Adored this condo! It's everything and more. 360 views DAY and NIGHT. Incredible views from every room. Nicely appointed - very thoughtful host! Evening stars put on a show every night - too many stars to count... Saw dolphins playing.. slept like a baby every night listening to the waves crash... One of my new favorite places and will definitely be back!

This was the first visit to Kauai and our stay at Alan and Vicki’s place set
the standard. The views are breath taking!!! Falling asleep to the roar of the pacific right outside was incredible. Very spacious and clean with everything you need. Also conveniently located to all of the North Shore places to see. If we return to Kauai it will will be a must!!!

So nice to have the entire ocean as your back Lanai view. We spent tons of time in Hanalei Bay, 12 minutes drive down the hill from this Princeville Condo. It's perfect balance of being very close to great beach that you drive a short distance to and have shopping and restaurants super close, but also have the ability to settle back into a very quiet neighborhood and watch the ocean while you are cooking your own meal and washing clothes to get ready for the next day of adventure. Don't miss the Turtel Cave hike down the hill in between buildings 2-3. 1 minute walk from this condo and a real treat to see huge turtles swimming and lumbering in the cave. Bring a flashlight and wear swim suits. Common Ground, 20 minutes away by car, was a fun regenerative farm tour and dinner. And The scallops at Bar Acuda in Hanalei were the best.

We absolutely loved staying in this amazing condo. We sat on the lanai and watched the waves and sky during different times of the day. So relaxing! The hike down to the sea cave was something we tried to do every day because it was so beautiful. We walked to Hideaway Beach from the condo and had the BEST snorkeling day. I just can't say enough about this wonderful place!

This was a stunning location and perfect for a family of 4. Precious conversations with my teens, sitting out on the balcony overlooking the ocean! Quiet, peaceful,comfortable. We ate in a few times and had all we needed in the kitchen. This place is a gem, and we’ve already talked about going back for a longer stay. If you want to escape from your fast life and be inspired by beauty, then book this place! Totally worth it. Owner was amazing in giving tips, responding quickly, and went above and beyond.

We stayed 6 nights at HollysKauaiCondo and it was the PERFECT place to stay. The 180 views of the ocean and cliffs are more amazing in person. If you like to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, then this place is for you! We spent many after dinner evenings sitting on the lanai listing to the waves crash or gazing at the stars. The Condo was very clean and spacious. The afternoon breezes cooled the house off within minutes, so AC is totally unnecessary. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. This place had everything you need to enjoy a stay on the North Shore! We will definitely come back and stay at Hollys!

I would highly recommend this condo !! The views were spectacular and the area was very quiet and peaceful. The condo had everything you could need to make your visit comfortable including snorkel gear ! Alan the owner was the best at providing information about where to eat , what is the best things to do , and best beaches . He provided this information right after we booked the condo all the way up to check in. We have used VRBO properties for several vacations and Alan was the best owner I have dealt with by far ! This place deserves its stellar reviews. It is everything folks list and more! The owners clearly love this property. They've made a lot of upgrades (like the stove!) and you can feel their warmth in the condo. It's full of intentional details that make you feel welcomed the moment you step inside. I cannot rate this place highly enough. My parents (both 72) also loved it. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and watching the whales, turtles, and waves. 10/10. Will definitely stay here again!

We took the family here for Spring Break and it was amazing. My partner had to work each day and the wifi was worked well and she got to work with an amazing view. Some of the days were hot and muggy so electric fans were needed (probably could have benefitted from stronger box fans), but otherwise we were incredibly comfortable. We made use of the laundry regularly and we utilized the pool in addition to the beach towels and boogie boards when we went to the beach. An all around great experience. Thank you!

Easy access to spectacular ocean views in a lovely condo. We would highly recommend this particular property and Owner. Previously we stayed in Poipu, and because of weather conditions it turned out the beaches close to us were the best on the island. This is a very large property, but this particular unit is somewhat unique, and both bedrooms provide stunning ocean views. Simply Marvelous!

