Service and luxury perfected. We don't usually stay in homes in the price point and I was a bit concerned because with the beautiful images came high expectations. We are returned 1 week now and still missing paradise in the Hula House. The home looks exactly as it does in the photos. And the management is top notch. Communication was great, responses prompt and thorough and we truly could not have asked for a better experience.Kauai is paradise -- especially if you get t call a place like this home. The hula house is amazing. The property is very clean, well equipped and worked perfectly for a family of 12. The view of the ocean, spouting horn and the gulf course are stunning. It was perfect. Thank you so much!!

Upon arrival we were greeted with lovely Hawaain music playing throughout the house on the Sonos sound system and a beautiful boquet of native flowers. The home was exactly as described and met all our expectations and then some. All the rooms were amazing and having each room with a full bathroom was great! I used the outdoor shower off the bedroom daily in order to enjoy the vibe. There were two mionor items which we shared with the conceirge, but had an amazing time. The pool and fire piut were used almost daily and the Bocce and Pickle Ball Courst were also a hit. The views of the Ocean and beautiful golf course were spectacular. You could even here the Spouting Horn (Ocean water spout) in the distance. We saw several whales migrating along the ocean to keep the grandkids thrilled. We had 8 adults and 2 grandkids and still had a spare bedroom go unused. Having the beach chairs and coolers was a great added benefit as we made it to 6 different beaches, The hikes were amazing, as well as catching 6 skip jack tuna on our fishing trip. Totally recommend the Hula House.

Exactly as pictured. Perfect for our large group. Well appointed. Great location. Loved the fire pit for watching the sun rise. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Hula House is as beautiful as the video shows. Very clean & well decorated. Lots of room for 10 adults & well stocked with supplies. Pool & hot tub were great although a little complicated to control the heating system. Would also request at least 1 safe be installed in the house. Otherwise it was fabulous & would highly recommend.

No one greeted us. Manager hard to reach first few days. Many things not working. Nice house management not up to par. Someone should have checked on the house before we arrived to make sure things were working. We had to have 3 workers out to repair items.

Overall wonderful.A few minor things to make it even better. Beach size towels. Explanation on how to adjust shower water temp. Not as easy as it looks. Hot water in kitchen sink only lukewarm. Fridge doesn't open easily and no ice maker or water dispenser.Concierge was great.

Absolutely beautiful property, perfect for a family of 14. The views were amazing. I think our best dinners in Kauai were the two at the Hula House. We were able to enjoy the amazing view and have a night cap at the fire pit or the lanai, just talking and enjoying each other's company. We hated to leave this beautiful property.

The only problems we had were that we couldn't get the pool lights to come on at night and the two walk-in showers in the west wing didn't drain very well and flooded into the bathrooms....And the ice maker in the fridge wouldn't work...5's and 4's all the way even with those issues...

The house was perfect for my family. What ever problems occurred during our stay. Was quickly dealt with by the staff. Having king size beds in the bedrooms and bunk beds for the kids was perfect. The rooms need more window covers because it was too bright in the rooms even with the shades down. The sun came in and woke us up, we were all up at the crack
of dawn.

This is a fantastic house, well equipped, beautiful views, great amenities. If you want to go to Princeville a lot, maybe too far, but we loved the access to southern beaches and golf courses. One downside is you’re on a course that you can’t play but we knew that. This place is fantastic.

This is a great house. The sole negative is that you are situated on a beautiful golf course you cannot play. Once you accept that, everything else is fantastic. Concierge care was fast and helpful. Great place for a US-Australian family reunion!

The house was a good or better than the pictures. All went smoothly. We had a great family (12) vacation. Small items were bothersome - the refrigerator was hard to open and too small. The microwave was in a bad spot and hard to reach. We would rent again.

Our jaws dropped when we first walked in the house -- it was even better than the photos! Perfect setup for our group of 11 and felt like a private resort. Views, pool, and hot tub were amazing, house is well-designed for a large group. Good location with a short drive to many restaurants and beaches.

This house was a perfect fit for our 13 family members, and was a vacation all by itself!! Some issues with pool/hot tub were addressed immediately, even though it was Easter Sunday. We love to cook, and the huge kitchen provided space for everyone. Only thing missing was a rice cooker!

This was the perfect home for our party of 12. It was beautifully furnished had a fantastic large kitchen and offered privacy for all of our guests. The team was responsive to our needs and communication was timely and professional.We loved this property. The only request we would have is that there should be atleast 2 housekeeping services for the luxury home; we didn't have even one day of house cleaning. The kitchen needs more dishtowels, tupperware and cooking mits.

The property is fantastic! They have truly thought of everything! The kitchen is magnificent! We loved playing pickle ball all week! The house had plenty of space for everyone and the views are breathtaking! We loved sitting by the fire pit every morning and evening!

Our group of 11 (ages 14mo to 73 yrs) rented the Hula House for five nights in July. The property was exactly as described and pictured on the website. The management staff was extremely accommodating and available, whenever needed. The location was perfect for us. Nearby construction was never a problem. The proximity to the golf course was also not an issue. The pool and hot tub were in constant use. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and their locations were perfect. There was room for everyone to have their own space, including in all of the common areas. We had a wonderful time and would certainly love a return visit. Perfect!

This property was incredible. My wife and three kids came with my mother-in-law and another couple. We all had our own space and felt comfortable. The construction on the house next door will hopefully be done soon. That was our only challenge with the property, and it is temporary.

We had the honor of being the very first guest of the Hula House. The house looked exactly liked the pictures and was just stunning! We had a great time and manager/staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely take use of the concierge service that they offer as they were very helpful in booking activities. Was located in a very private area!
