This was our second time staying here. The first time was before the renovations were done. We love the location and the updates to the condo. Very close to many beaches and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

First time for us staying on this side of the island ( we always stayed at Black Rock at Kaanapali) and we really enjoyed staying here. Would stay here again.

We've just returned from a great week at Maui Banyan in Kihei. The property is in a great location, directly across from Kamaole II (we walked down every morning at day break and every evening at sunset) and central to everything in Maui. The unit included a designated parking spot close to the apartment. It really checks all the boxes for a fun vacation.
The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, cups, and even travel mugs. Additionally, they provided essentials like paper towels and soap. The king-sized bed accommodated my husband and me comfortably, while our kids used the pull-out couch, offering more than enough space for a family of four.
What I particularly appreciated was the split AC in both the living room and bedroom, along with two ceiling fans. Bonuses were the in-unit washer and dryer as well as the beach supplies available. On the lanai, we found four beach chairs, a small soft cooler, and a large beach umbrella (slightly worn but still functional), plus other supplies we didn't use. The interior closet was stocked with extra linens, sand toys, and multiple masks.
The property management team maintained excellent communication via email and texts, both prior to our check-in and during our stay. They made sure we had all the information we needed and offered various contact options if anything was required, though we didn't need them as everything was already well provided.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were extremely comfortable. It was very clean and the location was superb. It is across the street from a beautiful beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check in and out process was seamless and it was great having a free parking spot. The kitchen had everything you need to cook your meals - which was a lifesaver for us as we were travelling with our kids. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to travel back to Maui. I highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay while visiting family for our grandson's birthday. The kitchen had more than ample cookware and dishes and even had some basic staples. We didn't make use of the beach chairs and towels but appreciated them being available. We had fun in the pool with our 3-year-old grandson. Excellent value in a superb location.

We Had A Wonderful Maui Vaca!! This was what we needed! Anthony and Julie were great in every way, very workable and communicative. I hate to give them a 4 Star Review, but because this is all about people knowing what to expect, the bed is really...just awful. It is so soft that you sink into it, and I think it is a double and not a queen. We ended up taking the small mattress from the sofa bed and sleeping on the floor.
Everything else is Great! The condo is stocked with great kitchen dishes, pans, everything. We Loved having two nice sized bathrooms. The location is right across from a great beach. If the bed issue got resolved, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental, it was well equiped with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and beach stuff... Close walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The second bathroom was a bonus and was great that they had a smart tv that we could put an occasional show or movie on Disney or Netflix… with the kids.

The location of the Banyan is fantastic with Kam II across the street and lots of east walking for food/snacks. We really appreciated that the unit was as shown in photos, it’s nicely updated and has all of the every day items you need for a beach holiday. Also, thank you for the extras like oil and spices, coolers, games, beach toys, etc. Just wish the bed was a king!

We ( my good friend and myself) lived in this condo for 26 days and thoroughly enjoyed the condo with all of its amenities and the location. The owners had it well equipped for preparing meals and also for the beach. We loved the convenience of being near the ocean, having the pool and hot tub handy on the property which was excellent. We would be happy to rent this property again and will recommend it to our friends. We did not rent a vehicle so have no comments on the parking etc but it looked like it was excellent as well. What a wonderful place to vacation. I hope my family will be able to enjoy this condo at some point. Since I am already in my eighties, I don't believe I'll be back but I am blessed with the wonderful memories!!

The only con was I thought the view would be better. You look right out at the parking garage and only see a sliver of ocean if you look all the way left.

This was the perfect unit for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable. The unit was equipped with almost everything we needed. Bath towels, hand towels, beach towels...even some laundry and dishwasher detergent to start off with. The cooler bag and the cooler packs were so helpful.
BBQ grills were cleaned everyday and conveniently located at the pool. We were able to cook most of the time while kids swam in the pool.
Maui Banyan is just 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit has beach chairs and an umbrella. Even swim noodles which came in handy during our snorkeling trips. The beach has couple of rinsing station but Maui Banyan also has their own as you walk back to the condo.
There are great restaurants and shops near by. Some of the best snorkels during our stay were only 50 minute drive. Some of the best shopping were only 5 minute drive.
We have previously stayed at a different unit and I must say, this unit was amazing. Communications with the owners were quick and efficient. They took the time to walk me through some of the questions I had. The only minor issue was that I don't think they have accounted for how long our stay would be. We stayed for 2 weeks, so we did have to pick up some extra essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels.
Definitely check in and see what they already have before running out and stock up on your own stuff. Next time we visit Maui again, we'll for sure try to reserve the same unit

This property was clean and updated beyond our expectations. They even included items for the beach for us to borrow. (towles, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler) The actually location of the condo is perfect. Beach access is right across the road and the condo is located at the front of the property. Tons of shops, restaurants and activity stores all short walk away. I couldn't be happier with my choice to stay here.

I was impressed seeing the condo on vrbo, and even more exciting upon driving into the complex... the location and style of the condo was so nice! Right across the from 3 amazing beaches.. just a few steps to enjoy the sunsets, a walk or few minute drive to all the nice and local places downtown area of Kihei offers.. location is perfect! The unit we stayed was very nice, more than comfortable and accommodating. It was fully stocked to cover all our needs, and with beach chairs and towels were helpful. It was clean and the decor was comfortable and the Hawaiian feeling we wanted. We enjoyed the pool several times a day and met a lot of nice other people around the complex. We are taking note of unit # and hoping to rent again from this unit and owners who were more than cordial and easy to communicate with. We love Maui and it was our first stay on this side of the island, and staying at the Banyan made it very enjoyable!