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how incredibly well cared for this condo is. It's clean, bright, cheery, and welcoming. It is exactly as the photos show it.
We loved seeing the ocean from every room; their lanai was perfect for relaxing on and enjoying coffee in the mornings. We almost always saw whales spouting or playing in the distance (our visit was in February).
All of the appliances were in good working order. We had zero technical hiccups anywhere.
The owners Alan and Vicki are WONDERFUL. They are so helpful and so responsive. They gave us many great ideas for activities and sights to see. We visited almost the entire list during our stay and enjoyed each one.
I loved this unit and absolutely would recommend it and stay here again.

The best host ever and we travel extensively. They are very responsive, extra helpful and kind. The views are stellar. There's a grassy area atop the cliff (you can see it from the condo) with chairs, which is an amazing place to sit and watch the waves crashing. We had a couple of days with 50 foot waves, so it was quite the show. The host provided excellent binoculars and we saw quite the show from the whales. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen which is great cos I cooked a lot. Smooth electric cooktop was such a blessing. The south shore condo we stayed in had one of those old electric coil stoves and nothing cooked evenly, they were so rickety. The only suggestion is that it's probably time for a new large non-stick frying pan. Those things never last, so I'm not really complaining. Plenty of dishes, utensils, food storage containers. We used the larger cooler quite often. So nice having the washer and dryer in the condo. Plenty of storage and hangars. More than enough supplies for our 7 night stay, of consumables of soap, toilet paper, detergent,
paper towels, etc. Great beach equipment: backpack style chairs for the beach really came in handy, plus a nice sized cooler. Lots of other beach equipment. Great water pressure/showers. The master suite is enormous. More than ample linens, towels. Plenty of room to settle in. Although we didn't take advantage of them, there were lots of DVD's and games. They have guidebooks galore. A less active individual would probably be content to sit on the balcony half the day. It's evident that the owner loves and uses this place themselves. It was like staying at someone's home. They have literally thought of everything you could possibly need. I almost cried when we had to leave. It's achingly beautiful.

Oh where do we begin?!?! Everything about our stay here was more than we could have ever imagined. Starting from the booking process all the way to checking out was the best experience we have had with renting. Communication: Alan went above and beyond in this area. Anytime we had a question or concern we would get a response almost immediately from him. The recommendations and suggestions of where to eat and what to do were spot on! We will have to come back to finish up what we did not experience.
The unit: what you see is what you get but even better in person. Very spacious, comfy and CLEAN (which is VERY important to us.) There were five of us and my sister slept on the sofa bed which wasn’t bad at all. Better than most. The lanai of course was thee best part! We had to peel ourselves off of it in order to go explore the island. Being there in January we saw whales in the distance literally every single day whether they were breaching or just spouting. So cool!
The area: Just beautiful. The drive from the airport was about 40 minutes or so depending upon the time of day but pretty easy to initially find the unit. Grocery store was super convenient and only 5 minutes away. It was a very good area to go for walks or runs. I could go on and on but ultimately we would definitely rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Lanai looks directly out to the ocean below, and being out there is amazing. The condo is clean and well maintained with a great kitchen. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodated my need for low scent/no scent cleaning products. We stayed here for 6 nights- falling asleep to the sound, and waking up to the sight, of the big North island waves. This second story condo overlooks the rugged, but lush cliffs. The community is exceptionally well-manicured, and quiet. There is no accessible beach in walking distance but the drive to get to relatively nearby Hanalei or Anini Beach is stunning, so we weren’t too bothered. The condo is very well stocked with snorkeling gear and beach toys for the kids. It is also very spacious with plenty of dresser and closet space. There is a pool on the grounds but we didn’t use it.
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation with a lovely tropical ambience this is a great option.

This property is amazing. The view is awesome! You can lay in bed and watch the ocean, work at the table in the owner's suite while looking at the waves, sit and drink your coffee on the lanai and watch Nene waddle on the grass below. Every kitchen utensil you need, every beach accessory you'd want along with a library of videos and books make you feel welcome.

We spend 4 great days at this property, and were sad to leave. By the end of our busy 2 week Hawaiian vacation, we realized that waking up with the sun and the pounding sound of surf is what we were finally relaxed enough to appreciate. This 2nd floor/2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has a fantastic expansive ocean view from every room & balcony. You are a 2min walk to the pool, and 10-15 min drive to Hanalei (for restaurants). As we were getting ready to leave, I was still using our binoculars to see the sea turtles & fish down in the water. Star gazing was great from the balcony as well. When we return to Princeville, we'll stay here for sure. Be sure to visit The Lighthouse in Kilauea (as well as Kilauea bakery), as well as Lihuliu Botanical Gardens and Hanalei shops & beach.

