Very nice condo overlooking the ocean and pool. Clean and had everything needed for a great vacation. Bed is very comfortable. Plenty of parking and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Great views. Clean property. Location was convenient. Great views of sunrise and sunsets. Had an issue with water pressure. Emailed owner, got a call with 15 minutes. Quick response.
About the only complaint i had was the elevator response was a bit slow.
Property was well maintained. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo

The view from the lanai was so picturesque and serene
The calming sound of the waves felt so good. The apartment was very clean with no bugs and had everything we needed from linens, toiletries to utensils in kitchen.
Very well equipped with prompt communication by Cheri. Would love to come back!!

We loved it. Balcony overlooking the pool & beach. Everything we needed in the apartment and yo make our stay perfect, here and as we ventured out. Great location, within 25 minutes of every place we wanted to go. Extremely quiet as well and staff super nice. We loved it.

We loved everything about the stay here. We came in May and the winds were a bit breezy at times. The condo was packed with everything we needed except coffee and creams. However we were able to enjoy the coffee downstairs and McDonald’s was across the street and over so we walked there for our coffee. We did buy Hawaiian coffee and it was amazing. We bought our own groceries for a few meals and bbq’d downstairs a few nights since we were there 7 nights. The kitchen has every utensil needed for cooking. This is the most relaxing stay we have had in many years! I recommend it any time! The beach is fabulous and we saw the turtles every day in the water! The staff and Ben was very helpful outside. The air and the natural breezes kept the place very comfortable and I like a cool place. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. It was very very clean when we arrived. We didn't hear any neighbors the entire time except when windows were open and if they were walking by talking. The condo is at a great location with McDonald’s nearby, the ABC store down the street and Dolly’s across the street has fantastic pizza and drinks with an awesome local vibe, Cheri, we didn’t meet you but so enjoyed the hospitality given to us. We can’t wait to wait to Come back and will definitely look to book with you again with Vrbo. Thank you it was a great 40th anniversary for us!!

We loved this place and the location. The lani is great for morning coffee with a gorgeous view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets! The information from Cheri was awesome she was extremely accommodating and answered messages with in minutes. The staff onsite were extremely accommodating and helpful. There is shopping and restaurants with in walking distance. This place is on our favorites list and we will be back hopefully for a longer stay! Mahalo

We stayed at the condominium for 4 nights on our first trip to Maui. The place is clean, well-maintained and has a terrific view of the pool and ocean from the lanai. We were thrilled to see a rainbow over the ocean from the lanai.
The condominium is conveniently located close to beaches, and there are beach towels, chairs and beach toys for your use. It is within driving distance to Lahaina, where you will find restaurants/other entertainment.
On the first night, we had a minor issue with the condo getting hot despite the air con running all day, but using the fans/coolers provided helped to keep the place cool.

Condo is nice, stocked very nicely. Linens could use an up grade, but overall everything is OK. The location was perfect for us and there is a great coffee spot in the strip mall close by.

We absolutely fell in love with Maui and the property played a great part in that. Right by the ocean, you can leave the (netted) windows open and wake up to the sound of waves. Very clean, comfy and equipped with everything you need on holiday.
The pool overlooks the ocean and if you pay attention, you can see turtles coming up for air every few minutes. Cheri was great at communicating promptly and dealt excellently with a small issue that stem from the building and was outside of her control. Would come back in heartbeat.

Had everything we needed. Super organized. Tons of linens, beach towels and a comfortable bed. The “equipment “ closet was awesome. Ultra nice chairs and coolers. We would have fried without the umbrella they provided. Boogie boards. And a huge basket of sand toys I think (didn’t dig through it). The view is even better than described. Super quiet. We couldn’t hear a single neighbor below, above or on the sides! The pool is also great after a hot day in the sun.

We had a great time using the condo as a base. It was wonderfully furnished as a vacation home, it had everything you could want. The owners even supplied laundry soap. The 'toy' closet was better equipped than the condo our son rented. The pictures on the VRBO site show exactly what the condo was like. Sunsets were wonderful, the grounds well groomed, the bbq's cleaned daily. Our son was married on the lawn by the ocean which made for great pictures.

Clean, neat, everything in great working order. Wonderful snorkeling out front with turtle heaven right on the beach in front! Great fish taco truck one block down the road for lunch for only twelve bucks. Crystal clear, warm swimming pool included. Comfy bed, wifi...what more could you possibly need?

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Kahana. The condo was perfect. Cheri the owner took care of our every need including allowing us to check in early because the condo was vacant the day prior to our arrival. Cheri graciously allowed us to check in in the middle of the night because our flight arrived in Kahului at 1:00 AM. The local manager was also very welcoming. The condo itself was clean and well furnished including excellent secure high speed internet and lots of beach toys and chairs. I love to BBQ and the 6 outdoor grills (3 brand new) were thoroughly cleaned daily. The pool and property were immaculate. There is so much to do and see on Maui. Our favorites were lazing around the beach, the drive in our rental car to the summit of Haleakala and snorkeling in front of the condo or in small bays a short drive away. The nearby town of Lahania is perfect for a stroll, sightseeing, some souvenir shopping or a nice meal out. We really enjoyed our time on Maui and Cheri's condo at the Royal Kahana was the perfect home base.

We have rented this condo for our last three visits to Maui. It is in a wonderful location and is nicely furnished. The snorkeling at nearby Honolua Bay and Kapalua Bay is wonderful. My husband snorkels every morning in front of the condo and has seen amazing sea life. (I sleep in.) The saline pool is delightful (Our 8 year old son has made friends during our late afternoon pool time). The furnished kitchen is great to have for making meals, happy hour or grabbing take-out from great local restaurants to eat on the lanai deck. Short drives are easy to make to Lahaina, the Iao Needle, the aquarium, etc. Enjoy!

We just can’t say enough good things about this condo.
We have rented through VRBO many times and have never been disappointed. And truly this was no exception. This unit had a spectacular view and had everything you could ever need from a new washer and dryer, to all sorts of beach toys. We will definitely be back to the Royal Kahana. We love the Kahana area and this beach is the best. Lots of turtles!! Fantastic sunset views and peaceful sounds of the surf to lull you to sleep. The amenities were in top shape including a heated pool and 5 gas grills for your cooking pleasure. I have already recommended this unit to our friends. Thanks for a wonderful Maui vacation!!

This property was excellent. The views from the lanai were breathtaking. Every day it was a different sunset that was worth the cost of the condo just to sit and watch. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. Cheri was great with communication and was a very flexible host. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