I've travelled around the world but this condo was absolutely PERFECT. Everything we could need was provided for the condo and beach. I was so impressed that it had a fully loaded kitchen...I literally had candles for my birthday cake. The washer/dryer is such a great amenity and allowed me to pack a little lighter. Everything was in great condition and super clean. The property and building was very clean and neighbours were kind and helpful. We had access to the pool, spa and bbq area - this was such a perk especially on days when beach access was not possible. I spent a lot of time in the pool looking up at all the stars. It was perfect. The property was right across the street from Kam 2 - it is literally a 5 min walk to one of the best beaches in Maui. The property is maybe a 10 minute drive from Wailea and the shops and golf course, and 10 minutes away from the great restaurants in Kihei. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. I say this with 100% honesty and sincerity - I cannot wait to visit Maui again and stay here. I would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone! <3 thank you for an amazing stay.

Very nice location! Across from the beach and super close to everything else, including restaurants and shops. Instructions and communication from property manager was very helpful and detailed. The unit was accurately described. Having 2 full bathrooms was wonderful! Finding an open parking space in the structure was easy. Loved that everything needed for the kitchen, was available. Having cable TV channels was a plus.

What a great condo and overall Maui experience! This condo location can’t be beat as it’s across the street from 3 great beach parks that have bathrooms and easy step access. Great for kids as well as they also have life guards. The 2 pools on the property are also lovely with a covered area to eat and grill.
The condo itself is well stocked and we greatly appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys! The 2 bathrooms were totally a big plus as well. Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Kihei!

If you’re staying in Kihei this is a great location for beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shopping. We were able to walk to at least three different beaches with all of our gear no problem. Same thing with restaurants. Wailea is a five minute drive up the road. The condo is clean and very well furnished. We rarely used the kitchen but anytime we looked for something it was there. All we had to rent for beach equipment was an umbrella. The A/C unit is in the living room so just be aware if you’re planning on closing the sliding doors between the living room and bedroom for privacy you will get hot. We bought a cheap fan from Long’s which solved that problem. Laundry works great-no issues with hot water in the showers. Two bathrooms is a game-changer. The lanai is small but comfortable enough for me and my partner to sit on every night and people watch. All in all great for what we needed and can’t beat that location.

I was hesitant to stay at such a large property. I prefer smaller complexes, but it didn't feel that large the way it was sectioned. I spent my time at the beach, never saw the pools or common area. The carpet in H308 is disgusting. If not replaced, it needs a professional clean, but otherwise well stocked condo. Enjoyed my stay.

This is a very nice condo, and a nice property. We enjoyed the pool very much, and the beach was basically 100 yards away. Met many guests from Canada. The condo itself was VERY well equipped, with everything you’d need to make it a home, plus lots of equipment for the beach. We also loved having the washer and drier, after two weeks in Hawaii! The included covered parking was fabulous also. This location is directly across from the beach, and just a block from the 808 deli, where we went for a sandwich to take to the beach. A few more steps down the street is The Cinnamon Roll Place, and you should plan on that one morning.

The condo was one of the most well equipped units I’ve ever stayed in. We had ample kitchen supplies, linens and towels. Well done!
The front shower could have been cleaner and the couch has seen better days but it didn’t change our opinion of the condo. It has everything you need for a great week on Maui!

I was a part of a large group. Between us, we had 6 condos. Mine was the best out of the 6 that I saw. Very comfortable and a peaceful place to return to when rest was needed. Had everything I needed. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa. Cushions are worn and slant forward. I had to remove the back cushion in an effort to level out my seat and sit back more. Overall, was great and I would definitely go again.

The location is excellent for beach access and restaurants. And the logistics -- aside from the necessary COVID protocols -- were straightforward. This property was perfect for up to four people, especially a family. It was just my husband and I and it was more than enough space for us, we felt a little spoiled (and we loved it!). We were not aware at the time of booking that there were two full bathrooms, so you can imagine what a pleasant surprise it was for us! Kihei was also the ideal town to explore Maui from. All in all, we really enjoyed our experience!! Will come back again for sure.

We came to Maui Banyan for its proximity to Kamaole beach, price point, and having everything we needed for my husband and I’s getaway. It did not disappoint! From the moment we checked in, we felt comfortable and right at home. Plenty of towels, beach supplies, and kitchen being fully stocked that it made it incredibly easy to frequent the beach and come home as needed to either cook, rest, or reset. Loved the stay! Perfect Location! Property has everything for a beach day, boogie board, chairs, noodles, toys. Can’t go wrong! I NEVER COOK when I’m in Maui but… the Kotchen has everything you need.. I mean everything! I saw a citrus juicing gadget, foil, containers for food, plastic wrap, some laundry soap to get us started, we left our extra. There is absolutely not one thing I can say I needed or missed! The view to water is gorgeous but again.. I don’t STAY in the room… I walked across and put my toes in! There were plenty of sheets. I invited my sis in Law so I took the sleeper sofa… I slept absolute fine in Paradise on that pull out! I was lucky enough to be able to Stay an extra day! The Location is perfect everything is close and we even rode the bus a few times which is EXTREMELY AIR CONDITIONED and pleasant. There is nothing I can say bad about my trip, the condo or the Property. All employees were kind and helpful. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!! Aloha!!

My wife and our 4 month old son stayed at the condo. The condo has an elevator that worked amazing with the stroller and the distance to the beach was so close. There are also some nice food places super close and a delicious ice cream spot we stopped by every night. Highly recommend staying here. Beaches were amazing as well. Nicely suited for kiddos.
