My wife and I stayed at Prince Kuhio Condominiums for a week. We had a bottom floor condo, which was very nice, complex is very quiet, with a great location. The condo itself was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. There is no AC, but honestly you don’t need it with the breezes blowing through. We enjoyed the pool, which felt great after a day out. Very convenient location, across from The BeachHouse Restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

Prince Kuhio 113 is the perfect some away from home for us, two retired Alaskans. The ground floor location with the lovely lanai overlooking the park is so peaceful. The kitchen is complete with quality pans and utensils required to cook. The washer/dryer are convenient in the condo. The king bed is very comfortable and the natural air flow through the condo refreshing. This is our first stay in 113, but not Prince Kuhio as we love the convenient location on Kauai. We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you! The views from the room were so relaxing. We appreciated the kitchen was well equipped and that there were beach towels, chairs and snorkel kits. Only suggestion would be a door with a key pad so we didn't need to worry about the keys. We also couldn't figure out the DVD player. Not sure if it was not working or user error. We would definitely return. Amazing location!!!

The nicest thing about reserving a Property with Kauai Vacation Rental - KVR - if the helpfulness and thoroughness of the staff. They understand what you are asking for in your rental, then KVR comes through! And if you have questions - they happily answer. If you can't get your TV on the right channel, for instance, someone will walk you through it, etc. Very happy!

Great place. Amazing location: four minute walk to a nice beach. Has lots of amenities including boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and lotion. Beautiful lanai where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. Can be a little nosy with the chickens so bring ear plugs if noise bothers you! Would stay here again!

The condo was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook most meals. They also supply lots of beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which came in handy. It is a bit warm with no air conditioning and the bed could use a memory foam mattress topper as it’s pretty hard.

Had such a fabulous time. The location is really great! We were close to everything we wanted to do on the South and West side of the island.
Right across the street is a fabulous restaurant with beautiful views of the ocean. We could even see the ocean from our bedroom.
Highly recommend this location.

Great unit for a lower price than other comparable units in the area. We stayed for a month and had a great time. The property was well furnished and clean. Only small upgrade would be that the wifi router doesn't seem to reach into the bedroom, whereas neighboring units had stronger signal.

Unit #113 at Prince Kuhio was our "home away from home" for 10 days in June of 2021. Our unit was exceptionally well stocked with the necessary furnishings and kitchen supplies that we could ever need. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean and very homey.We would definitely stay here again. Neighbor/owner Paul C. was very friendly and helpful as well.

We spent 9 wonderful nights at this beautiful property in a very convenient and beautiful location in Poipu. The beautiful tropical garden right outside our doorstep was a delight every morning. The house is well equipped and met our needs. Definitely a place we would come back to!

We have been staying with Kauai Vacation Rentals for decades and we couldn't be happier! On our last trip we locked ourselves out at night around the holidays and got immediate response! Our condo is perfect for us...3rd visit here. All the amenities including washer, dryer in unit, dishwasher, all the beach toys and kitchen extras. Ocean view from Lanai close to sandy, swimmable beach.

What a wonderful place, so quiet (minus the roosters - LOL!). If you are looking for laid back, this is the place! Plus, everything you can imagine in beach gear is provided & a great kitchen. Love the mid-century Hawaiian vibe!Wish it was a bit closer to a more relaxing (not near the road) beach. Also, skip the restaurant across the street.

Easy pickup of keys. Directions were great. Loved the garden landscaping. Close to beach and easy drive to Poipu. Great shaved ice and smoothly shop right on beach walkway.

Nicely appointed, washer/dryer really came in handy, great cross breeze, pleasant back balcony.
Kitchen fully stocked, even has dishwasher.
Easy access since it is on the first floor but not too close to the parking lot. Plenty of parking.
Easy to get and drop off keys.
We will be renting this unit again in the future.

This was a perfect place and great price for our getaway. Walking distance to the beach and botanical gardens. Great restaurant right next door. Even a shaved ice vendor right down the street. Pool was nice to come back to and cool off.

This property was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed including complimentary use of all beach equipment including snorkel gear ; beach chairs; towels; sunscreen; etc. Lots of fans for cooling needs although we did not need them so much in October. The ocean view from the lanai is nice although there was some construction noise from an adjacent unit during our stay (not the owners fault). Overall, I give this property 5 stars and would stay again.