If you've been researching a ton of places, just stop now and book this one. We just got back from spending 6 days here and it was amazing!! Alan & Vicki are incredible hosts--super responsive, helpful, kind, and just seem like great people. Their home away from home is comfortable, CLEAN, stocked with anything you might want or need, and has the most beautiful views from everywhere inside. You can literally watch the sun rise from the master bed! We loved spending every morning and evening on the lanai together getting just a step closer to the beautiful water.
We appreciated the extra fans, as we are hot sleepers, and were totally comfortable with the lovely breeze coming off the ocean at night. We also appreciated all the beach gear! Towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards. So awesome. We discovered we loved snorkeling!! We were gifted the experience of spotting sea turtles while snorkeling on 2 different days--so amazing, we'll never forget it.

The condo was very well provisioned, and the view can't be beat. With the time change coming from the mainland, our kids were up at dawn. But this meant we got to take in the amazing sunrise view from the lanai. There were also nenes strolling around on the grass below. Alan was very responsive to emil and sent out several friendly and informative emails in advance of our arrival. If you are looking to stay in Princeville, this is a great option.

We had a fantastic stay in Alan & Vicki’s condo. The condo is very clean and well-stocked. The view is amazing and we enjoyed eating on the balcony. The property is conveniently located close to Hanalei Bay and Na Pali. Everything we needed for the beach was there, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler, and boogie boards. It was quite a highlight of the trip to hike down Turtle Cove which is directly beneath the condo. We did some snorkeling there, and saw 5 sea turtles resting in the cave. Alan and Vicki are great hosts. They were very communicative and gave us useful information/tips about the area. Highly recommended!

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this condo. We would recommend it to anyone.
First off, the condo is kept super clean… from the fully stocked kitchen to the bathrooms to the linens. Spotless!
Secondly, the owners go the extra mile by adding many nice touches. There is a starter coffee set provided, laundry and dishwasher detergent, snorkel gear, boogie boards, Amazon Alexa, a gas grill just to name a few. All 3 beds and linens were extremely comfortable.
Finally, the view from anywhere in the condo simply can’t be beat. If you are on the nice private wrap around balcony, in either bedroom, the living room, or even the kitchen you have an amazing view over looking the Pacific Ocean. During our summer time stay both sunrise and sunset were over the ocean. You also have great cross breezes coming in from 3 different directions into the condo… always a perfect temperature!
The Hollys provided a lot of information ahead of time to help us plan our days in Kauai. They responded quickly when we had a couple questions during our stay.
We have traveled many places and this condo is definitely the best we have encountered. If a second trip to Hawaii happens for us, we will definitely schedule around being able to stay here!

We were given clear instructions days before our trip, and we were able to find the place easily. The location was perfect-no stairs to climb, breathtaking views of the ocean, clean and well-organized condo layout. The kitchen is well-equipped and we had the needed stuff (chairs, etc) to enjoy our beach trips. The hikes to Queen’s bath and Turtle cave were doable from the condo. And access to other beaches was easy. The sunrise and sunset views begin and end our days in this place. Overall, an excellent choice in Princeville!

The condo is located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It boasts cooling breezes in all the rooms along with the ocean views. It was such a tranquil and picturesque setting. Our family spent the last four days of our 11 day vacation in Princeville. We had a flat tire with a screw in our tire. My husband bought a kit to fix at a gas station but we needed pliers to get the screw out. We went back to the condo and it had a large box with tons of tools including the pliers we needed! The condo had absolutely everything we needed to do some local hikes. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and a blender for drinks! The view from the lanai was beautiful. What a fabulous vacation experience spending a relaxing week in Alan and Vickie’s very comfortable and well equipped condo. Alan was extremely helpful with suggestions of what to do tailored toward our interests. We took many wonderful hikes from the condo as per his detailed directions. The highlight was the condo’s premo location perched on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. We loved every minute of our stay in Alan and Holly's condo. As accurate as the description is, it underestimated just how wonderful the property is – located at the end of a building, overlooking the ocean, the cleanliness, the thoughtful extras, the comfiness of the space and especially the beds, etc. We fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean and spend our mornings on the balcony watching the waves before venturing out. Alan and Holly provide everything you could need from beach towels to boogie boards and lawn chairs; coffee filters, coolers, and Q-tips. The bookshelves hold guidebooks and a wide array of movies. The condo is spacious and quiet, ten minutes from Hanalei and less than five minutes from the grocery store. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

