This condo is in a great location- close to Poipu and Shipwreck beaches, and not far from other attractions. The shared pool is small and the unit is older. AC units were only in the bedrooms and were too loud to be used at night. The ocean views from the balcony are excellent, but there is constant construction during workdays. The unit was clean and priced well compared to others nearby.

This rental was perfect for us. Location is great. Close to so may restaurants, shops, beaches, site seeing and excursions! Plenty of parking available. Somewhat private and very quiet! The condo itself is well stocked with all you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. The AC units and ceiling fans in the bedrooms work fantastic! They were much needed during our stay as it was very hot. The living room and kitchen on the main floor do not have AC as advertised in the listing, but really this was not a problem. There are ceiling fans throughout and an extra fan that we used in the living room in addition to opening the windows and slider for the little time we did spend hanging around in the unit. There is a walking path that runs alongside and beyond the condo right along the water. Beautiful cliff walk with crashing waves. It’s a very nice walk in the right shoes. Great photo opportunities here, especially at sunrise and sunset. Also, you are walking distance to at least 3 beaches! There are 4 nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs with back pockets as well as 4 beach towels in the unit. The half bath on the main floor with full laundry was a nice perk. Upstairs, the two bedrooms both have attached private full bathrooms, which was great for two couples. There is ongoing construction outside the complex, also mentioned in the listing, but this had absolutely no impact on our stay and we still had a fabulous view of the water from the lanai. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is amazing! We have stayed at a different Vrbo nearby but 4303 was perfect. The AC in the bedroom was wonderful. The main floor gets warm in the evening. We will definitely be back. There is construction nearby but it was not disturbing at all.

Great location. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Parking was great! Kitchen was fully stocked. The sunrise was magnificent. Jeremy was very attentive to any questions and concerns. He responded quickly. We will stay there again, and it was a home away from home.

The location is great: the complex is right on the water (the unit is not). The nearby coast is rocky, with beaches a 15+ minute walk in either direction. The kitchen and bath are modern, and the kitchen is well equipped.
There are a few things to be aware of (Sept, 2023):
1. Photos show the unit's living room with an outdoors porch and beyond that a lawn of green. That lawn is now a construction zone, with a view includes dirt and building materials.
2. The unit really needs new windows / doors: during our stay there was a constant whistling noise at the front door and the upstairs front bedroom, apparently caused moderate breeze (didn't seem that hard, and after all it's quite close to the sea). It was loud enough to the audible even with the bedroom door closed. (Fortunately we sleep with earplugs, always recommended when traveling.) Also several of the windows were heavily fogged from age.
3. The photos don't show the AC unit in each of the 2 bedrooms. These are floor type units with a flexible exhaust pipe that leads to the window. Even with earplugs we found them too loud to use while sleeping.

All was very nice but renters should be aware that there is now some construction in the field between the unit and the ocean.
