Luxuriate in paradise as you relax and watch the shimmering waves of the Pacific Ocean from this beautifully decorated, spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath Ho’olei villa. Or simply, take a short stroll down the hill and dip your toes in the lapping waves and soft beach sand.

Our two-story villa was chosen for its Plumeria model design, the only Ho’olei floor plan that offers 180°ocean views unobstructed by neighbors or foliage. Prominently situated on the top row of the community, the panoramic views are spectacular from not only the top-floor lanai, but also the lower-level bedrooms and shared lanai! There is no better way to start your day than to enjoy a latte on a plush lanai chaise and bask in the glorious sun glistening across the ocean, right outside your bedroom.

In the evenings, after watching a glorious sunset, indulge in the breeze from inside your own oasis. Located off the main street in a cul-de-sac, our lovely villa is quiet and serene. You can revel in the peacefulness of this spacious villa that boasts vaulted ceilings, a separate dining area, imported designer furniture, custom Italian cabinetry, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, and three private bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms.

The Ho’olei, a gated community located across from the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons Resorts, was named the #1 resort in Hawaii by Conde Nast Traveler 2019 Readers' Choice Awards. The stunning grounds feature a tropical swimming pool with a dramatic 19-foot waterfall and swim-in grotto, two jacuzzis, a children’s pool with its own sandy beach, a large fully equipped fitness facility, men’s and women’s saunas, and locker rooms with showers, all nestled within the Ho’olei’s beautiful, lush landscaping. If you would like to entertain poolside, enjoy the use of the covered pavilion with its large outdoor BBQ area and kitchen.

Alternatively, for entertainment you can: take your clubs to any of the three award-winning, 18-hole courses nearby; walk across the street to the beach at the adjacent Grand Wailea resort to whale watch or enjoy a variety of beach activities; hit the courts at the nearby Wailea Tennis Club; stroll down the block to the Shops at Wailea; or spa/dine at the any of the nearby resorts.

• Formal Dining Area: This floor plan has a separate area that allows for a more intimate dining experience for a party of 6-8.
• Master Bedroom: The downstairs master bedroom features: a king size bed with custom bedding and high-end linens; a 55” HD TV; an iPod jack for built-in speaker system; an en suite luxurious bathroom complete with a large soaking tub, a barrier-free custom marble shower with built-in bench, and dual vanity sinks; a mini-bar with Sub Zero refrigeration; a large walk-in closet; and a shared lanai access with stunning ocean views.

• Outdoor Lanais: The upper-level outdoor lanai features: a dining table for 6; lounge seating for 6; a Wolf BBQ; and a Sub Zero mini-refrigerator. Combined with the downstairs lanai, the villa offers over 700 square feet of private outdoor space, all with gorgeous, expansive ocean views.
• Other: The villa also offers: free wifi; central air conditioning; disability-friendly accommodations; a full-sized washer and dryer; private garage; covered car port across the driveway for a second vehicle; beach chairs and beach towels to use at the beach or the property pool; and 24-hour security.

COVID19 CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

Island Property Management has implemented an open-ended credit policy for all cancelations resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak. Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:

All dates can be moved free-of-charge within the same Villa that was originally booked. Credits do not expire.

• REFUNDS: Refunds are available based on the below terms and conditions:
1. If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Any dates that are not resold for a cash refund (mentioned above) may be re-booked for a future date based on the following terms and conditions:
1. Credits shall not expire
2. Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
3. Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
4. Credits are transferable.
