Our stay at this rental provided amazing views that cannot be beat, plenty of sleeping space for a family of four, and a convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and adventuring. We enjoyed the pool several times, as well as Poipu Beach.
The unit itself needs a bit of TLC (like a new front door as the current one doesn’t fit at all), but overall we had a wonderful stay. Note: There are stairs, so we don’t recommend it to guests with physical limitations.
Our family would definitely return to this rental because the views, crashing waves, whale and turtle watching, and location were simply the best!

Amazing views of the ocean from every window and room. If you select by view, highly consider this location.
Other items:
1. Older unit (built in late 1970s). Multiple maintenance issues discovered within 2 minutes of arriving: exhaust fans in bathrooms not working, one large blind broken, and 3 lightbulbs out. Clothing dryer broke halfway into trip.
2. Management is responsive, but clearly is inconsistent with maintaining the unit between tenants.
3. Great location- close to 3 walkable beaches
4. Loft bedroom has no bathroom on same floor (3rd floor). They really have to use powder on 1st floor because other two bathrooms on 2nd floor are en-suite.
5. Great breeze- there are several lower nicer units at this complex but they appear to get a lighter breeze. This unit captures a better breeze which keeps the unit cool. Air conditioner units are located in each bedroom and one in master if you get a hot week without breeze some how. We only used them at night.
6. Kitchen is well appointed. Even has a coffee bean grinder.
7. Great room was comfy and balcony area was great with multiple sitting areas.
Would we rent again? Likely yes. My top priority is the view, which I considered outstanding. I just wish the management company really checked the unit well between tenants and fixed things before we arrived. It is clear their process is a bit off on this.

This property is EVERYTHING we hoped for and more. Amazing whale watching from the lanai and amazing views from the bedrooms. MA1310 was a hit with everyone in our group. The owners were VERY responsive to texts and emails and very helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

Beautiful views from the wraparound lanai and all bedrooms. Condo had nice big rooms and Well stocked kitchen. The location was great in a nice neighborhood. Easy parking. Easy walking. Lots of stairs as it’s a 3-level condo but we didn’t mind as the views were spectacular. Perfect place for our girls getaway!

Very comfortable, well furnished, quiet condo. The 3 bedrooms/bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. Terrific views of the ocean/sky through windows on each level. Watching dolphins was a special treat. Pool & hot tub were refreshing/relaxing. A quick walk to beaches, paths, stores, etc. Communication with property management was quick & helpful.
We will definitely recommend this condo to others.

Sunset views were amazing. Property was just as listed and had everything we needed for a perfect Hawaiian vacation! Plenty of linens, kitchen stocked with everything needed!

We had the perfect stay. Great condo with the perfect views. Watched dolphins and turtles everyday from our balcony. Koloa Kai management company was wonderful to work with and were in constant communication. I would recommend this condo and this company to anyone.

The view and location of this condo cannot be beat. The condo could use some updating and it was not the cleanest place we have stayed. However, we spent very little time inside the condo with the great outdoor view and activities.

Exactly what we wanted. Three bedroom perfect for our group. Gorgeous views. We are very much into nature. Enjoyed very much the deck watching sunrises, sunsets, birds, turtles, dolphins and watching and listening to the waves. We spent very little time indoors but when we did, enough couch and kitchen table space for us. The kitchen had all that we needed. Thank you for having a washer and dryer. We did need that. I would come back to this condo again in a heartbeat.

Overall impression. Not super impressed. The view was fantastic. The front toor door handle was about to fall off. The front door screen was broken. The electronic key pad didnt work. There was dust caked on the ceiling fans. The furniture appeared dirty. We put sheets down on them. Bed was comfortable and the ac was very nice. It was great to have a washer and dryer there. The had beach chairs to use. That was nice. Our elderly mother ended up not coming with us. Which was good because we were told there were no stairs. Two flights to get to the front door.
The view really was breathtaking though. Watching the surf we saw turtles and seals.

The condo had beautiful views. You could sit out on the deck all day and just watch the waves crash on the rocks. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture, however was very uncomfortable and half of it was actually outdoor furniture. The glass railings had netting asking you not to touch, which made it feel a bit unsafe. The house was mostly clean, although the floors could have been a bit cleaner as there was sand, dust and debris in various places.

Walking distance to several of the best beaches. We love Poipu, and this condo was great for the two of us and our two almost adult children. Plenty of room, and wonderful so close to the waves. Well stocked, we cooked several meals here. The hosts were communicative and very responsive. Happy to recommend this place!

All was excellent! Clean and beautiful, well stocked, great ocean view from the lanai. The only downside to know going in is that the 3rd floor bedroom (loft) has no bathroom. Guests in that room must go to the main floor for a 'private' half-bath or enter one of the other bedrooms to share, unlike a shared hallway bathroom.
