Loved having space for all of us. The AC was much appreciated after a long day of sightseeing and the beach. Plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, and even bathroom supplies. And the sunrise mornings were exactly what we needed. Thank you!

We stayed Dec 2023 for 5 nights and it was very nice. Clean, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms for 4 adults was a plus as was the washer and dryer. We didn’t have great weather to enjoy the balcony but liked having it just the same. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The place was clean, cozy, and well stocked with all kinds of supplies from Kitchen to outdoor activities. The down side was the view from the Lanai. There was construction going on, but we were warned in advance and given an option to change and we didn't so it's on us. The pool had no shaded area and the hot tub was out of commission. The walking path along the coast had such beautiful views. It was a good stay.

There was construction going on, but we were warned in advance and given an option to change and we didn't so it's on us. The pool had no shaded area and the hot tub was out of commission. Nearby construction does not obstruct views. Next to great trail... catch the sunrise over the ocean and crashing waves! 15-minute walk from Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach either by trail or sidewalks and paths.

We had a great time staying in this unit. It was perfect for three adults. Sunrise view was beautiful. It is a shame that the property directly in front of the ocean is being developed. Everything worked well and was well maintained. Might want to check the pocket door in the master bedroom. It came off the track once and we were able to reinstall it.

This is a very spacious condo located in a resort right on the coast. You can walk to the shore and enjoy a nice sunset on the breaking waves.

This property was overkill for just my wife and I (We didn’t really need 2 bedrooms, common area sleeping & 3 bathrooms), we knew this and were glad we stayed here. The unit was incredibly well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen & recreational equipment (we used the beach chairs & mask/snorkel sets.). The view of the ocean was amazing (unfortunately partially obstructed by construction and material storage for new buildings.). There was additional construction in progress on the resort grounds with scaffolding and daytime construction activity to replace windows & siding. The railings on the balcony are being evaluated for safety and are so posted (many units have orange “snow fence” attached to the railings.) This unit was clean and it was great to have laundry in the unit. We did note some issues with the pocket door to the master bathroom and electrical switches (which we reported to the property managers and we did not require resolution during our stay.) Overall the grounds, pool area and “sunset viewing” area on the property were well manicured and enjoyable. Parking was plentiful and convenient. We spent many hours watching whales from our balcony and also enjoyed the amazing heritage trail that you can walk to directly from the property. We enjoyed seeing green sea turtles and monk seals on the nearby beaches (walking distance.). It was a great base for touring south & west Kaua’i. We would certainly consider staying here again on a return trip to Kaua’i.

This unit was comfortable, nice floors, plenty of beach stuff. Certain things are a little odd, but overall a fabulous location. Just know that if you go in the winter, it’s so windy that you will not be able to sit on the lanai. It’s basically a wind tunnel because you are at the lowest point of Kauai and there is nothing around and the winds are very strong. Decent pool, lots of cool trails. Funky showers but the water is hot. The third floor has a weird sink in it and is just odd in general. Didn’t use it at all. Ocean front but you are a decent ways back from the water.

My family traveled the Hawaiian island for two weeks and stayed at three VRBOs. This by far was our favorite location! The space was perfect for our family of 4. My husband and I stayed in the master BR and loved the sound of crashing waves to lull us to sleep. My 9 year old slept in the second bedroom. My 13 year old refuses to sleep in the same bed as him, so she was so excited to see there was a third floor to the unit to make her own. We loved having sunrise breakfast on our own private lanai. We also love going to the other side of the building to watch sunset from the benches. But the absolute best surprise was the amazing walking trail by the resort. We hiked there every morning and explored the lava rock outcroppings. We observed whales, seals, and dolphins from afar. The best was seeing sea turtles right in the inlets. If we could this condo building is where we would buy our own piece of Hawaiian heaven!

We were 2 couples and had plenty of privacy with the 2 1/2 baths. The kitchen is a bit dated but manageable. The complex is very well located within walking distance to Poipu Beach Park where we celebrated the New Year's with the fireworks and movie. On the other side, you can walk to Brennecke's Beach and beyond. We very much appreciated the host gifts of coffee, chocolates and fruit. The view is great. We were a bit surprised to hear and see the construction of houses in front of the building. Because we stayed over the new year's week, few days were affected. However, do be aware that this construction will be continuing for some time. Management is quite responsive.

The condo was very comfortable, well stocked both the kitchen and beach accessories. Great location, nice furnishings. The construction to the east was annoying, but no fault of the managers. The 3rd floor was not used - could be a nice yoga studio rather than just a storage area.

The unit was quiet, clean, organized and very well stocked. The bedrooms were very spacious. The property has a very nice pool and hot tub as well as a tennis/pickleball court. It is located close to beaches, walking paths, restaurants and grocery stores. Jeremy responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to families or two couples.

Had a great time in Poipu and a great stay in your lovely condo. This location is perfect for Poipu. Close to everything and still nice and quiet. Loved the pool, hot tub, view, etc. Nice folks all around the property as well. We like to use our condo as a base and spend the days in various spots, for which this condo is perfect. You can be at the Hyatt and Shipwreck one day and Kiahuna the next.

