5 units in complex. This unit was so clean, very well stocked. Beach items a plus. Location is great to so many beaches 10 minutes away. Shopping, food and entertainment all right there. Food truck parks great as well as many top end restaurants. Hiking trails. Snorkeling right off the beach, no need to take a boat ride, see everything close to shore. Love the area and hope to be back. One note: pool quiet hours 6-9 which even after a full day at the beach kids like to unwind in the pool so that was a hamper as security enforced it because older folks complained for laughter too loud? But we complied…BBQ and tables in pool area very nice. We loved our time there and hope to be back

My family had an awesome week staying here. I had a few questions to ask about the unit and Eric was super quick to reply each time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend out vacation! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was key, and all of the beach amenities in the closet was awesome. You forget how just having a cooler can make a huge difference! We will book here again on our next visit, what an awesome place and awesome family to rent from!!

This unit was great and the location was great. It felt very cozy and made relaxing very easy. Every room had A/C which was a huge plus. The pullout was very dated but the owner did warn me about it and that it would be getting replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have full size washers and dryers in the unit too. They had everything we needed for the beach and snorkeling so we didn’t have to buy anything. The communication and response time from the owners was excellent. There was never an issue with communication. This will be our go-to spot the next time we are here. Thanks for letting us stay here on vacation!

Overall we loved staying here. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The grounds were amazingly lush and the location was great. The location is walkable to the beach, however, I wouldn't recommend it for people with mobility issues as there is a sizeable hill. Also, I would not recommend this condo for more than 4 guests despite it being listed for 6. Our experience with the sofa sleeper was poor at best. The host let us know they'll be replacing it in August but the sleeper kept losing springs in the middle of the night. It definitely was not functioning properly and we ended up having to purchase an air mattress for our teenage daughters. I was disappointed that they didn't advise us of this when we booked but this was a minor inconvenience on an otherwise great stay.

We had a great time! Eric and Betsy were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly with all their correspondence. The condo was just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was outfitted with all you need right down to cooler, plastic containers, ice packs, blender, coffee maker. Lots of dishes/pots and pans. One of the main selling features for us was the beach equipment-chairs, snorkelling gear. Was great we didn’t have to rent or go without. The grounds are beautiful. It’s very family oriented and was always nice and quiet. Parking basically right outside your door. If mobility is an issue for you, there are stairs to enter the condo. Kamoale Beach III is across the street. Your on the border between Kehai and Wailea. Restaurants are walking distance. Sunset views from the main lanai or if you want to view it until the end take a beach chair and walk across to the beach. We loved Maui. It’s magical.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this will be our new go-to place for Maui. It is spacious, comfortable, well-stocked and has the most amazing lush tropical grounds and view from the lanai. The lanai is large, private and has a retractable awning. The pool/spa area which is nearby is very nice. The condo is very quiet with no road noise. All four of us (two adults, two kids) were sad to leave and can't wait to return! Owner Eric is super easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Condo was great for our family of 4 with 2 older teens. Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, beautifully renovated bathrooms, fans in all rooms with a nice crosswind and A/c when needed. Lots of supplies provided so did not need any extra. The balcony is beautiful overlooking the garden and pool area with a retractable awning that we used each afternoon. Nice walk to the beach, bakeries in the morning, and restaurants. Communication was always excellent!

A very comfortable two week stay for three adults. Comfortable beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen with lots of storage containers, beautiful pool just steps away. We enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening and the retractable awning made it possible not be out there in the afternoon sun as well when it wasn’t really hot. Hardly used the air conditioning, as the cross breezes kept it cool enough when windows were open. Ice maker in the fridge was really appreciated and so were the ice packs for the coolers. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Maui on a beautiful property that is quiet and full of beautiful birds to watch.

Condo has everything you need for that relaxing get away. Nicely decorated with newer kitchen and bath. Unit is semi secluded but a short walk to one of the nicest pools add the to that the tropically view from the lanai and everyone is happy. The nicest thing for use was the second bedroom had twins beds, no children bickering about the other at bedtime( they can be pushed together to give unit a second king bed. Owners are great and easy to communicate with. Look forward to a return stay.

The condo was lovely! We had everything we needed there, and it was a great home base to enjoy the beautiful island. We did most of our own cooking at the condo and found everything we needed there. And as a family with 4 kids we made good use of all the Tupperware type containers for taking care of leftovers or for packing snacks for the beach. We made good use of the well stocked beach supplies cupboard too. Eric & Betsy were great to communicate with and gave us great tips for our vacation. We had brought our own wagon and were able to fill it with the beach gear and walk down to Kam lll. It was nice being so close to a great beach. On the last day we snorkelled with a big turtle!
I already want to book our next stay. We love Maui and we loved staying here. Aloha!

Including new large TV in living room, supply of batteries on hand, tennis racquets, snorkel equipment etc. have stayed in multiple units in Maui Kamaole and this is my favourite one, this was our second time staying in the unit.

Eric and Betsy’s condo was a great find for us. We’ve stayed in other condos at Maui Kamaole and theirs is definitely in the best location, steps from upper pool and parking. The lanai was lovely with a nice view, especially in the evening. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms nicely renovated. Would definitely stay here again.

The complex is in a great location, the pool is wonderful and the unit is excellent. We got the place clean and inviting. Communication with Eric was quick and efficient and the many items at the unit (beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler) made the experience very enjoyable.

