This contemporary 1000 sq. ft. condominium leaves nothing to be desired with a light and bright open living room, comfortable island-style furnishings, an updated kitchen, and a splendid master bedroom offering a plush king-sized bed, standing A/C for comfort, and a large walk-in shower. After a busy day, enjoy the comfortable and spacious interior, cook a lavish meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or spend a quiet evening on the spacious and private lanai to take in the amazing garden courtyard views. Whether inside or out, you will appreciate the trade winds that maintain our mild climate year-round!

Very close to the beach. Walking trail to the beach has nice sunset views, and just nice overall. Traveled 2 kids, 2 adults. Rooms are very spacious, big walk-in closet, nice big terrace for kids to run and climb the trees. Small pool right around the corner. The whole time we stayed, i've seen maybe 2-3 couples visiting the pool. So, it's pretty quiet and private. The biggest turn off about this property, NO AC. It has like swamp cooler in a bedroom. The rest of the property stays hot and humid. Still, it would of been ok if not more issues. Soon as you start getting comfortable to sleep, outside sprinklers go off at 10:30pm SO LOUD, VERY LOUD. Then around 11-12 pm traffic outside gets heavier and loud as people going back or coming in from bars, restaurants. You fingally get exhausted and fall asleep after midnight, at 5:15 roosters get so loud for like an hour. In other words, not having AC is a huge issue not only because it's hot during the day, but you can't even get your peace and quiet sleep at night. In addition to all those issues ,, I'm not sure if renting a ground room is a good idea when you have neighbors right on top walking like a heard of elephants. We had one older couple above us. Not sure if they were exercising at 5 am, but it was absolutely horrible. Flashing toilets, stomping, showers, cooking breakfast, then sitting outside moving those chairs constantly back and forth. And it all went on from 5 to 7 am. Insane.

We loved the location and proximity of the place to Shipwreck Beach and Breneke’s Beach! We also loved the community and access to pools, athletic club, etc.

Our family of 4 stayed here and I was concerned about size but the pull-out worked really well. There was a faint sewer smell initially but I believe that was due to not being in use as it resolved after the first few days.

The property was just as advertised. Very clean, great location within walking distance to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. Quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely choose this unit again!

Condo was great for my wife and I. Kitchen well stocked although no staples such as salt, pepper or cooking oil. 10 minute walk or less to the nearby Poipu beaches. Would stay here again.

We stayed here on a short getaway with friends and enjoyed the proximity to everything and well equipped kitchen for entertaining and cooking. Quiet unit close to the beach and Grand Hyatt hotel and bed was comfortable. Great value for the money!
