Perfect place for us. We enjoyed the lanai view and grills and being so close to downtown Kona. The cross breeze kept us cool at night. Sunrise and sunset views were delightful. We would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to beach gear. The ocean view from the lanai was breathtaking. Parking was easy to find, and the host was very responsive. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

A well-loved home, but very clean and comfortable & with everything you could need. Nice pool and hot tub that the units share. So close to Kailua-Kona. Easy parking, and access to the 2nd floor unit. Only complaints...(very minor) A/C units are a bit loud, beds are a bit firm...but to each their own. Overall a wonderful stay, would definitley book again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo has everything you need in such a relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. We loved eating our meals on the lanai, watching the sunset, and using the pool and hot tub. It is in a convenient location and everything about the stay was easy.

The view from this condo was amazing! The furnishings were very nice. The host was wonderful and very easy to work with. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, as were the couch and chairs in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I can't say enough about this property. Perfectly described, very nice condo with a perfect view. Quiet and relaxing and would definitely stay again. Did I mention the cafe is literally onsite. Thank you so much and great communication from a wonderful host!!

Beautiful unit and grounds. Unit was very clean and better than the pictures. We did not use the AC very much but when we did it worked very well. Great communication with host. We will be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay, especially because of the view. Spectacular. The condo was ok. The A/C is questionable. Although advertised as having A/C there are warnings not to use it much or you will charged extra. Just a heads up!
