This Princeville condo was perfectly located between Hanalei area and Wailua for us. Every window has an ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, very clean. Manager checked in and answered quickly. Details were in place like soap and towels and beach chairs. Was sincerely the perfect spot.

This property was even better than expected! Clean, convenient, and a beautiful walk-out view! Morning coffee and an evening dinner on the patio felt like the perfect home away from home experience we were looking for. It was quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do on daily outings. The manager was attentive while we were there and after. She was so kind to go out of her way and contact us about a pair of earrings that were accidentally left behind. She even mailed them back to us. We would love to visit again!

Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was available for our days at the beach. 4 minute drive to grocery store and 8 min to Hanelai shops/restaurants. Great area for morning walks with amazing views. I really appreciate that out of all of our rentals on this Hawaii trip, this was the only one where we were able to hear the sounds of the ocean every night. Being able to step outside and enjoy panoramic views at any time was a real plus. Perfect location to quickly drop in anywhere on the north shore.
Great value, easy check-in, well presented and thoughtful touches from the hosts on our arrival.
Be aware that the unit is one in a small block of condos. The people in the condo above stepped out onto their balcony on a couple of mornings and their conversations were noticeable. This is to be expected but worth noting. In general however, the condo felt peaceful and private.

I’m usually happy with any stay if I get a good nights sleep and it’s clean, but Larry and Denise have made this condo oh so much more! The kitchen is thoroughly stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and updated. My advice is to sit at the patio set and enjoy the view! We stayed on the other noisier side of the island for a few days before coming here and were relieved at the quiet and peaceful setting here.

The hosts are very nice and quick to respond to questions! The condo provides everything you might need from beach chairs, to laundry detergent. The check-in process was extremely easy which is always appreciated. We were even offered an early check-in! The views from the back of the property are amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. We watched the sunset every single night! We are so glad we stayed here and will be recommending this place to our friends. Thank you for making our time in Princeville unforgettable!!

This listing was exactly as stated. We couldn’t have asked for a better view, property & property owners. Denise & Larry have thought of everything! The condo is renovated & beautiful. It overlooks a cliff that is breathtaking. We were even lucky to see a few whales during our stay. You are welcomed with a binder full of recommendations around the island. (We visited many of the places & they did not disappoint.) There are beach towels, beach chairs, ice chests & more. Denise & Larry made the check in/out process a breeze & were very communicative throughout the entire booking process. Would highly recommend them. Definitely felt at home. Thanks for sharing a piece of your paradise with us!

Shhh don’t let anyone know but this place is the best in Alii Kai in Princeville. A very comfortable and clean place with upgraded appliances.
I am not sure there is another unit in Alii Kai that is ocean facing with an outdoor 4 seat table to eat our meals, watch the whales, and enjoy the view.

This property is in a beautiful, bottom floor corner location with beautiful unobstructed views. . It was clean and well stocked with Beach towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, suggestions for places to shop and eat. Everything you need for a great vacation. There were even binoculars so that you can watch the whales and dolphins from the lanai. Larry and Denise were very accessible to answer any questions or make other suggestions. I would highly recommend property :-)

Great view and very comfortable place to spend a week. Each room had a clear, large view of the ocean. Well stocked kitchen to cook a few meals and beach items to enjoy the beaches near by.
The hosts (Denise & Larry) were prompt and helpful with some questions we had about the local farmers market.
11/10. Would come back again.
