This was our second stay at Maui Kamaole, the first in this unit. This unit is clean and very well set up and furnished. It has an excellent view of the ocean and those fabulous Maui sunsets. 5 stars from us and would look to stay there again in the future.

We were very happy with the condo and complex. They had supplies for the beach - umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, etc. We made very good use of them. We only used the one pool at the complex (there are two) and it was awesome. We would definitely book this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay in Maui. Easy walk to beach access. Closet full of beach items...chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, you name it. We had an issue with the microwave and the onsite staff was quick to respond. Our only issue was there weren't enough hooks to hang clothes to dry. A simple folding drying rack would be helpful. A really nice spot to stay.

Location was great. Condo was comfy. Best thing was that the owners supplied boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear. It was great to not have to rent all of that.

The condo was immaculate, newly remodeled and well-designed. It's a beautiful place with views of sunsets over the ocean and a short walk to either of two fine beaches/parks. The owners were friendly and answered our questions quickly. We could not have been happier with this rental.

Excellent location, great view, beautifully decorated condo. So quiet and peaceful. Pool and spa within walking distance were perfect temperature. Only negative are the roosters crowing, but they seem to have become common everywhere in Kihei.

My husband and I were so impressed with this property. The view from the lanai was amazing and probably one of the best buildings to stay in in the complex. The proximity to the lower pool as well as the entrance to the complex was great. Easy walkability to everything. I love Kihei and this was a great location because you could walk to many shops and restaurants yet it was very quiet and peaceful being far enough away from the road. The unit was spotless with everything we needed. We felt comfortable in the space and cool enough on the warm afternoons. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. Thank you!!

I and my two sons had a wonderful 5 night stay at Erik and Shellie's condo. The property is beautifully updated with lovely bathrooms (great showers!) and kitchen, and lots of room to lounge on the comfy furniture inside and out. We loved watching sunsets from the lanai and lush grassy area in front of the building.
The outdoor closet on the lanai was stocked with everything you could think of for beach activities including a wide selection of boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and sandcastle equipment. Shellie and Erik were amazing hosts - after letting Shellie know that we weren't able to locate tennis rackets in the closet, she was kind enough to stop by and drop off new rackets and balls. Totally unexpected and very much appreciated!
Finally, the location couldn't be beaten - a stone's throw from a Kamaole Beach Park III, a not too busy beach which is great for swimming and boogie boarding, and minutes away from a wide selection of restaurants and shops in Kihei. If you are planning a snorkeling trip, I highly recommend Maui Snorkel Charters - awesome crew and they leave from the Kihei Boat Ramp, which is a two minute walk from the complex vs drive required for most other snorkel trips.
We would return in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 7 days here and all agreed we wish we couldâve had 1-2 more days. The condo is as described or better (I could walk to Kamaole III in about 4 min). Very clean too. My wife didnât notice anything that caught her eye and believe me, sheâs noticed things at other places. Highly recommend it! You wonât be sorry.

The kitchen had every possible thing we could use. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were also beautiful.

The condo was the perfect location for our family adventure on Maui! We love National Parks, and Haleakala Crater NP was our 46th park visit out of the nationâs 63 beautiful parks. The condo was the perfect base camp. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable, had a well stocked closet with beach supplies, is right across the road from the beach, is close to great restaurants, not a far drive from Haleakala, the Road to Hana, and the airport, and was a wonderful home away from home. We even added on an extra night last minute because we really wanted more time in Maui. The owners were very attentive and responsive. We noticed the screen door was not rolling quite right, and they fixed it ASAP! We highly recommend this beautiful location to anyone traveling to Maui!!!!

This was a perfect place to stay for my girls trip to Maui!
The owners communication was prompt and they immediately took care of a couple hiccups upon our arrival.
We used the beach umbrella, chairs and cooler bag daily and were so grateful to have them provided.
The kitchen has some spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea to use for your stay.
If you like evening swims, the upper pool at the condo is open later and is nicer.
The balcony overlooks the ocean and is perfect to eat your meals on!
Lots of great food options and tons of beaches within 10 min drive. Some are walking distance.
Yes there are very tiny bugs on the kitchen counter if you donât keep them clean - itâs the tropics. Put your dishes in the dishwasher and wipe the counters.
My only suggestion is for more than 4 beach towels in the unit. We needed to wash ours daily after a day at the beach.
Tip: if your flight arrives in during the day stop at Costco, Target for groceries on your way from the airport, they are 5 min away. Donât forget to grab laundry and dishwasher pods if youâll be using those more than a couple times during your stay.
The parking stall is right next to the condo and itâs a single flight of stairs up.
There are BBQs you can use just in front of the parking stall.
We loved our stay and the condo. It was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property worked out really well for us. It was close to the local beach, and some of the best restaurants and farmers market. We liked the quietness of the condo as we were looking to get away from crowds. We really appreciatiated the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and the insulated cooler. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I was actually surprised at all the things that were provided. Overall a very good experience.

This is a superb place to stay in Maui. Very spacious, clean and artistically decorated. The condo is very close to the beach and the views from the lÄnai are priceless. Erik and Shellie are excellent hosts, we had left our snorkel set there by mistake and they were super helpful tracking it down so that we can get it back.

The check in process was easy. The property is in a large HOA with two pools. I was worried about the AC because it is not a central Air Conditioner but there are three AC units (one in the living room, one upstairs in the loft, and the third in the bedroom downstairs) which worked well.
The internet connection was stable and fast enough for me to take video calls .
The kitchen had some small bugs that would occasionally scurry across the counter. They were not a big deal and I barely noticed them but I also didnât cook much on this trip.

This is a great rental property in south Kihei. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms have been really nicely updated - and have great thick plush towels! Good location with ocean view. But the real standout was how well stocked the place is. Every beach item you might want is already here. We really appreciated the selection of pillows and blankets available so everyone could be comfortable and the kitchen had every gadget and dish imaginable, including tupperware containers and aluminum foil.
Highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a great location with a view, this is a great property. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are a lifesaver when traveling with teens! Kitchen also is well stocked. It could use a coat of paint and the beds are not the most comfortable. We also had a lot of lizards inside this time and the neighbors were pretty noisy. Also, if you have a late flight, be forewarned that they are not flexible with check out times! Overall, would recommend, but the island has a lot of good options, even within the same property.

One issue with Maui Kamaole. Have 2 tennis courts seldom in use but would not let us play Pickleball (fastest growing sport). Doesn't seem to make sense.

Erik and Shellie are great hosts! Their communication was fantastic and their listing accurate! Their condo has great views of the ocean, and defiantly an A+ for providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc! Very clean and updated! Location was perfect; across from the boat-launch/Kam beach III. Parking is was very convenient and close to the condo. Would have appreciated if there was a TV in the upstairs bathroom. Overall, HIGHLY recommended!
