Don't forget to check out the daily beach access status, as the seasonal ocean current changes can affect the size and appearance of the beach directly in front of the resort. During the fall and winter, it's not uncommon that these currents sweep away a large amount of sand that gradually returns in spring & summer, based on the ocean’s current activity and our island weather pattern. This circumstance affects our guests' accessibility to the beach. When the resort access is closed, public beach access is within 5 minutes walking distance.
*Please note that a resort-wide spalling repair is underway, but rest assured that rates have been discounted to reflect this impact.