Having been a guest in numerous other condos nearby, this one stands out particularly in several ways.
Firstly, since we like cooking our our meals we tend to be discriminating about kitchen content and were impressed by the quality of the kitchen ware. We found a well equipped kitchen with new pots and pans and excellent cutlery and crockery. Sharp knives! So, for visitors that share this sentiment we can vouch for a good experience.
Then we were delighted about the location; far from busy roads, making this spot quiet and peaceful.
Further important comment can include the general cleanliness of the condo. This is not always the case in similar locations we have visited.
Another plus point is the prompt reply from the very approachable owner in the few cases we needed input from that end.
This condo is close to a pool, close enough to be convenient, but far enough to make pool parties not a disturbing factor.
Distance to the exceptional beach areas is a breeze.
This spacious condo offers a comfortable experience. We enjoyed quiet coffee times on the lanai daily at about 5 am, watching the stars and the frequent satellites, then sunrise and onset of the various bird songs. Memorable moments in an unusually pleasant spot.
Will I want to return? For sure.

Eric's and Betsy's condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. Everything was exactly as described, steps away from a beautiful pool and the condo was very roomy, quiet and had everything we needed. The optional cover on the lanai was great for when we wanted to have lunch outside with some shade. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. We would definitely stay there again!

Quiet unit even with being close to the pool (really great for ours teens that swam every night). Great balcony for morning coffee. We even saw a few geckos! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
Quick tip: use the very convenient drying rack in the upstairs closet to place on the bedroom balcony for quickly drying towels and suits.

We (2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 12) had a fantastic time in this condo. It's actually bigger than it looks on the pics and the lanai is absolutely fantastic for breakfasts and dinners. The condo is well equipped and the fans work great - no need to run the airco. The location is great: just a short walk to a great beach and a short ride to many more fantastic beaches. Definitely would come here again whenever we have the chance!

We’ve stayed in the complex several times. The condos have great amenities plus they are quiet at night compared to other places we’ve stayed in Kehei. The a/c and washer and dryer is a plus. The two bathrooms were perfect. My husband and I were traveling with our son and his best friend (seniors in high school) so having the double beds in the downstairs bedroom was great too.

We always stay at Maui Kameole when we visit Maui. It is a beautiful Property. The suite we rented was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this unit as it is right beside the pool, tennis courts, and gazebo. We had a wonderful time.

I stayed here with my 3 young children and husband. Upon driving to the condo for the first time I was worried the hill up to it from the beach would be too much of a walk for my 4 year old but it ended up being perfectly fine!
The beach across the street is pristine. Perfect sand, sea turtles, showers and even kids swings. We went during whale season and saw multiple whales breaching every time we were at that beach.
They provide everything for the beach that you wouldn't want to pack, ie beach toys, chairs, coolers, and beach towels.
And the A/C units worked wonders!
I couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Four adults stayed here for 15 nights. We loved everything about this condo. You could just barely see the ocean but the grounds made up for it.
We had everything we needed. All the beach stuff was well used by us.
Eric and Betsy were only a message away if we needed something.
They also gave their recommendations for shopping, restaurants and activities. We made use of many of them.
The area is a very busy tourist place but you couldn't hear any of the street noise at all.
We walked to the beach, restaurants and shops.
If we ever return to Maui I know where We will be staying!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay during our 10-day trip to Maui. We really loved having that feeling of being home each evening.
When we arrived, the condo was clean and the second bedroom had the bed made up as a King size, as requested when I booked. There was more than enough space for two couples.
The upstairs master was really nice and I loved the bathroom. Just be aware that if you're traveling with people who stay up later than you, that the noise from the living room will carry up to the bedroom. The sliding doors on the loft were good for privacy though.
The owners were very responsive when I was having an issue with making my final payment on the VRBO website. Any time I reached out to them, I got a very speedy reply. They gave great instructions on the check-in procedure with the condo complex, which I was able to do fully online. Just be aware that you will have to wait until you have your rental car to do the online check-in, because they want the license plate number. The owners sent some recommendations for restaurants, etc right before the trip, which was nice, and they also sent a couple of messages at the beginning of the stay to "check-in" with us to see if everything was going well, but said "no need to respond if everything is okay." They also provided the contact information for their on-island property manager, which was nice to have up front, in case of an issue.
The upper pool was amazing and close to the unit (the pools have wifi too, by the way). We loved the roll out awning on the lanai and the kitchen was pretty well equipped (decent knives even!). The assigned parking spot was really close to the entrance as well.
Overall, I would give this property and the owners two thumbs up. We had a great time!

Our hosts thought if everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Maui! Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful sunsets off the lanai. All the beach gear you might need provided. Condo is located across the street from the beach. We did not have to go far for whale watching!! I would recommend this VRBO if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in Maui.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at Eric & Betsy's amazing condo and want nothing more than to return some day in the future for another stay. Everything about the condo was perfect! Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautifully situated apartment. Everything you could possibly need including beach necessities are within. The apartment is steps from the beautiful pool area but we were never bothered by noise. Husband and I left the teenagers sleeping and took a walk early each morning down to the beach just soaking in the incredible views and lush landscaping through the complex. Eric the new owner was beyond helpful and kind in making sure our booking went smoothly, we could not have hoped for a better host or location. Cannot wait to someday return!
