The evenings are filled with stunning sunsets from this incredibly private 6th floor corner unit of the beachfront property. This luxuriously appointed condo is all about providing the best possible environment for rest and relaxation.

Our condo is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, linens, towels, beach towels, a washer dryer and has Central A/C.

You will not find another spot on the island that will give you this kind of space for the money!

Nestled between the resort town of Kaanapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua, you'll be conveniently close to all kinds of island activities while having the comforts of a 1700 square foot home waiting for you at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare that fresh catch of the day or anything you might pick up at any of the local farmer's markets. With two lanais overlooking the beach so you'll always have the perfect spot to take in the gorgeous West Maui sunsets, spot a whale or take in the action from the beach and surf below.

The property boasts a sandy beach, an on-site restaurant, lighted tennis courts, two gyms, concierge services for activity planning, a kids' pool, 2 hot tubs, large swimming pool, sand volley ball court ... you may never want to leave the resort!

WASHER & DRYER: No need to bring a boatload of clothes on your vacation. Our condo has a washer and dryer.

PREMIUM BEACH FACING BBQ GRILLS: Unlike many other properties where the grills are tucked away at the back of the building, our grills are located by the pools facing the beach where you'll meet wonderful neighbors mingling and watching sunsets. Our staff makes sure the grills are scrubbed and cleaned every morning.

ON SITE RESTAURANT & BAR: The property has a great little restaurant and bar called the Beach House Bar and Grill. They serve a great breakfast, have an excellent lunch menu, and cook up a feast for dinner. They typically also offer amazing happy hour meal specials for $5.

WIFI AND TV: Cable TV and high speed internet.

TWO WORK OUT GYMS: If you feel like getting some gym exercise while you are on vacation, the property has two well-equipped gyms to help you keep in shape.

****************************** BOOKING POLICY ********************************
Please note that I am an individual property owner. My costs are very high and as a result, I must ensure that the bookings are efficient. What does that mean? e.g. if I have an opening of 8 days and you want 4 days and you try to book right in the middle of those 8 days then the 2 days at the beginning and the 2 days at the end go to waste. That would result in a 50% occupancy loss. I DO NOT ACCEPT SUCH BOOKINGS THAT RESULT IN WASTED DAYS. So chose dates that leave bookable periods of minimum 4-5 days on either end if you are going to book in the middle, or else I'll have to reject your request. If you do make a booking that results in wasted days, then you, not I, will be responsible for canceling it when I request you to do so. **** If you are unsure then first reach out to me to ask me about your dates before booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: The Parties agree that the following cancellation policy will be the effective cancellation and shall override any other cancellation policy published on any website. If Tenant cancels 61 days or more before check-in date, Owner shall refund 100% of the booking amount. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 61 days before the check-in date. For all such refunds, Owner shall deduct a 10% processing fee that shall be 10% of the total booking fee, plus any fees deducted by the Reservation System, and any credit card fees associated with the transactions.

If Tenant changes the date of the booking, first the cancellation fees will be applied to the existing reservation and then a credit will be provided for the new booking.

NOTE: Tenant agrees that due to Extenuating Circumstances (including but not limited to: unpredictable sickness, pandemics, inclement weather, earthquakes, travel-related issues, health issues, or other circumstances beyond Parties’ control) Tenant shall obtain any refund that may be due from Tenant’s purchased travel insurance and that Owner nor the Reservation System shall NOT be liable for said refund. The company providing travel insurance is a separate entity from Owner and all cancellation-related claims must be handled directly through them.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is required. Parties agree that if Tenant fails to purchase travel insurance, Tenant will assume ALL RISKS related to, or in connection with, their travel and booking; and shall not, under any circumstances, request refunds or credits directly or indirectly from the Owner.

Upon booking this condo you will receive a Vacation Rental Lease agreement via DocuSign to review and sign.
