I can’t say enough about how nice this property and the owners are. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of kitchen equipment, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It was in a great location. Easy walk to the Beach and lots of restaurants (about half a mile walk). The pools were nice and the property is beautiful. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Two couples staying 4 nights for Maui vacation from Chicago. Very clean and well supplied condo. Perfect for cooking, sleeping and relaxing from days of exploring. Beautiful grounds and private parking too. We would stay here again when visiting Kihei.

Check in was quick and Easy. Plenty of room for us, LOVE the balconies in each bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with the kitchen sink, but was taken care of the next day after we return from exploring the island. We literally just needed to pack our clothes and shoes- EVERYTHING you needed on vacation is in the rental! Looking forward to coming back!

We had an incredible stay. Location was incredibly quiet but so close to walk or drive any where we needed to. The condo was very well furnished with everything you need to cook a meal, have an indoor day or head to the beach. The beds we’re very comfortable, and plenty of linens and towels were provided. With three air conditioners, you are always comfortable and three lanai’s gave lots of space to enjoy. The pools were lovely and even though we were their at the busiest time of year they were not over crowded. Facilities are well maintained and lots of BBQ’s available. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet spot in Kihei.

Well maintained property. Two bed, two bath unit that was great for four adults. Close to lots of amenities including the beach. The unit was very well outfitted. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella.

First of all, Frederica answered all our questions prompty and made our first VRBO reservation so easy and smooth! Although we did not receive the arrival and check-in instruction until we landed in Maui Airport and called, the property manager did then promptly text the info before we arrived at the condo. The propoerty is within walking distance to the beach and even restaurants a little further down the street (so it's not too commerical and busy). The unit is so perfectly decorated and has everything we needed (like 5 beach chairs!) and much more. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We would consider staying here again if we return to Maui.

The condo was clean and fully furnished with everything we needed for a wonderful week. Everything you need for the beach comes with this condo. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. The only downside is the master bedroom is a loft with shudders that close. If you have someone sleeping on the couch bed it’s not as private as an enclosed room. It was not a problem since we traveled with our kids. The other king size room was perfect for our newly married son and his wife. This condo is perfect for families or two couples.

Our family loved staying here. The condo was just as advertised. We loved that it was walkable to the beach and had all of the beach equipment we wanted. Frederica was very responsive to emails and quickly helped when we had a snafu with checkin. We would definitely stay here again.

This property and grounds are stunning! The unit was well stocked with utensils and everything you can think of. One of the biggest deciding factors for us was the super stocked beach toy closet! Boogie boards and chairs and snorkel gear and an umbrella were an awesome addition so we didn’t have to worry about renting. The property was also easy walking distance to numerous really nice beaches. If we plan another Maui vacation, I will definitely book with Federica and Joe again!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Maui Kamaole. The location was exactly where we wanted to be, and once we figured out how to navigate the grounds was a quick and easy walk to the beach we liked the most. However, it was nice and quiet and still felt secluded and private for how close it was to S. Kihei Rd.
The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. The lanais were great and spent quite a bit a time on the main one in the front with a retractable awning that came in handy with the early afternoon sun.
Would definitely recommend and hope to come back as soon as we possibly can.

This place was awesome! When we first walked in, we were greeted by an incredibly clean home. During these times of the pandemic, cleanliness is very important to our family. There was a basket on the counter with a brand new sponge and a full bottle of dish soap! This may not seem important, but using someone’s old dish sponge is gross. It’s the little things 💗 Also, there were no Knick knack type things that our toddler could get into. Huge plus! The kitchen was very well stocked. Super cute Fiestaware dishes. There were 2 KING size beds! Which worked perfectly for us and our 11 year old son! And the outdoor closet was filled with all the things needed for the beach!!! So awesome!! We are already talking about returning! Thank you so much!!

My family and I stayed at this property for a week and had an amazing time. The property was very well maintained and the pool/hot tub area was a great way to relax and wind down at the end of the day. The community also has a great grilling area which was just a short walk from this unit. The location is excellent- walking distance to a few great beaches and well situated for exploring the rest of the island. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this location! Despite some minor hiccups (some issues finding the door code and getting the registration paperwork in via email due to COVID), we still had a wonderful experience. Frederica and Joe were both responsive when I had to contact them to resolve the items above and we were able to get everything sorted out quickly.
The condo was clean, with all the amenities we needed for two families with two young children. Having the A/C in each room and in the main living space is awesome - we were able to turn off our AC and set them on a timer to turn back on at a later time when we were out. The beach gear was a big plus - one of the boogie boards was broken, but there were still enough gear for those who wanted to snorkel or play by the beach.
The beds were both big enough that each family was able to sleep comfortably in them, including the kids; and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable (not soft, and does not bounce when someone moves in the bed).
Bathrooms were both fully equipped and I especially love the standing shower in the upstairs bathroom! There was plenty of space for me to shower myself and my kid without getting into each other’s way. One of the sink towel handle/hook was broken in the upstairs bathroom, but that wasn’t a big deal for us - just wanted to let the owners know so that they could get it fixed up if needed.
We used the kitchen to make breakfast in the morning and there were plenty of spices, oil and other sauces for us to use.
The condo was within walking distance to two beaches - we walked to one of them and even with young kids in tow, got there in 5-10 mins. The pool was also open and the kids had a swell time playing there too!
Overall I’d recommend this place and would book it again!

This place was a good family friendly condo. Had all the needed items and a short walk to the beach. A couple items were broken, but very, very minor and it did not bother us at all. Communicated to owner at the end as we were busy enjoying our Maui stay!!! Would stay again! Thank you!
