I always try to leave a detailed review about any property that I stay at.... so here it goes: This is a larger complex but the directions that were given were very accurate from the airport. If you follow them you will arrive without complications. There are two gates but you can only come IN the front gate. The back gate is only for exit as there are cones in front of the entrance. There are two pools. The closest one is colder and quieter. The other is warmer and also has a hot tub and barbeque area. Your key works for both. There is a pretty strict noise ordinance. We were there with another group who stayed in a different home and they had 2 children. There was an immediate noise ordinance complaint on their door in the afternoon due to excess noise from the kids at the pool at 8AM. There was a generous amount of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a small bottle of dishwashing soap and a new scrubber. There was an ample amount of washing machine detergent. There are NO condiments other than salt and pepper. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. The beds were nice. The mattresses are FIRM. I liked that, but my friends did not care for hard mattresses. The parking spaces are small so be prepared if you have a larger vehicle. We had an Expedition so it was a bit of a challenge. You CAN walk to the Queens and Kings Shoppe and to the beach...but it is a hike! The golf course is nice and close. All in all a great location and property.

The home had more then enough space for our family if 5 (3 teenagers) Everyone was able to have an area to retreat to. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed morning walks around the area. The communication with the property manager was perfect! They were quick to respond every time and very flexible with early checkin (as it was available) and we even on the last day extended our stay with no issues! We would stay here again for sure!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family vacation. It is beautifully decorated, comfy furniture, clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, knives, cookware, dishes, etc. which is very impressive, not all rentals come this well supplied. The owner/management thought of everything! Thanks for a fantastic stay, I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall it was wonderful. But... we found out just before arrival the pool closest to us was out of order for repairs and the next closest pool was a hike. Not thrilled about that. Our last night there, our AC quit working. PM said they couldn't do anything about it and we suffered through the last night. Besides those two issues, it was great. No AC that last night left a bad taste in an almost great trip.

The condo is a spacious lovely facility. Great pool and outdoor grilling area. A few of my family members were a bit freaked out w/the spiders in the red ginger by the side lanai. We brought our own beach equipment but looked like there was a variety of things available if you aren't able to bring your own. We had sunny hot Kona coast weather and beautiful sunsets. I would suggest supplying a broom and wet mop for the kitchen area.

Great neighborhood. Very Well Kept Grounds. Property had everything we needed. Property management was very helpful when we needed to print out our Covid Test results. They printed it for us. This property is managed by a property rental company who responded to questions promptly. My only issue with this rental is when I initially asked them to give me a quote for our one week rental including ALL fees they did not include ALL fees. The VRBO fees which was a substantial amount was not included. It's true that this fee was shown on the site when I initially searched VRBO and found this property. So, when I asked for a total of the rental including ALL fees I expect that this amount would be included in the quote. Even if this portion of the rental goes to VRBO it should still be included in the quote. The quote can be broken down into the amount that the property manager collects and the amount that VRBO collects. I looked through so many properties before deciding on which property to rent that it's very easy to forget what property has what fees. Having a final quote that reflects the true cost of renting is of utmost importance because we based our decision on this .

Beautiful place. Easy stay. Really enjoyed our time in Hawaii and had a comfortable place to stay. (Constructive feedback: the light bulbs in the bedroom and bathroom are way too bright and no dimmer. Minimal in the grand scheme of things but that small adjustment would have made a huge difference for us.)

2 of the 4 beds were dirty; urine stains, lipstick, hair and dirt, very gross. Stains and spots around all toilets on the walls. Cockroach lodged in second bedroom fan, making a terrible cracking noises. And white substance squirted on photo above master bedroom bed. Extremely poor job cleaning. Although we were reimbursed the cleaning fee, it didn’t take away the fact that I had to do bedding laundry on my vacation. And look at other people’s bodily fluids while entering bed and using the restroom.

Our friends and I had an amazing time at Kona Coast! The unit was AMAZING and SUPER CLEAN!! Central air and ceiling fan in every room. Everything was perfect! The pool/BBQ area was by the management office just 30 seconds away from our unit (don't forget to take the pool key to get inside). Super happy with some extras that were available in the unit (the garage), goggles (2 of which came with snorkel tubes), 3 or 4 bodyboards, noodles, flippers, beach umbrella, and more. Lots of towels! A black sand beach is about 15min or so from the unit. Ippy's is a pretty awesome little spot for Hawaiian food, really yummy! It's at the food court in a nearby mall by the cinema (google map it, we ate there twice and loved it). Chubby's has avocado frieds!!! Keep in mind that during the evening hours, there's a bit of a wait for most restaurants being most understaffed this season but still worth it! Just make sure you leave little early or be sure to reserve your spots! I was so in love with the unit, the experience, the management, that I WILL DEFINITELY come back to stay here again!! FYI, before doing a whole food shopping, stop by the house to see what you may need because the unit may already have it! This vacation home definitely exceeded my expectations!!! It’s super close to the pool and the back gate which was very convenient. Plenty of space!! We’ve stayed in many waikoloa condos and I’d say this is the best stocked condo that we’ve stayed. I had trouble with WiFi and had to notify of a wet spot that we later found was from the cleaners but the property manager/ reservations team were a pleasure to speak with and helped me with anything I needed.
