They location and area are great. However, while the accommodation was spacious and had all the amenities it was let down by lack of useable outdoor balcony space. There was a table but no chairs. The other issue was that the apartment is a ground floor unit and the soundproofing was non existent from above.

Property and location were great. We love the area. Good unit and was very functional for us. They were cleaning and painting the exterior during our stay which was a bit of an annoyance but that was just bad luck and will be better for future guests. Only complaint was the bedding on king bed smelled musty and we noticed the plantation blinds were in need of dusting. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was well outfitted and comfortable. The location was great. Close to a nearby pool that was 6 feet on one side for the kids to jump in. Nice 10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the Athletic Club membership and went every morning to play pickleball with the kids (elementary aged) and jumped in the pool after. Kids loved the slide there too. Definitely would recommend to other guests.

Such a lovely property in the heart of Poipu and a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and modern with plenty of space for our family of five. The beach supplies were especially a nice treat with the wagon used every day to haul boogie boards and snorkel gear down with chairs and umbrella. We loved the location especially for a winter Kauai visit. Would definitely come back and grateful for the interaction with the owner.

Took a couple of days to ‘unravel’ the TVs. Each comes with a basket of remotes.
May sound petty but the tp quality wouldn’t have met the standards for a roadside rest stop.
Unit is well stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchen needs.

We had such a lovely time in this property! It was so clean, well decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home. My kids even kept saying “let’s go home” meaning the condo.
Checkin was such a breeze, and the property had everything we needed. And my kids absolutely loved being so close to such a nice pool! And walking distance to the beach was a perk too! The walk takes about 10 minutes and is just gorgeous along the way.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo unit was exactly as pictured. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was a 10 min walk to Poipu Beach. Easy Cheesy. The pool is kind so small and crowded at times. Never did see the kidney bean shaped pool. Our unit did come with access to Poipu Athletic Club which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid place and base camp for the Poipu area.

I very much appreciated how well-stocked this property was. Tons of beach equipment (although we only used Beach towels, boogie boards), anything you need in the kitchen, and even shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The washer/dryer worked well, and the AC was blessedly comfortable. About 9 minute walk from beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were arriving from Kona and had booked an earlier flight to get to Kauai, so when I called the property manager to see if I could check in a little bit earlier on that day, she was able to accommodate, which I greatly appreciated. The only things that I would say I was slightly disappointed about was that there wasn't really any patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy either our coffee/dinner. Overall nice property

Was a great place overall. However, wasn’t as clean as expected. Not all the light switches worked either and some of the dishes were not clean. The beach gear could use an update or good cleaning. Recommend just renting snorkeling gear. Was a nice area to stay. Other people in the complex were very friendly. If I were to come again I would probably stay in a different area of the island. Recommend making reservations at any of the restaurants near by of you don’t want to wait 1-2 hour/. Things tend to close early. Liked that there was a pool and hot tub close by. Also the grills available for use were handy. This would be a great place for families to stay who have young children.

Perfect location. The Poipu Kai resort connected all the beaches. This unit was furnished well. Kitchen well stocked. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unite was spacious and gave us plenty of room as a family to gather and also have our own time. The property was relatively quiet, nice amenities, and quick walk to local beaches. It was really nice to have beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards come with the unit!
However, when we arrived there was some miscommunication about a maintenance issue (broken shower door) but it was fixed and all who communicated with us were great!
Overall, we would stay here again.

Great layout allowed for everyone to gather in the dining space as well as have their own bathroom. Walking distance to beach and the pool! Provided beach gear which was super helpful in having that ready for guest usage. Jeremy was super responsive to all my questions and extremely accommodating. The only complaint is that there wasn’t ample amounts of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc provided. However, once we let Jeremy know he was quick to respond and ensured we were given TP and a dish sponge right away which was super helpful. Would just suggest getting the big bottle of shampoo/cond from a Costco for groups staying there for a week or more. 100% Would stay again, thank you for the excellent experience!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again. The wood plank tile floors throughout were beautiful and easy to keep clean if we tracked sand or dirt in from our day's activities. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many meals there. The owner labeled everything (what's in cabinets, what each remote is for, etc.) which we laughed at at first, but found it very helpful throughout our time there. My only suggestion would be the patio spaces. We enjoy eating meals on the patios, however this unit isn't really set up for that. There is a table, but no real chairs that could be used for dining outdoors. I suggest moving the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc.) to the back patio to store and then put a real outdoor table and chairs on the larger patio. This would allow for outdoor dining, which is one of the things we love about coming to Kauai. Otherwise, the unit was perfect and we really enjoyed our visit and can't wait to return. Aloha

The location was great. Nice community pool and BBQ. However, the property was in need of repair. Broken tv in one bedroom, smoke detectors missing or not working, microwave handle broken, missing light bulbs, cabinet pulls loose. The tv and microwave were never repaired while we were there. No discount was offered.

