HawaiiGaga Insider Tips

Choosing a unit at Waikoloa Colony Villas

For pool and court access, choose Building 18. The pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts just steps away.
For easier parking at night, favor rentals with reserved outdoor spaces; check listing details and reviews for garage vehicle fit, as unreserved spaces can fill up.
If cool nights matter, use the Air conditioning search filter; check listing details and reviews for thermostat restrictions. Some Waikoloa Colony Villas rentals lock thermostats at 72-76 degrees.
