What an awesome spot! The condo is the perfect size for a couple or a small family looking for a quiet, easily accessible spot with a friendly atmosphere. Located within a short walk to the shops, food and the beach and if you wanted to venture further, the main highway was just minutes from the location. Zach was a pleasure to work with, always answered if there were any questions and helped to make it an effortless trip to the island. We will most certainly be back!

This place was perfect for 2 people. My husband and I are avid snorkelers and this place could not be closer to the best snorkeling on the island.
The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted plus more. They didn't have a keruig but that's ok.
Bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely.
They had so many extras like beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, boogie boards, snorkels and fins.
The only thing missing was a place to hang your wet things when you came in from the beach. Other than that I can't think of anything missing.
There were 2 lovely pools that were nice to relax in at the end of the day. There were also tennis courts available but we didn't use them.
The parking lot. is across the street from the condo and easy to find a space. The spaces were a little small so I wouldn't rent a big vehicle if you are staying there.
We had an issue with the bedroom tv and Zach's helper came over immediately and fixed it.
Great. place to stay. Would definately stay there again.

My daughter and her family used the room, I was in a time share in the same facility. The room was wonderful, updated and clean. The amenities, such as, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels, were appreciated and we used them. We all stayed 6 days and could not have been happier.

Our family has stayed at the Maui Banyan several times over the years, in different units. This unit was one of the nicer ones, in terms of updates and comfort. The king-sized bed and fold-out couch were comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and the kitchen was impressively stocked for cooking, barbecuing and entertaining. Beach chairs, a wagon and a cooler were provided. The unit is on the ground floor of the ‘H’ building (for those familiar with the Banyan) and relatively close to the beach and shops, compared to other units in the complex. Our host was very pleasant and communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I was super happy to find a cooler and ice packs ready for us to use and we packed sandwiches and fruit to take to the beach with us every day. My family of four stayed here and my daughters, ages 10 and 13, shared the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. The A/C worked great. An amazing stay!

Really nice property. Great access to everything you could possibly want. The condo is clean, beautiful, and a pleasure to be in. They provided many many many amenities I wouldn’t have even thought of, like boogie boards, chairs, towels, beach, equipment, etc. It really topped off our stay. My husband ended up having a stroke while we were staying here, and the owners were as nice as they could be. I will definitely be coming back here again when we come to Maui. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Sweet small place, loved the two bathrooms, absolute perfect location! Could walk everywhere within a very short walk, which was key with a toddler. one bummer was there wasnt a pack and play so we had to fly with it. Otherwise excellent!

This is a lovely one bedroom, ground floor suite. Zach has done a great job in making this unit feel very comfortable. King bed and furniture very nice with timer A/C in bedroom. Bathrooms all beautifully updated and towels very luxurious! Extras such as boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to carry beach items made going to the beach fun! Dishes and utensils were well supplied and all appliances worked very well. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but most sofa beds are and my son is a big guy. Lanai was small and has no view of the ocean, but not an issue for us as beach was very close. Zach checked in with us to see how things were going, was great to work with and was very responsive to my emails and questions. Some suggestions that could enhance this experience: install an overhead fan in bedroom (quieter at night than AC unit); a few more small appliances such as kettle, rice cooker and small vacuum would be appreciated. Overall, this is a great unit and I would definitely book this suite again! Thanks Zach for allowing us to share your lovely Maui home with us!

the property was in a great location near the beach with two pools. The beds were comfortable- even the pull-out couch. The condo was equiped with all the necessities. The washing machine wash not working when we arrived, but was quickly fixed. The owner was very responsive . We would recommend the condo to others and would rent again.

What a great condo! It was comfortable, very clean and nicely outfitted. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and then some. The master bed was super comfortable and the pillows were heaven! The location could not have been more convenient with the gorgeous Kamaole 2 beach, shops, and restaurants within easy walking distance. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. Zach was very personable and fantastic to deal with. I would 100% stay here again!!!