This was the second time that we have stayed at this condo. And it was even better than the first visit. We stayed with another couple and the condo was perfect. We took advantage of several of the conveniences that the Holly's have included. We used the ice chest, the beach chairs, the binoculars, the snorkel gear, just to name a few. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The views are wonderful. It was a little warmer that our last visit, but we still had no need of air conditioning. We used the BBQ grill that was just outside the front door and it was also clean and operated as it was suppose to. There are so many things to see and do near the condo. We love Anini beach and it is so convenient from the condo. It was a pain getting to Hanalei so until they get the road repaired be prepared to sit in traffic if you make the trip to Tunnels or Ke'e beach (if you can). We also tried Hideaway Pizza and it was not only close but had excellent pizza and great views. Overall we loved our stay and are already making plans for another visit in the future.

While staying at your place, we snorkeled Turtle's cove (twice), Hanalei Bay, Queen's Bath, Tunnels, and Anini beach. I saw dozens of turtles swimming about and even caught a glimpse of a large tiger shark at Anini's beach when I was out by the reef (definitely scary). Thanks for all of the tips. This was truly a trip that we'll always remember

Gorgeous views from every room. Hosts are exceptional communicators- welcoming, helpful, responsive. Unit is a bit dated but otherwise quite comfortable and North Shore location is convenient; the complex is quiet and very well maintained. It’s a fantastic place. Mahalo!

This was our 4th stay at this property. There is a reason why are family keeps coming back... we absolutely love this condo and location. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. Also, the morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets are spectacular from the condo's lanai.

We originally booked this property for Summer 2020, but had to change our plans, of course. I think we ended up changing dates three times, and our hosts were so accommodating and absolutely wonderful to communicate with. They also sent regular updates keeping us apprised of changes to Hawaii’s travel restrictions and all went smoothly.
Check-in is a breeze and the condo is clean, comfortable, and extremely well-appointed. We had plenty of supplies (soap, detergent, paper products) to get us through the week, and they also provide plenty of beach towels and toys – our children especially enjoyed the boogie boards. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It is clear a lot of thought and care has gone into anticipating guests' needs.
Of course, the view is what sets this condo apart – it is stunning! We ended every day sitting on the lanai, enjoying the ocean breezes, and soaking up the view. You are spoiled with this place, because each bedroom has a panoramic ocean view as well, so you can enjoy it no matter what room you’re in.
My husband and I are both teachers and a week here was exactly what we needed to unwind from a very challenging school year. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next opportunity to be back!

We loved our time at the Holly's condo and will definitely be back! To hear the ocean all the time was relaxing and just what was needed after the long pandemic year. The kitchen had everyone one would need. The beach items were also very complete - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, several sizes of coolers, towels, bamboo mats. We took the recommendation of booking with Na Pali Catamaran for a Na Pali coast boat trip and were not disappointed! Bar Acuda is probably the best restaurant in Hanalei. Make reservations well in advance of your trip. JO2 in Kapa'a is also a great foodie spot. The road closure is a little challenging at dinner time as everyone heads to Hanalei at the same time to put names in for a table. Most restaurants are first come, first served. Locals told us the closure could last until January. Foodland has a great poke bar and deli/prepared foods if you don't want to go into Hanalei or cook at the condo. The chinese/thai restaurant in Foodland/Princeville center is also pretty good with tables outside on which to sit. We went to several beaches - a great one for kids is Anini. We saw a seahorse, a few turtles and lots of coral and fish. It's calm and great for kids.

Holly and Allen are great host. They also provided beach gears which made our stay much easier and a lot more fun! The view was breathtaking! The location is great, which is about 10-15 minutes drive to most of the restaurants and bars. We would love to stay there again.
