Our second floor deluxe vacation condo is beautifully furnished and upgraded to be one of the finest resort class condos at Kaanapali Royal. We are a legally zoned and permitted short term rental in a resort area. Only five steps up from the parking lot, our large two bedroom/two bath condo (2 king beds) features an extensive private lanai with amazing views overlooking the Kaanapali Royal golf course and Whaler’s Village. The evening sunsets are gorgeous and viewable from almost anywhere in the unit. The kitchen is open and functional, completely remodeled with granite counter tops, newer appliances and cabinets. The bedrooms are private, nicely separated by living area and both have spacious en-suite baths that boast walk in showers, newer cabinets and fixtures. The second bedroom was upgraded to a King bed September 2021. The mattress in the master suite was also upgraded in 2021 and both are very comfortable- because without a good night's sleep how can you fully enjoy the best vacation spot in the world? The large living room, dining area, and outdoor lanai offer plenty of space to kick back and relax after a day enjoying the island. No need to worry about finding a laundromat , our condo offers a convenient washer and dryer.
Kaanapali Royal is just a short walk ( or hop on the free trolley!) to Whaler's Village offering fantastic shopping and plenty of dining opportunities. Just beyond Whaler’s Village you will find the world famous Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling or just a nice leisurely swim in the beautiful warm ocean. Don’t miss the cliff diving ceremony most evenings at Black Rock in front of the Sheraton Maui hotel.
For the days you feel like staying close to home, the Kaanapali Royal complex offers a large pool and spa with plenty of chaise lounges, seating areas, and an extensive BBQ area with dining tables. The property also features two large tennis / pickleball courts and is a short distance to the driving range at the Royal golf course. No need to fight over who gets the car, there is so much to do without even leaving the parking lot!
The condo is equipped with three flat panel TVs, a DVD player, and wireless internet to keep you well connected and entertained. This wonderful condo is sure to meet your expectations as you enjoy the beautiful island of Maui!
There is a $154 parking and facilities fee due to the office upon arrival. Only one car per unit can be parked onsite!
