My husband and I stayed a week and really enjoyed the condo. It’s just right across the street from the beach (beautiful sunsets) and so close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and 2 bathrooms is perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean, quiet, updated and very well stocked. Bed was great. I was told it is scheduled for new paint after we leave. A fresh coat of paint will make it even better. Beach and some restaurants are in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Our overall stay was good; however, we had some problems with checking in late at night and our designated parking stall was taken and there were no “free” stalls left. So we ended up having to park down the road and around the corner. Front staff were “unsure” what to do with the vehicle the next morning when we talked to them. I ended up having to contact the condo owner. Eventually, it was moved. There was no cooler in the room so we ended up buying a small one and leaving it there. Also had to ask for more toilet paper a week before the end of our stay and we’re denied so ended up having to buy more rolls than what we needed. They were adamant they left 2 extra rolls in each bathroom but there was only 1 extra in one of the bathrooms. We stayed for 3 weeks. Kinda disappointed that we couldn’t get an extra roll of cheap toilet paper. The room was spacious but if you are looking to sit out on the lanai comfortably, it is very long but very narrow in width and was hard to get around the furniture. Air conditioners worked great and so did the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. All appliances were in good working order.

We stayed 5 nights at the Maui Banyon Condo while visiting the island. It was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. We would recommend it without hesitation.

1st time in Maui and at the Banyan, it did not disappoint!! The location of this property/condo is fantastic...beaches right across the street. We drove the Hana hwy, watched surfing on the way, went to Twinsfalls waterfall (little disappointed thought it would be more WOW than it was) enjoyed lunch on the bay in Hana, cool black sand. Snorkled in Honalula Bay saw amazing beautiful fish and a Barracuda (scared me out of the water haha). Black rock great snorkeling too. kayaked between Kamaole 1 Beach and Maluaka Beach saw the whales and hear them...we do have a whale of a story☆☆☆☆☆:] frequented a few delicious local hang outs...places to try Loekos Kitchen, Maui brew company, Paia fish company and Fred's close to Banyan. We arrived to this rental on Christmas Eve and everything was just perfect! There was even enough room for a Christmas tree! We had everything we needed and the location was ideal. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops very easily. There is a stand just across from the beach that rents boogie boards, kayaks, snorkel equipment, etc. I also liked how close we were to the airport. Honestly, I liked the area that I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying here, it’s a great location walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants! The reservation/check in/check out process were easy, communication was clear, and we had plenty of room for my 2 sons and us to be comfortable. I’m missing my morning coffee on the lanai already!

The property was pretty, clean and well maintained. Our condo on the other hand was not very clean. The bathrooms were pretty gross. They do not scrub shower between guests. One of the bathrooms toilets started leaking while we were there. We notified the guy on our list and he said he would come and never showed up. We were left with only one working toilet for the last couple days of our trip.

Overall well equipped. Paperwork sent out needs to be updated with new WiFi. Could use some painting and spiffing up. Couldn’t open the safe so it was useless but overall a good place to stay.

Condo was kept in good condition. Ample bedding and great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Parking and check-in process were straightforward.
Friend with allergies could not stop sniffling in this unit (other rooms in Maui Banyan building were OK). Master bedroom A/C unit was not cooling the room and could only circulate air around. Secondary bathroom ventilation had seen better days as well. No other complaints for the price of the rental.

Overall our stay was good. This is a great location just a few minutes walking to the beach and to many local shops and restaurants. However we did find a few issues with the condo itself that needed improvement. We communicated these concerns to the property manager who was not very helpful.

The Condo had everything my friend and I needed. Plenty of towels and amenities. Everything was so clean and the decorations are so cute! Had breakfast on the lanai and had a view of the Ocean. Absolutely beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Dan.

This is one of the cleanest properties in which we have stayed. The location is ideal - right across from the beach and good restaurants within an easy walk. The condo is well-stocked with the necessities. The grounds are very well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location H building. Parking you can park in the front lot or anywhere in the parking garage that doesn't say reserved by owner, and their is back parking lot. I parked their forever until I talked to some people. The ocean view is from the balcony not a wave view balcony is long and skinny. It's nice to let fresh air in. All new appliances. The washer and dryer just press the button once to get it to go. Hit up Fred's on Taco Tuesday cheap Margaritas. The hot tub was my favorite spot. Would stay here again. Staff at front desk very kind. The property is very beautiful and the pools were great! A few draw backs, no wash clothes in the unit, bedroom AC super noisy ( on last leg) the dish washer is broke however I called to let them know and they already knew but no note was left to notify us. Since the pandemic was still an issue, perhaps having something that gives you info on places that would take our or deliver. All in all great place to stay, beach equipment was appreciated! We would definitely stay again!!

Public beach is across the street and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Our unit had everything we needed to make and eat meals/coffee. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear were available to use. Quiet complex.

This was a nice condo in a good location. It wasn’t fancy, but certainly clean and sufficient. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, only 2 full size forks was a little sparse, the pans were in a little rough shape, but overall a good experience.

Nice stay. Easy check-in (self check-in). Everything was communicated via email well in advance. Well stocked toiletries and bed sheets for a family stay of 8 days, beach towels, chairs and snorkeling kits. Walking distance to beach and eateries. It felt like home.

I stayed with a group of four adult women and we absolutely loved this Place. It was plenty of space for us and the sleeping arrangements were fine. The listing actually makes it look smaller than it is in real life - we were blown away once we arrived. The listing also comes with beach towels, plenty of towels, a cooler and some beach games. Staying in Kihei was nice as we were able to move to different parts of the island pretty easily. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Unit was fairly priced with a great location across from Kamaole II. Instructions from owner were very clear so we didn’t need to contact owner during stay. Only complain was that bathroom air return vents were covered with a thick dust. I would definitely return to this property.

The location of the property was great! It was close to good food spots and right across the beach. It was great because finding an Uber or Lyft was hard sometimes. We only had trouble with getting the TVs to work at first but then figured out how to work the one in the bedroom. Overall great place, I would definitely book again!

Very clean in great location. The pull out sleeper it’s probably in need of replacing and a toilet valve was leaking a little bit. That is not a complaint that is just an observation.
