Great property, super quick communication between host and myself. All around Great place.
My only complaint was the chairs on the outdoor patios were cut, or ripped. But that was fixable just by purchasing a couple camping chairs and using those. Doesn't hurt my review any, still a pretty great property/host

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo from January 1 to January 31, 2022. The rental unit was conveniently located, very clean, and generally well stocked. The management company was professional and very responsive to our questions/concerns. The furniture/beds were fine with the exception of the couch. The couch needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable.

the villa was nice great location except there was demolition happening behind us which started at 6am and went all day, it was very loud and we were not notified of this upon booking the rental had I knowen I would have gone somewhere else

The location was great unfortunately there was demolition happening across the road which started at 6am and went all day. Was very noisy, the small air conditioning units were small and placed at the bottom of a window in the corner of each room and there was no spa as advertised.

This condo is located close enough to the beach, shopping, and dining without the noise of the hotel district. The condo was welcoming and clean. Really could not have done better planning any other place to stay. The building had security personnel which made us feel safe within the building. The views from the rooftop were absolutely breathtaking. This was an absolutely perfect condo for our vacation.

The condo was large, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. We were close to shopping, events, and great eateries. The cost of staying in a condo over a hotel afforded us far more space and more spending money. We will probably never book a hotel again for vacations!

2 blocks from beach and across from grocery store - great location. Installed new drapes, fixed patio locks, replaced some dinner plates, free wifi and free parking so nice. We left boogie board there so next visitors can enjoy. Overall great stay for our family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. Marc property manager very responsive and met us at midnight when flight arrived late. Owner was terrific as well. Mahalo!!

I was traveling with my husband, father, and toddler daughter and this was a very comfortable unit. We had laundry, two beds and two baths, and a parking spot. It was a great location too-very close to grocery stores and the beach.

Apartment very comfortable and nicely decorated. Easy to get to and easy walk to shops and beach. Very noisy location unfortunately.

Keep in mind, this is an older unit. It has been updated but the windows do not seal and the air conditioning (window units) are not able to cool the space due to the infiltration coming through the windows. The second bedroom curtains only partially cover the windows and affords little privacy. There wasn't a coffee pot in the unit upon arrival. We made a Walmart run and purchased one and left it there so hopefully the next guests won't have that issue.
The unit was clean for the most part. The common area lobby is nice with a security guard and the gated parking is nice. Grocery store right down the street is handy.
The owners communicated promptly and attentively.

This was a great unit for 2 couples. It was very convenient so we could walk everywhere. The grocery store was just a few minutes away walking distance. Marc greeted us to show us where to park in garage and then went to the unit to review everything. The 29th floor roof top had amazing views. The only time we used our vehicle was to visit Pearl Harbor, otherwise the restaurants, shops and beach was very close. There was construction going on one street over. It didn't bother us, but it will be nice when it's finished. I would like to visit again to see all the changes in the area.

Overall this place was great. The rooms were spacious, they had a lot of room for our clothes and belongings too. Bathrooms were a good size. It was very clean. It's a short walk to the main strip and beach. Having the supermarket close by was a bonus as we cooked breakfast at home. A couple of issues were that we did see a few cockroaches in the kitchen even before we had food in there. But that comes with apartment style living. The air conditioners were installed low to the ground which meant that the rooms didn't cool down as well as we had hoped (although the main bedroom always stayed cool). The balcony didn't come with furniture and when I texted Marc about it he said he would follow up but never did. Also the balconies didn't lock which would have been nice. Overall it was a great stay as we felt comfortable and enjoyed Waikiki very much! If those issues I mentioned are addressed it would be the perfect stay! I would still stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Close to everything in
Waikiki, beach, stores, restaurants! We have two teenagers and they really enjoyed their stay given the location of the unit, their own room and bathroom. Check in and check out super easy.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect for 2 couples with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It was very handy having the Food Pantry across the street to pick up all our groceries and liquor.
The unit is only 5 minutes walk to the main street of Waikiki, the beach and restaurants.
It was very clean and found Matt very helpful and easy to deal with, he also returned the bond very quickly.

Everything excellent.
Property manager contact was late in letting me in.
I waited an hour after arranged meeting time at building.
When landed I called and texted no response.
When he finally called me back he said" I was at the park with my child".
Otherwise no complaints.
