If you plan on staying in the unit during the day with the windows open, it is a bit noisy. And there are fans (no air-conditioning.) but there are ways to make a cross breeze go through the unit . So it took quite a while to cool down for sleeping.
The bed was super comfortable! And rainy mornings were spent comfortably sitting on the couch in the TV room, looking out at the ocean and Prince Kuhio park. Loved the view.! We never heard any noise from people above us. It is very well insulated when the windows are closed.
There was a book in the TV room that people wrote of their adventures.while staying in PK201 That helped us to know some places that we would like to visit. It was entertaining reading about others experiences on the island:-)
We would definitely rent this again on a return trip to Kauai! Thank you for helping make our trip memorable.

This location was close to everything. We loved being able to use the grills. Listening to the ocean while you slept at night was so peaceful. The only drawback is the road noise but in this area it cannot be helped and it does slow down at night.

This unit was perfectly situated - we could see the beach and turtles from our window, and the unit was spacious and clean. We loved the stocked kitchen to be able to cook most nights. It was really close to Lawai Beach for great snorkeling and we could walk to other beaches as well as downtown. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great experience!

I love this location! The ocean breeze can’t be beat and I love falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The condo is perfect with its fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed and ocean views. I was happy to see the extra fans were there if needed, but the beautiful breeze kept the temperature perfect. Both the condo and the complex are clean and well kept. The care taker is super friendly. I had a great time, just wished I had stayed for a longer visit!

This condo was great! Close to great beaches and the canyon with the bonus of a well stocked and equipped kitchen. Hosts were great with recommendations and having everything in the condo you could want for (chairs, umbrella, spices, cooking oil, even ice was made). Only minor complaint (that wouldn't prevent me from recommending this spot) was hiw dirty the floors were. They were full of sand and our feet turned black within five minutes of a shower. (Thankfully they had a Mop and I was able to clean them myself).

I've stayed at several condos in the Prince Kuhio complex and this was definitely my favorite. The layout was perfect. The condo was airy and bright with an awesome view. The bed was soooo comfy and the kitchen was well laid out and had pretty much everything we needed to cook all our meals.
Of course we took full advantage of the lovely pool, the sunrise views from the lanai, and the sunset gatherings at Lawai beach.
Great place, I hope we can come back again!

The condo and property are really pleasant. There were a number of times when we were the only people at the small pool, which is surrounded by beautiful foliage. The condo is not huge, but more than adequate for 2 people. It is an end unit on a busy street, so the traffic noise often lasted fairly late into the evening, especially on the weekend. Though there is a peak-a-boo view of the water, it is through the sliding door leading to a deck that can't be more than 20" wide and is east-facing.
The condo is SUPER close to a very nice place to sit and watch the sunset and there are very nice beaches within a short walk. All in all, a great place to stay.

This place was near some of the coolest beaches, best food, and best vacation spots I went to in Kauai. The ocean view, waves, and night stars really made this rental even more over the top. It was so airy and cool with the windows open, had everything you needed and was nearby everything on the south side (airport, helicopter tour, snorkeling, wailua falls, so many beaches, all the best poke, and some really nice people). I ventured up north for the second half of my trip and while it was beautiful in its own way and came with its own adventures, this rental location really was one of my favorite parts of this trip. Parking was easy, welcome letter from the host was helpful, and check in was smooth. Very great trip. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This property is located across the street from a great, not too crowded, snorkeling beach. It’s within walking distance of a shopping center and a three minute drive to Poipu Beach, where we found many turtles each morning. The only negative item was that the sofa bed wouldn’t open. We’d 100% stay again!

The property and condo were clean. The kitchen has everything you will possibly need. The pool area is very nice. The bed is nice and large.
There is a road that runs right next to the lanai that can get very loud with cars and people. You get used to it during your stay, but it can be quite noisy. Also, If you and your travel partner tend to wake up at different times during the morning, the doors that lead into the bedroom have slats and will let through a lot of noise and light.

Nice, little flat that has been well cared for in a wonderful location. Near Spouting Horn and great beaches for snorkeling.
Loved having the kitchen and appreciated on-site laundry.
Super easy check-in process and well kept communal areas.
My only complaint was that the foot washing stations in the front were all broken and we had to go to the pool or back on to rinse the sand, but I place the blame on the complex and not this flat's owner.

Easy check-in, great communications which made our first time so much less stressful. Location was awesome, next door to The Beach House Restaurant for viewing sunsets and snorkeling at the beach. The only drawback to the condo is that the balcony is not big enough to sit outside and enjoy the beach view across the street - but it did not affect my 5 star rating!!!!

Beautifully renovated condo! Well equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook-in or take advantage of the on-ground BBQ's. Wake-up and enjoy coffee on the lanai overlooking Prince Kuhio park and Hoai Bay, or take in the sunset by walking across the street and sit in front of the Beach House. Despite being in the sun for most of the day a consistent cross breeze kept the unit from ever feeling hot. Check-in/out was easy and Florence was great to work with and very accommodating.

Beautiful condo had park behind it and view of ocean across the street. Right near good snorkeling although beach there rocky. Many more amenities than I expected. Very clean.. first night heard some traffic noises then didn't notice them. You could open front windows and back sliding door and get a breeze and sound of ocean. Front windows were interesting. Had something like louvers that were completely private or could open windows in varying degrees . Very lovely! Would definitely go there again!

Our condo was well appointed with all the necessities for enjoying the beach, snorkeling, hiking, whale watching, and enjoying sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and we could see a park and the ocean from our slider on the lanai.

This was a perfect Condo for us to stay in. Just enough space and a great view of the ocean. Good snorkeling just across the street at the restaurant. You can see all kinds of fish and sea turtles. We would definitely stay here again.

For the price point I can not say enough good things about the apartment. It is clean and in a great location close to beaches and great dining. Don’t let the lack of AC turn you off, the apartment has amazing airflow and heat was never an issues despite the temperature being over 80 F our entire stay. The host also keeps the apartment well-stocked with kitchen equipment, oil/spices, food storage, guide books, and even sewing and first aid kits (fortunately not needed!). When we didn’t eat out, making food at the apartment was easy. The apartment is located in a corner unit, with a great little beach view. We loved our stay in Kauai and would happily book this apartment again.
