The property is well kept and quiet. The condo has a beautiful ocean view and is well stocked. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen is smaller but upgraded. Having ac was needed as it helps with the humidity.

This is a great condo, very clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The view from the balcony looks over the ocean and is breathtaking. Property managers are communicative and easy to get hold of.

Could hear the waves crashing on the coast… saw whales !
Enjoyed the birds including a few albatross and Nene. Close to Anini beach where we saw turtles. Quiet and clean.
The washer is in the open living space and is quite noisy so we ran it when we were outside.
Grill and pool was lovely. :)

Perfect location and safe for solo travelers or girl's trip. Upstairs unit accessible only by stairs so keep this in mind for older adults. Quiet and peaceful corner unit.

This property certainly has the potential to rate 5 Stars. The location and view are stunning. The new renovations are lovely and we’re appreciated.
The cleanup and organization after the renos appears to have been rushed - closets stuffed full of stuff and disorganized. Only found 1 beach towel. Contact cement? on floor. No extra towels as listed.
The dryer was out of order for our stay. At first we were told it was to be replaced soon but that never happened and when we called back we were told it wouldn’t be replaced. Compensation was originally promised for each day the dryer wasn’t working but no mention of that since.
The condo door was extremely difficult to open and close after an extended deluge of rain.
We contacted the management company (Arrived) a few times. They responded promptly and pleasantly but no issues were resolved. We were told housekeeping would bring more towels but that didn’t happen. The door wasn’t fixed.
We enjoyed our stay and the potential is great. Arrived was pleasant but very ineffective.

First the good. This is as advertised. There is a beautiful view from the living room and borh bedrooms. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc, and many things had been received replaced throughout the house to update it. I read previous reviews about the washer causing rust stains. They have replaced it and we didn't have any issues with it. It is a bit on the loud side, so I wouldn't recommend running it while you are trying to watch TV. It is also a great location and a short drive from everything we wanted to do along the north shore.
The only issue we had was at check in. We arrived 10 minutes after check in time to find the house cleaner finishing up. No problem with that. However, as she was leaving, she nonchalantly let's us know that the front door doesn't close but that maintenance is scheduled for the next day. Literally, there was no way to close the front door or lock it. It makes me wonder what would have happened had we arrived after the house cleaner left. Found our unit wide open?
We called Arrive immediately. Everyone we talked to was very nice. However, as it was Sunday evening, they were having a difficult time finding someone to come and fix it. They did not have any other units available and it was suggested we may need to find a hotel to stay in for the night. While we would be refunded for the missed night, we were expected to find a hotel and cover the cost. There are no hotels in Princeville, so this would have also required driving to another town that evening.
They did eventually find someone to come, who shave down the side of the door so it could be forced shut. We were told someone would come at 8 AM the next day to fix the door. By 9 AM no one had arrived. I called and was told someone was on their way. By 12 PM no one had arrived. I was informed the maintenance person was MIA. As we had plans, we left and I just requested someone call us to inform us when someone would be coming. We were there 2 additional days and never heard anymore about it.
I am happy they were able to fix it enough for us to stay in it and everyone I spoke with was friendly, apologetic, and professional. However, this makes me concerned about the level of support that would be available should something more concerning happen again.
Despite this, we would likely stay here again.

The north shore Kauai is enchanting and magical. The views from this condo are spectacular and PRICELESS. The location is perfect and just minutes from Hanalei beach and Foodland grocery (try the deli poke!). The beds we’re extremely comfortable and kitchen equipped with everything you need. My only complaint is similar to a couple others—the washer/dryer stained and ruined a load of whites. Worth every penny, I will absolutely be back! Mahalo.

This condo was absolutely heaven on earth. Princeville is such a special place on the North Shore of Kauai and we could not have been happier with this condo as our home base for our visit. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation and is so close to the charming town of Hanalei. The kitchen was stocked and we loved making a beautiful dinner and sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean and soaking up the sunset after every flawless day. Can't wait to come stay again.

It's a very nice place and we enjoyed it very much. I would like to say that I was happy you put a door handle on the outside door so we could close it with out any trouble. How ever we think there should be a door handle on the inside as it was very difficult to open from the inside. And if there happened to be some reason to get out quickly, such as a fire. That would be traumatic. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you so much

We were very happy with our stay here at this property. It was in a great location on a bluff with ocean views and good amenities. It can get a little hot in the afternoons but multiple fans and the breeze make it tolerable. The included beach gear was a bonus!