This is a nice condo. It is within the Regency Poipu Kai complex and has easy walks to a few beaches. 5 minutes walk to Brennecke's Beach, 8 minutes to Poipu Beach, or 12 minutes to Shipwreck Beach.
The complex has multiple pools. There was a pool with hotub and BBQ grills about 20 feet from the front door. There is staff around cleaning and maintaining pretty regular. The complex was very clean!
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this unit. Thanks!

My family had a wonderful vacation on Kauai in this great home! We had lots of space to hang out and not feel on top of each other, but plenty of ways to spend time together. Our kids are 6’ tall teenagers, so the room with two beds made their stay really comfortable.
It was fantastic to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen. We weren’t able to book a rental car, so we (walked and) got groceries to make meals at the condo (which had all the pans and dishes we needed and more) or walked to nearby Kalapaki Joe’s (0.2mi) and Pietro’s pizza (0.9mi).
The sidewalk/path to Poipu Beach Park and Shipwreck Beach were really convenient. Our oldest son was excited to have a body board and we all agreed that the beach chairs and umbrella made the afternoon so much nicer!
In the evenings, we watched movies and played board games together which made for a really relaxing and fun time. Thanks very much for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home and for having so many thoughtful items to make the time there really enjoyable!

Overall great stay, except one thing:
We arrived late one evening tired and ready to sleep but found the 2 pull out sofa beds (which we needed for our family) dirty and full of crumbs. We had a hard time finding the replacement sheets and mattress covers that fit the beds correctly. We ended up making do for that night, but we had to do a load of laundry that night to make the beds up for the next nights. It worked out fine, but it would have been nice to have had clean sofa beds for our kids to sleep in. Our numbers stated 7 guests so it was a given that we needed the sofa beds.
Other than that, no complaints! Everything else was clean, we loved the beach toys and equipment, the kitchen was well stocked, the location was perfect for a day at the beach, a hike in Waimea Canyon or an evening sunset stroll.

Regency at Poipu Kai unit 311 was such a pleasant surprise in so many ways. Besides the location, the condo itself is very spacious and we really appreciated all the upgrades, nice kitchen, furniture and comfortable beds. The management team at Poipu365 went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation which I really appreciate. They were very quick in replying to questions and making recommendations. The owners have done a great job in making the unit feel luxurious, the new TVs in every room and nice furniture felt nicer than a hotel.

Very nicely appointed, comfortable, upscale ground floor unit with plenty of privacy. Close (but not too close) to the pool and hot tub. The complex is well maintained. We were within walking distance to some of the best beaches in the area. This unit has two large bedrooms - one with two queen beds (we gave that room to our older teens to share). Bathrooms and kitchen are generously sized. The appliances are all newer models (quiet and efficient). Good WiFi and large televisions in each room. The unit shows real care and attention to detail and traveller comfort. When travelling to Kauai I will look for this or another unit by the same owner.

Nicely decorated condo. The location is perfect! The walk to the beach takes only a few minutes and it’s a pleasant walk. It is a beautiful beach with something for everyone. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach bag - they sure came in handy. Several pools are also close to the condo.
Without air conditioning, it got warm at night, even witht the fans There was often a nice breeze and the owner had left dowels so that we could keep the windows open a little but the condo management left us a notice asking us to keep all windows closed, even at night.
The lanai was a little on the small side for five adults altough there are tables in the pool areas.
We had a few great meals at Keoki’s Paradise which is a short drive from the condo. Try the Hula Pie!
The dishwasher wasn’t working while we were there. It seems that the owner had been having issues with it. As our vacation started on Labour Day, probbaly not easy to find a repairman. Doing the dishes by hand didn’t put a damper on our vacation though. There is so much to see and do in Kauai!
All in all, a nice condo and a great location!

We were really pleased when we arrived at the condo. It is part of a beautiful complex. It is superbly equipped and very well maintained. There were also complete instructions to ensure a very comfortable stay. In addition to all that the condo is a five minute walk from Poipu beach and very close some beautiful dining and shopping facilities. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.