We stayed in this property in the middle of June, 2022. The condo is beautiful, very clean and has everything one might need. Everything is updated there: bathrooms, kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy. He made himself available for questions and requests via text messaging and responded immediately. He was polite, attentive to our needs and helpful. Beach towels, chairs and even a cart were provided, which was very convenient. Maui Banyan complex is centrally located in South Kihei, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. and is very clean too. Its beautiful gardens were continuously tended by workers. We used the grills by one of the pools, and they were in the excellent shape as well. Overall we had a very nice one week-long vacation. We highly recommend this property!

Above and beyond! Communication with the owner was easy, and he was more than accommodating. We had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Comfortable bed, and two bathrooms is a plus. We had an amazing stay at Zachs condo! He reached out to me before the stay, providing a welcome packet with all the information we needed to check in. Upon arriving, his place was beautiful and as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked, had a washer/dryer with plenty of detergent packets and a spacious living room. Kihei gets hot and the unit is prepared with 2 A/C units on timers and that kept the place very comfortable. There are two pools and two hot tubs on the property that we used every day. The location is amazing with a quick walk down to Kam 2 Beach. There are chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a wagon to take them all down with. The location is great with multiple dining options within walking distance. We had no issues staying here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kihei! Looking forward to staying with Zach again in the future

The condo was just has described...beautiful, comfortable, quiet. A/C is a major plus with two separate bathrooms. Condo is at the end of the building and that made it super convenient! Its location makes it an easy drive to go to Wailea. The owner is very informative and accessible if u need anything. Love it here and highly recommend. Mahalo!!!

The trip was in April, 2022. 2 adults, 2 kids, 10 days.
The condo is really clean, has everything for a family with kids:
- new sofa with a new mattress, good for kids
- washer and dryer is really helpful due to sandy beaches
- AC in both rooms, helps in hot days
- two bathrooms, one for adults, another for kids
- swimming pools on the territory with tables and grills. I used that several times. Grills are good (Weber) and clean like new
- big parking is available at any time (3 stores)
- great location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and coffee shops
- Zach is really nice person, great host

The condo was clean, comfortable and well supplied. The bed was comfortable and there was a well working A/C, and lots of hot water. We loved that the unit had two bathrooms so that our two teens that shared the convertible couch could have their own bathroom. The property was central and the pools and BBQ grills were well maintained. We walked across the street to the beach daily and the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and wagon left by the owner were great especially in the warm Maui sun. The condo has updated appliances throughout and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or blend up a pineapple cocktail! There were also great restaurants and grab and go’s nearby like Fred’s and 808 deli, and we also walked just under a mile taking in the beautiful beaches along South Kihei Rd. to the Kihei Cafe for AMAZING Loco Mocos and macadamia nut French toast! The condo’s owner was a great communicator and checked on us immediately on Day 1 to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was also an on-site front desk that was available to provide us with info. We asked about the pool code and nearest grocery store. We’ll definitely book this condo again!

I felt that the condo was very cozy and very well located within the complex. Easy walks to the beach , and coffee. The pool areas were quite pleasant for my kids. We had a very nice time. The entire property was very clean. It was my first stay on Maui where I did not see some sort of bugs or creatures in my condo. No ants , roaches or centipedes. So I was very happy about that.

1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms was a real plus for our family of 3. After a long day in the sun it's nice to be able to jump in shower without waiting. Condo was very clean. Host provided everything with fully stocked kitchen, extra sheets/blankets, all the beach equipment, and parking space. Beach is directly across street so no time is wasted enjoying the fun in the sun. Thanks Zach for being a great host! Enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit H110. Zack and the property manger responded quickly to any concerns and fixed any issues. The unit was very well equiped with everything we needed for the beach and to cook . Great to have access to a safe for international travellers. The propery was a short walk to an incredible beach, great restaurants and shops. We will be back....Mahalo.
