Papakea E407 just completed an extensive, $200,000+ remodel in December 2017. The tropically designed unit features:
New furniture (including lanai, with high bar seating for optimal ocean views.)
Remodeled guest bathroom with turtle mosaic shower, granite counter tops and bamboo cabinets.
Remodeled master bathroom featuring a large 3'6” x 5' shower with whale mosaic and granite seat. New bamboo cabinets with antique copper knobs and granite counter tops.
New kitchen with granite counter tops, bamboo cabinets and all new appliances.
New flooring! Mango wood tile flooring in the living area, kitchen and guest bathroom. Travertine like ceramic tile in the master bathroom and tropical carpet in all the bedrooms.
And more…new Samsung televisions (a 55” curved Smart TV in living room and 50” Smart TV in the master bedroom), bamboo window coverings and new bedding. Also, a 50-gallon fast recovery water heater, new GE washer and dryer and much more!
This updated unit features a $20,000+ split air conditioning system; each room has its own AC unit, including the upstairs loft. It also features tinted windows and remote controlled ceiling fans with light.
This unit comfortably sleeps ten. The master bedroom has a Cal-King size bed and the second bedroom also features a Cal-King size bed. There is also a loft upstairs with a Queen bed and two Twin beds. In the living room is a new Queen size sleeper sofa with an 8” mattress for additional guests. The master bedroom also offers a great workspace with desk and printer. An excellent unit for families as it includes a travel crib, highchair and baby bouncer chair!
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and shops. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. There are also other beaches walking distance and many of Maui's top 10 beaches are just a short drive from the resort.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on island property management company.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**
*A $25 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied at checkout. Additional children extra guest fees will be added/collected after booking.
Please note, Airbnb service fees are non-refundable when a guest requests to cancel after 48 hours of making the booking. My Perfect Stays has no control over this fee as it is a fee required and collected by Airbnb.
In the event a guest may need to extend their stay for any reason, guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by My Perfect Stays.
