This was my third time staying at the Maui Banyan in the last 7 months and this unit was my favorite. The location in the property was perfect, very close to the back pool. The patio is lovely with beautiful landscaping that kept it shaded so I could enjoy it even during the hottest times of the day. Communication with the host was perfect. Thank you Pam!

My husband and I were really happy with our stay overall. The condo was a refuge after adventure filled days- it was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more. We had some issues with bugs inside the hallway bathroom and we were let in a bit late by the cleaner but Pam was really accommodating and responsive. We were given a small but greatly appreciated refund amount for having to wait outside while the cleaner finished up and towards the end of our stay, Pam offered us a late checkout which we gladly took.
Thank you Pam and Glynn for having us, we are excited to come back in the future. Mahalo!

We loved our stay in Kihei! This condo exceeded our expectations. It had all of the amenities we needed - we appreciated the beach chairs, towels and cooler! We loved the close proximity to the beach (literally one block away) and super close to shops/restaurants. Parking was always available and convenient. We can’t wait to plan another trip back.

The condo was in a great location with beaches and dining within east walking distance! Condo had a great patio that opened onto a large open area. Also, it had all the beach gear you would want (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc.). Well stocked condo. Definitely would stay again.

Before booking this lovely condo, I read most of the reviews/comments by former guests, and they were all raving about how wonderful Pam's place was...and they were absolutely correct!!!
Everything that you could possibly want or need for a week in paradise was provided, and not only that, but everything was well-organized, easy to find and in good condition. And the whole condo was sparkling clean!!!
Just to list a few of the things I was most happy to find:
A large-brimmed straw hat ...didn't need to go out and buy one.
Night lights in both bathrooms & one in the kitchen area, making it easy to orient oneself if waking up in the night.
100% cotton, great quality sheets made sleeping very comfortable!
Koozie holders for your drinks...very helpful in a humid climate.
Several different Hawaii/Maui travel guides to borrow/use, plus
a nice variety of books to read in case you forgot to bring your own.
Great beach towels, beach mats, sunbrella, cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, large reusable shopping bags to cart stuff around.
Fridge/freezer has an efficient ice-maker and there was one ice pack provided.
Good, efficient lighting thru-out the condo, and outdoors as well.
Convenient location to the upper swimming pool/hot tub/outdoor grills. (Note: grills only available until 9:30 pm)
Convenient to walk to beach & close-by restaurants.
It is also fairly quiet. Very little street noise, as the unit is pretty far back from main street.
Over all it was a wonderful place to stay!!! Hope to visit again!!! Mahalo!!!

We enjoyed our time at Pam's place! It was well equipped with everything we would need for our vacation, including great beach gear. In a convenient location, right across from a really good beach and close to restaurants and other towns. The only downside were all the rough speed bumps coming into the property, but that's a minor complaint and not their fault.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect, steps away from a quiet beach, and the condo was clean and spacious. Perfect for two people but could comfortably house a third person. Never needed to reach out to the owners because all of the instructions were crystal clear. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely condo in excellent condition. Pros: Grounds immaculately kept. Kitchen is very well equipped. Two full baths a definite plus. Very quiet at night, and the comfy bed and quiet, effective a/c make for a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood feral cat. Cons: Speed bumps! You must negotiate a minimum of nine of these, and perhaps eleven if you use the upper parking lot--and that's just on the way in. Having said that, Maui is the world capital for speed bumps, so if you come to Maui learn to love 'em.
