Welcome to ‘Hughes Maui Condo #1’ – ground floor unit #113 of Building 10 at the Kamaole Sands Resort. This is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms and very nice furnishings and local art throughout. We are fortunate to also own another 1 bedroom unit in the same building (see listing 995556) in case an additional unit is needed.
This unit has a beautiful ocean view from the covered extra-large ground-floor lanai and is just 100 yards from the Kamaole 3 beach; one of the best and most beautiful beaches in the world! There you will find great snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, and sunbathing. Building 10 is highly desirable and not only has beautiful views of the inner courtyard, fountains, and ocean, but is *the closest* building to the beautiful Kamaole 3 beach; it is just as close to the beach as it is to the pool!
We limit our one bedroom condo to a maximum of 2 adults. The condo is a spacious 818 sq. feet (76 sq. meters) not including the 166 sq. foot extra-large lanai. The renovated unit includes all stainless steel kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, bathroom vanities, beautiful new tile floors throughout, and much more. You'll love our new bedroom suite, California King bed with a premium mattress, distinctive Plantation shutters, 32” flat screen TV, and A/C. We have also installed a new large capacity Whirlpool Duet washer/dryer stack. With the recent fiber optic upgrade, you can enjoy free ultra-fast (>300Mbps) wireless internet in the unit and on our extra-large lanai. The kitchen and hallway bathroom were fully remodeled in 2021.
This Kamaole Sands complex has the rare combination of a great pool, great tennis courts, and a great location. World-class golf awaits you within minutes at the Wailea and Makena golf courses or via a short drive to many other courses including Kapalua Plantation and Kaanapali. World-class surfing is also nearby. This unit is a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and small shops. It is located near the Shops of Wailea and exquisite island dining.
