Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

This condo was comfortable to stay in with the large couch and cozy beds. It was just a short walk to the beach and had a beautiful view from the lania!

The condo was so lovely, with a wonderful view! All the amenities we could need, with shops and restaurants of many varieties in close walking distance. Great vibes inside and out. Beach access just across the road. Get the sandals on and you're soon in the surf! Thank you for making our holiday even more fabulous!

This was our fourth stay at the same property and we can safely say this unit was our least favorite. From stains on the carpet everywhere, ants and dusty furniture, the property has seen better days. Perhaps the worst of it all was hair on the bathroom floors and towels when we checked in. All these were reported to Vacasa, but all we got was an apology via text and no attempt to correct the situation. We will definitely NOT be returning to this unit.

Just back from a March stay at the Maui Kamaole. The unit was very clean( including the carpets) and overall comfortable for our family of 4. The unit isn’t as updated as some others but is close for walking down to the beach. The appliances are basic and the kitchen has most items. Upon arrival there were only two beach towels in the unit, a call to Vacasa remedied the shortage immediately. The Lanai makes the unit with a beautiful view of the ocean for watching sunsets and spouting whales. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location with easy access to beaches. Excellent views of sunsets and whales from balcony. Unit really needs updating; other units in complex are beautifully decorated. Only 4 mismatched wine glasses for unit; awkward for inviting guests for dinner Lower pool was closed during our visit so remaining pool was crowded. Checkin & checkout process was very easy. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys provided.
