Wonderful house. Very clean. Set up is great. We used the pool a ton in back yard. Conveniently located. Close to shops, restaurants, beach. Highly recommend.
Only negative is the house AC. The thermostats are locked at 70 degree and you can’t turn it any lower. The AC shuts off when doors are opened for too long, we were extra careful to keep doors shut. The AC still seemed to have a hard time maintaining at times.
Overall great place! Would stay again!

Great house in a great spot. Good communication, clean. All kitchen items for cooking, grilling, picnics, etc. Furnishings and appliances were appropriate for the home. Would recommend, and would stay again.
If I had to find a negative, there were only a couple of really minor items, such as AC limited to 70 (I like 68 at night), and only one roll of paper towels were in the house, but that’s getting pretty nitpicky. Overall, great stay.

If you’re looking for a 5 Star experience then this is the home for you. Beautiful accommodations and amenities throughout including the outdoor space. Top rated kitchen appliances, air conditioning , heated pool, plus every room has a refreshing outdoor shower. Bedding is at least 800 count. Towels super plush. Indoor laundry with top rated appliances. We really cannot say enough how fabulous the entire experience
was. Close to shopping and even splurge with a personalized catered dinner by Chef Chelsea and her mixologist hubby Daniel!

We rented Hale Kai Malia to celebrate a special anniversary. Three generations of family occupied the four distinct and comfortable living quarters. The house and associated amenities (including utensils, top-of-the-line appliances, pool, hot tub) were fabulous. While we spent much of our time exploring, the house was a true home base and welcome respite for morning coffee and evening revelry. The hosts we're available for a few inquiries and some minor questions were resolved with both speed and professionalism. This was truly the trip of a lifetime and so grateful we could experience Kauai this way!

Wow how can I begin and end about this VRBO?? It was amazing and so relaxing.... this was the first time we weren't right near the beach but this home offered so much more and we didn't miss a beat. Thanks so much to Sean and his team they were AMAZING too which made the experience even that much better. I can not think of one thing that was missing in the house for the 9 nights we stayed!! If you want to enjoy the family, the sun and the hotub/pool then book this amazing property.

The house was exactly as pictured. We had an error in the alarm system that caused the AC to go down for 3 days of our 18 days (85 deg inside at night). Aside from those hiccups, the property is amazing and the location is perfect. I would highly recommend the house if you are wanting to stay in the poipu area.

This property has everything you could want in a rental home. The grounds and furnishings are pristine. The kitchen is well appointed. The pool, heated spa and views to the ocean are 5 stars. We have stayed in Poipu before and this location is the best. You have quick access to beaches, shopping and restaurants in Poipu and Koloa. Plus a huge neighborhood to explore on foot with walking paths. While there is significant construction happening in the neighborhood, including next door, we didn’t find it bothersome. The crews were very conscientious.
What also enhanced our experience was the property management company. The details they provided in their welcome email of all the provisions included (e.g., locally sourced shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, TP, coffee filters, salt & pepper) helped with packing and shopping. Plus, a welcome package of wine, and local coffee and snacks was a nice surprise! Concierge service is included and they were very proactive in reaching out to encourage advance bookings, which are absolutely necessary. And when we accidentally broke the blender pitcher, they delivered a new one right away. Thanks Sean! All around, top notch service. We would definitely recommend this property!