There is no real beach access from this property. I highly recommend going to Hanalei Bay! One of the most beaches I have ever been too and a cute small downtown. Do not attempt to go down the path next to shore by the condo. You could fall off a cliff and it's difficult to get back up. The queens bath is close by and turtle cave which is super cool! Pool was close by which was nice and refreshing!

Property was exactly as advertised. The condo has amazing views - watched the sunrise and sunset every day. Everything functioned well and we utilized the kitchen for breakfast each day and only ate out one day. Nice to prepare meals at your leisure while enjoying the ocean view. Trade winds kept the condo cool, A/C was not needed. We highly recommend this property, even though it needs a little updating (hence the 4 star rating). Great value at this price point. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view and nice sounds of the ocean. Very relaxing. I liked having opened windows because there is was a wonderful breeze. My husband gets hot easily and would have preferred a/c. So it just depends on what you like. The shower pan in the master bath could use upgrading. Lots of closet and cabinet space. I liked having a condo and room to spread out. We didn't really use the kitchen much, but it is was nice and clean. Made coffee daily, and wonderful to sit on the balcony looking over the ocean. Two beach chairs in the outside closet are good, but another one in there needs to be thrown out, it's ripped out. The steps leading up to the condo are very steep. But overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Very close to Princeville for groceries, etc. Check the dryer when you get there. With checkout by 10:00 there's not time to get towels dry. We found a mattress pad in there.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We doubt the following narrative will have any impact on improving the living conditions of unit 7204. We accessed the comment section on the Arrived website and found comments and photos of maintenance problems dated August 2019 that have still not been corrected; electric cover plate missing, paint peeling, etc.
Note: The pictures on the website do not reflect the current status/condition of the unit. Must have been taken many years ago.
What we thought was an inspection-feedback problem is a management problem of not wanting to address issues that would result in monies being spent.
First impressions: Climbing the stairs to the front door we notice the carpeting on the landing. It is dirty, shredded and so worn that the backing is showing through. If this is of no concern to the owners what can we expect on the inside? How many months have people/inspector walked over and ignored the dirty, shredded carpet on the landing?

This property is in a great location in Princeville and close to both Hanalei and Kilauea. The condo itself is fine. What you need is there and it'll get the job done. Internet is a pretty spotty but otherwise nothing too much to complain about.

There quite a few places to stay, all with good views. However, this one has the best. Top corner condo, as close to the ocean as these places get. Others had to look over other condos to see the water. If I were to go back, I would get his exact condo.

Lovely location and view was spectacular. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only issues:
1) the chairs and coffee table need felt sliders on the bottoms. When they were moved, it caused an awful shriek when they were moved against the tile floor. The neighbors complained as well and we had to physically lift the chairs at the dining room table and coffee table to move them
2) A load of wet towels was left in the dryer upon our arrival. We turned the dryer on and folded the towels ourselves when they were done and put them away, but it wasn't a great way to start our vacation - cleaning up after the last guests.
3) The coasters were broken and guests had put them back into the holders, still broken. They were cheap and cracked easily when dropped because they came up with the drink when you lifted it off, then fell onto the floor. Might want to look into some cork coasters.

This apartment is on the upper corner of a 2 story apartment block. It is situated adjacent to the cliff overlooking the ocean, and the patio faces approximately northwest with a completely unobstructed, fantastic view. While the pictures in the listing look suspiciously photoshopped, they do accurately portray the view and the apartment. The only inaccurate photo is the exterior photo which shows a different unit in the complex. Overall the apartment is in decent condition. The fabric on the couches has the feel of being exposed to salt air all the time (which it does as you keep the windows open the allow the breeze to circulate). The blinds throughout the unit need to be replaced, but plan to leave them open as they are missing slats and you need the windows open for the breeze. The mattress is on the firm end of the spectrum (everyone has their own mattress preference) but was workable for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook our meals there (we also used the community gas grill located by the pool, a short walk across the parking lot). While the unit is older and could use some additional updating, it was priced fairly for what you get (great location with an ocean view). We would consider staying again.

The views from this condo are amazing. It's wide open ocean views. Perfect for watching the sun rise every day! It's great that it's on the east end of the building which means you have an amazing breeze that flows through the unit. The accommodations were nice as well! The beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed. Would certainly stay again!
