Papakea E406 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, and air-conditioning. Located on the fourth floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds in the loft-style third bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. Pricing is based on 6 guests. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.
On the main floor, retreat to the serene master bedroom with a King-size bed. Down the hall is the second bedroom which has a Queen-size bed. The spacious bathroom features a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the loft-style third bedroom with a two Twin-size beds, which can be converted into a King size bed. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience.
The open-concept living room features modern furniture with oceanic decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A window A/C and ceiling fan are equipped in the living room to help stay cool. Unwind and dine al fresco on the private lanai with a dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Take in the view of the Pacific Ocean and the lush gardens. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional seating for 2.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins April 14th, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around May 16th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.

This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

The AC did not work the entire stay. It looks like it was 20 years old: Even after multiple daily complaints and claims a worker had come to fix it it didn’t function and was blowing out warm air. So sleeping was miserable. Also while the unit did look clean we quickly discovered there were roaches everywhere in the kitchens and bathrooms. We even had to keep our bags of luggage closed at all times because we found roaches on the floor in the bedrooms.

GOOD: The grounds were great great. The view was incredible. Location is great. We could see whales from condo. It was amazing how nice the resort grounds were kept up. Only exception was not all the grills work. BAD: The unit we were in E406 was dirty. We had to do all the dishes when we got there because everything was dirty- even eggs still stuck to pans. Stains on counters and on carpet. Dust accumulation behind beds and furniture was awful. Drains did not close and had some bugs. All this was reported to MyPerfect Stay with pictures. Closets were so full with old TVs, etc… that you could barely use them. We have pictures to show all of this and we reported it during our stay. We have stayed in another condo here before with MyPerfectStay and this was not an issue.

Property and location was great! The condo kitchen had some issues, the dishwasher was difficult to load, racks weren’t right for dishes available. , and slid in and out with difficulty. master suite shower nob broke twice . First time fixed same day, second time took 24 hours resulting in 6 people to use one shower for a day. 😟

We loved the location and the activities that Papakea has to offer. No need to hop in the car for anything. Restaurants, groceries, beaches, games, snorkeling, and even whale watching from the resort grounds are all there!

Nice location, easy check in an out, great pools and views. Plenty of parking, nice hot tub but air conditioner didn't cool Bedrooms by 4 pm every day. We went to bed hot with 4 fans running. A couple of nights we dozed on couch because Bedrooms were hot. I called front desk an maintance came and said air conditioner was doing all it could do and left extra fans. It remained hot, no change. Also roaches under sink around trash area.

Property had lovely grounds. The interior of this unit is very dated. Kitchen doors were Velcro to shut and hinges very weak.
The master bedroom was very nice, the queen room as well. The beds up in the loft were terrible as well as pull out not comfortable at all

Close to grocery stores and family friendly restaurants. Great beaches a short walk or drive away. We even took part in yoga, water aerobics and a happy hour. Thanks for the use of beach toys! The stairs were too steep and open for our little ones to use the sleeping loft, but other than that it was a perfect fit! We will definitely be back when the kids are a couple years older!

Mahalo, we enjoyed our stay very much!
The pool was nice to swim in, the BBQ grills were clean and convenient, the beachfront was just steps away and it was perfect to swim near the turtles. We appreciated having the boogie boards, beach chairs and towels to use. Great views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the lanai, and it was a comfortable condo to come home to. It accommodated our family very well.
A couple critiques; pretty dated decor throughout and the AC in the living room worked fine, but not well enough for the rest of the condo. Although we utilized the ceiling and floor fans it didn’t cool the master bedroom very well.
Our great time and the nice accommodations still outweighed these minor issues. We will surely come back!

The Papakea resort itself is a beautiful property. Lots to do! Beautiful sunsets every nights. As for unit E406, we had some positives and a few negatives. Positives: comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of nice towels, great beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, masks). Negatives: washing machine did not work (My Perfect Stays did reimburse us for our laundromat trip, and did launder our clothes twice, but we should have been told in advance the washing machine was out of commission. The listing is still advertising a washing machine). The unit itself is in desperate need of an update—very old kitchen cabinets and furniture. Sliding glass door was generally hard to open and while maintenance tried to help, it still was a challenge. Patio chairs are hard metal. Chair pads should have been available. We ended up using beach towels on the chairs any time we sat outside.

Poor! Dirty, paint falling off. Bed rock hard, carpet stains, pans ware out a long time ago, outdoor furniture metal no cushions. Cabinet doors fell off hinges. Washer and dryer old and unbalanced. Needed upgraded many years ago. Beware to more renters.

Our stay in E406 met all our needs. Not the most updated unit, but very clean, nice view, and easy walking distance to food and market. Resort grounds are beautifully kept and pool and spa wonderful!
