Would return in a heartbeat! We could hear the waves in both bedrooms. Showers were great. Pool was refreshing. Poipu beach is amazing. Stayed in 201 15 years ago! Didn’t realize until we got here. Location is quiet and beautiful

We were so happy to get such a lovely place. Perfect location, walking distance to beautiful beach! So thoughtful to have all the supplies for beach , towels , umbrella , chairs, etc. would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had a really good time in our rental (Poipu Palms 204). The experience overall was great. The view right off the ocean was a million dollar view. The rental was small, but neat and not cluttered. We knew going in there would be no AC, but the fans and crosswinds made it work.
The rooms are very small. Much smaller than we had planned for. We were 3 adults and 1 toddler. The master was not big enough for us to have the toddler bed in, so we had to use the living room. It's not a knock on the space. More something to be aware of if you are in a similar situation to ours.
The one annoying thing was that the bathroom fans were not connected due to noise. It made for a bit of a humid environment after showers.
But, for a place to chill and soak in the sun and relax, this was perfect. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Communicated and checked in more than once during our 6 day stay. Would definitely recommend!

The view is 5 Star - the unit is not. The kitchen is VERY small, unit is as well - glad we had a two bedroom. Needs to be updated and have a TV that actually works!

2 x couples stayed at the apartment as part of a 3 location break: Las Vegas, Hawaii then San Francisco. Absolutely fantastic location for whale/turtle spotting of which there were plenty (mainly first thing on a morning) during our stay. The only inconvenience was that the owners had locked the wardrobes in the second room (with twin beds) which was a pain and resulted in having to hang our clothes in the double bedroom wardrobe. Given the high price paid, we would have expected to be able to hang our clothes.

Condo was great — cozy, spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Only downside is no air conditioning. Even with the fans on full speed, it’s stuffy and quite warm, making it hard to sleep comfortably. But still — for the fabulous views, I would overlook that and stay again in the future!

Breakfast on the lanai with waves crashing and watching honu swim. Something I would love to have every morning and we did have at this property.
Good furniture, but I wouldn't say excellent for 4 adults. A nice reclining love seat and a couple of rocker chairs. You won't be spending much time in the condo though, so that didn't matter much.
The location was great, a short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Never had an issue with parking either.
Can't be beat for the price/location/amenities. Would recommend.

This place was great. We had a beautiful view and from the lanai and myself and my friends got to see dolphins, turtles and a rainbow. It was very clean and in a perfect location. Would definitely suggest this place to people and will stay there again.

We thought the condo was wonderful. The pictures shown are exactly what we found to be true, which was great!! Beautiful sunsets seen from the condo or from poolside. The place is very quiet. All of the appliances worked and were in excellent condition. We only found that the fans in each of the bathroom weren't functioning which I contacted Jed about as soon as we discovered the issue. I also wish something could be done with the rooster alarm clock but don't think the owners could make any changes to getting rid of the bird unfortunately. You do finally get used to the rooster's morning call and can go back to sleep with using earplugs.

EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND MORE. IVE TRAVELED A LOT OF PLACES - THIS WAS THE BEST OCEAN VIEW I HAVE EVER SEEN. WE WERE ABLE TO SEE WHALES OFF THE DECK WITHOUT BINOCULARS - THAT WAS AMAZING.