We had a great stay here during our honeymoon! The condo was stocked with anything we would need in the kitchen & with items for the beach (chairs, towels, goggles) which was awesome.The check in and check out process was super easy. The only negative was that the view of the water from the deck was not as close as the listing pictures seemed, however it was still gorgeous and we would return!

This place was stunning! So much space, great location and amazing view! The host was also flexible with check in and out times which really helped us. The pool is perfect and it was incredible being able to listen to the ocean at night. Highly recommend!

The complex is a little dated, but is well maintained. Proximity to beaches, restaurants, trails, night life was excellent. Would recommend, though would caution that there is some ongoing construction on the lots in front of the unit, though only from 7-4.

Condo was great. In february we could see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, a great place for morning coffee. In the evening we would walk to the other side of the property to catch the sunset over the water. This was an upper unit, a much better choice in my opinion than a lower unit. Everything worked great and we had a wonderful time.

This unit is spotlessly clean, has a well stocked kitchen and all the beach toys you’ll need. The linens are quality and the unit has great decor as well as comfy beds. More importantly though, is the ocean view from the living area, lanai and the main bedroom. Amazing! As noted in other reviews, the unit is not at ground level which provides safety and the beautiful ocean views. Coffee in the morning on the lanai was so enjoyable. The pool area is modest but convenient. The door handle is tricky but check in and check out is easy. Easy parking and not far from Poipu central. I would definitely stay here again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at 4305! Awesome location with awesome ocean views! This unit had everything from beach towels and beach chairs to snorkeling gear and sunscreen. The outside deck was perfect for sipping coffee & watching the sunrise. The primary bedroom also offered spectacular morning views of the ocean as well as a super comfy bed. To our surprise there was a 3rd level which had a small sofa and extra space for kids to play and hang out. If we ever make it back to Kauai we will definitely be staying again at 4305.

What a phenomenal property! Everything from check-in, communication, amenities was great. The welcome gift was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards came in very handy. We only stayed 3 days during Thanksgiving so we never felt like it was too hot. The water drained a little slow in the master bath shower but it was never a problem (the last 3 days we stayed at a high end hotel and they had the same problem). The view was amazing from the Lanai. We sat and enjoyed sitting out there every morning. There is access to hike all the way to Shipwreck Beach lookout point to get beautiful views of the coast. There is really nowhere to walk to get food so a car was necessary. We would stay there again.

This was an amazing property to stay at! We loved everything about it. The property manager was very quick to resolve the mild issue we had with one of the bathrooms.
The views of the ocean from the lanai and one of the bedrooms are just spectacular and breathtaking! At night, you can stargaze from the windows in the upstairs loft!

We had an excellent stay here! The condo is equipped with everything you could need for a vacation! They had boogie boards, snorkels, beach towels, coolers... kitchen was fully stocked with all things to cook with.
The only trouble we had is the door handle is tricky.

We were pleasantly surprised by the wide open expanse of our ocean view from the lanai of Makhuena 4305.
With the tropical storm, the waves were crashing along the black lava rocks and the of the waves breaking along the shore.
Loved the unit and all the amenities.
Beautiful artwork and deco were a bonus.

Town-home unit is accurately described but missing one little detail that was a pleasant surprise. The unit is elevated above ground so the lanai is not a patio but a balcony with ocean view. Private enough and very safe. You can see sunrises from unit and to see sunset you go around the corner to a bench area, gorgeous. Good communication with staff.
We were pleased with our stay. Unit is spacious and well appointed from the kitchen, to linens, and the beach gear. Would be great to share with four adults. Unit is quiet for naps or restful sleep at night. Unit is clean. Parking is convenient.
Bed was comfortable. Nice rain-head shower. The living room furniture felt like outdoor furniture indoors so it wasn't quite as comfortable for resting after a long day in the sun as one would like. You can feel the frame under your behind as you lay there in the setting sun.
Swimming pool and hot tub are excellent as is the tennis court. The grilling area was good as well.
Only external issue was the next development over from this complex is under construction. We never heard a thing the first few days then in the middle of our stay they started jack-hammering for a couple days, very early and loudly. Once we reported the situation, the management was quick to investigate this unscheduled work and keep us informed. One maintenance issue with sliding door they will address after our stay as to not interrupt us. Would definitely stay here again, good value, Mahalo!

Property was as described. Nice ocean view and breeze. Quiet location and close to the Hyatt for dinner or the beach. It has the typical ocean front wear but it was clean and maintained. There is no A/C so if you require frigid temperatures to sleep you may not be ok. But the fans and Tradewinds are definitely enough to be comfortable!

Visiting Kauai was the best decision ever. The property was clean, comfortable, management was responsive, it was located a short walk from several incredible beaches, amazing hiking trails, fun little restaurants, and only a couple miles away from a well-stocked grocery store, Sueoka Store. This unit is in a great location. Minutes from Shipwreck and Poipu beach. The pool was great and the condo is well stocked with beach chairs and towels. It is a quiet building and great unit for kids. The unit could use some TLC because it was outdated. Additionally AC would have helped to keep our items dry and offer some shelter from the wind. I may not stay in this particular unit again but the complex is in a great location and I would look for a more updated unit to rent. However the price is great and it offered us a affordable stay in a incredible location.
