The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet, peaceful, everything you want. The property was well maintained & very clean, & ample parking. Unfortunately, there was no mention about staircases in the online info & I booked this ground floor condo as I was traveling with my 89-year-old mom & needed to avoid staircases. There is a very long walkway (from the parking lot) which includes several steps, and then (approx.) 25-30 additional steps to the ground floor. This was a hardship for my mom & to say I was displeased about this would be an understatement. It stands to reason that a ground floor unit would not include staircases unless it's specifically stated in the listing. I read the info about the unit again on the flight home & could not find anything about staircases to a first-floor unit. This may not be a hardship for everyone, but I wanted to include it in my review as it may be helpful information another family. The front door lock was very hard to open, & I needed to call customer service upon arrival for assistance & received immediate assistance. The sliding glass door (on one side) is virtually impossible to open & the cushions on the lanai furniture are stained & very dirty & need to be replaced. All that said, it really is beautiful, & they do provide almost all you need, beach towels, beach chairs, stocked kitchen (minus food of course), etc. I would not stay here again due to the stairs, it's too much with luggage. Please update your listing!

wonderful unit, up-to-date, good air conditioning, clean, and even had Myers hand and dish soap, which was a really nice touch.

We loved the location and the space in the condo. Would definitely return. The microwave didn't work and the coach is squeaky, but otherwise we were very happy with the condo.

This property is exactly as described. It's large and well appoonted. Plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware and towels. Plenty of paper products, hand siap etc. There were places to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Loved how quiet the area is, this is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There isn't any snorkeling info, but right next to the pool there is a steep short trail that takes you right down to Hideaway Beach. AMAZING snorkeling. Fish, turtles and few people. This condo is amazing and we can't wait to return.

This was an ideal location on the north side of the island. We had close access to many beaches and hiking spots. There is a grocery store and many restaurants nearby. And you can hear the waves outside all night long!

The condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the complex. The two lanai were very nice. Spacious master suite, living room and kitchen.

Wonderful accommodations. Clean and well stocked with all that you need. Probably a good idea to add some new beach chairs to the unit. Also, we came in at night and hallway lighting was limited. Some lights were burnt out. Great location to Anini beach and Hanalei. It would be great if you could work out a deal with Makai Golf so we wouldn’t need to take out a second mortgage to play golf. Highly recommend this venue.

This unit is very nice for a family. Clean. The views are amazing with the grass and ocean off the Lanai. The only issue is that there are friendly geese that mess up the lanai. A garden hose to rinse off the droppings would be great. Still 5 stars. Would definitely return.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation staying in this wonderful home. The ocean views are spectacular, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. However, the construction noise was a bit disturbing in the mornings during our stay, but the agency made good our complaint. We hope to stay again soon! Aloha

Mostly good, but a complete arcadia door panel 4' x 8' was broken out and a piece of plexiglas was TAPED in place. Zero security.

Well stocked kitchen, great interior layout, excellent furnishings. Ground level means a short walk across the lawn to the pool. Top notch all around.

beautiful spot & beautiful home. Some minor things to point out: when we arrived it was dark and the hallway light was not on, tough to enter numbers and get the kay. the foyer/breezeway light and fan did not work at all. the sliding glass doors to walk onto the lanai had loose handles and 1 side of the door was unusable because of a broken door. Minor things, but things nonethe less

Beautifully appointed condo in the perfect spot to access all the north shore sights and a 5 min walk to a secluded beach ... should have been paradise. Had booked 8 nights here but left after 3 due to heavy remodeling construction noise in the units directly above and beside that was going on daily from 8AM-5PM. This wasn't mentioned in the ad, so just ensure you ask ahead of time and this is a perfect spot. Our vacation was ruined as was a 25yr anniversary trip so feeling disappointed even with the nice folks at Vacasa reimbursing a few days.

The condo is well represented by the photo's and had everything we needed during our stay. Communications with the property manager were excellent. They contacted us several times to make sure everything was ok, and were very responsive to our needs. The view was just like the photo's posted on-line! We would definitely consider staying again if we return to Kauai.

We love the location of the unit, ground floor, patio leads to grass lawn, near pool, and amazing views. The unit is well appointed and amenities are on point. Even though it is ground floor, it is a multilevel building with stairs up, and down, and up, and down, and then down down down. Haha! My husband counted 41 from parking lot to unit. Definitely built some legs muscles. Hideaways Beach is at the base of the cliff with a path alongside the property. It is beautiful and snorkeling was legit… 4 turtles spotted in one dive. The local Ne-be family kept us entertained along with the geckos. Would definitely stay in this unit again (and we preferred it to a prior penthouse unit we stayed in)!

Great place. Nicely furnished and supplied. We were surprised to find multiple body boards, snorkel sets, and soft sided coolers in the closet. A beautiful pool is about 75 feet away from the rear lanai. Very clean. The trail to Hideaway beach is right next door, but note that the path is steep.

We loved how chill it is. Perfectly appointed condo. We had fresh roses and a hand written note. Just a wonderful location as well in Princeville. You’re close to the North where the best beaches and hikes are. And still not far from Lihue and Kapa’a. Two couples or a family could fit great. Kitchen has everything you need. Snorkeling gear and day coolers too. Wonderful.

We loved being on the 1st floor and having access to the lanai with just steps to the pool. Hideaway Beach is just down the cliff and depending on how much gear you have is about a 10 min walk down. The unit was equipped with everything we need and we enjoyed being able to cook meals and eat outside with an unbelievable view.

This condo was by far our favorite of 5 over the 4 main islands over 3 week trip. It is large, roomy, immaculately clean, well stocked and appointed. The views over the ocean including sunsets from the edge of the cliffs just steps from the unit are gorgeous. It is a steep but worthwhile walk down to Hideaways Beach for great snorkeling. And it easy and pleasant drive to shops in Princeville and into Hanalei as well as multiple other great beaches like Anini as well as Haena Park and the hiking. We highly recommend this place!

Breathtaking views, perfect location, beautiful unit, and a very responsive host! Hideaway Beach, directly below the unit’s scenic cliff, was our personal snorkeling paradise. Farmer’s Markets, hiking paths, and Queen’s Bath all within walking distance. The condo had everything and the local agent was a sweetheart. We never needed anything but felt like she would be right there if we did. Great layout and comfy for everyone. Didn’t want to leave…ever.
