This property is located in a perfect spot! Within walking distance to town. Our view every morning NEVER got old. Our favourite part was being home in time to watch the sunset on the lanai. This was our second stay at this particular property and we have already booked to come back next year!

Very nice property. Pool is just the right temperature, and its very well maintained. There are 4 barbecues available, and the condo is a good size. We look forward to coming back!

Location was located perfectly in Kona walking distance from downtown Kona and right next to the coast to view sunrise and sunset against the ocean. Very clean and comfortable location with everything you need.

The location and the resort was fantastic, the views, wow! The unit needs some upgrades, the kitchen appears original to the build. I’d like to see that enough supplies were provided for our 16 day stay. Supplies including: garbage bags and dishwasher soap. It is critical to keep the unit clean to avoid any of the various bugs that inhabit the island. We had to buy our own to keep our unit clean.

Basic but very nice condo. We’ll appointed with everything we needed. The view could not have been better. A bonus would have been AC as the unit never did cool down and was uncomfortable to sleep. However, we knew that going in so was not surprised.

My wife and I loved the view from the Lanai. It was very relaxing to enjoy the sunset and hear the relaxing sounds of the ocean. The condo was clean but a little outdated and the carpets weren't the best. We didn't spend much time in the condo as we were out doing activities. The condo was stocked with everything you'd need to prepare food for our family. The location was great, just a short distance from a lot of retail and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location and would stay there again.

We had a delightful stay in this condo. It is clean and very well furnished and stocked. The view on the lanai is wonderful! The condo community and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is a short walk (about 1 mile) into town, where there are lots of great restaurants from which to choose. Loved our stay!

Beautiful ocean view and great view of sunset from the lanai (balcony / porch). Really like the pool here too. Relaxing and comfortable condo, quiet and only a couple minutes by car to downtown Kona. Comfy bed and accommodations.
So we had a couple of issues but the property management team had them fixed ASAP. (Broken screen door when we arrived the first evening, fixed within 12 hours and then the shower broke on day 5, like we couldn't turn it off, it broke stuck in the "ON" position. Someone was there in an hour to get water turned off and it was repaired ASAP in the morning as soon as they were able to get the part.) The only reason this is not a 5 star review was that the carpets needed a deep cleaning and there is no AC in this unit. (Carpets were to be cleaned the day we checked out so I'm sure it's fine now.) The AC wasn't a huge deal as we kept the windows and doors open but if there was no breeze it got quite warm. I would stay here again on my next trip.

I have stayed at SV many times, the only issue was that someone (an employee?) clearly organized a LARGE pool-BBQ party one evening--3-4 peeps were staying at a unit, others were let in by this person. Loud, took over the pool and bbq facilities, really a crappy thing to have happen. Perhaps a grounds keeper or other employee that did this?

We really enjoy staying at sea village. this is our 3rd year and we have always enjoyed the condos. the view is great. the middle units of each building have the bedroom window in the stairwell so it can be noisy until later in the evening(10 pm) and check in at 4 is rather inconvenient when we arrive by plane at 11:30. it would be nice to be offered access to the pool until the room is ready.

This was our first visit to Kona and we really enjoyed the condo - it was perfectly located for us to get to and from the activities around Ironman week. The property was well maintained, highly recommend this unit and location. Some might find the walking distance a bit much, but really enjoyable and easier than finding parking in town.

We loved our week at Sea Village 3210. There is no air conditioning, which we knew before renting this condo, and found that we were comfortable with the fans circulating the air. The view is fabulous and we enjoyed our meals on the lanai overlooking the pool and ocean and watching the sunsets. The close proximity to Kailua-Kona made it an easy 15 minute walk or a short drive to lots of restaurants and shops. We would definitely rent this unit again on a future visit to the Big Island.

We have stayed at the Sea Village on a number of occasions, usually for 4 to 6 weeks, although this was the first time in this unit. We, of course, love the location, which is partly why we return each year. The location of this particular unit is wonderful with a great view of the ocean. In fact, pretty much the view you see in the photo that is in the review form. The Sea Village is an older complex, but generally well maintained. The young man who manages it is very friendly and helpful. The unit itself is clean and reasonably well equipped, although some of the appliances are showing their age, and the mattress isn't great. But we have signed on to come back next year. Wish they had a single cup coffee maker. Would make it perfect.
