Comfortable, well-equipped condo with easy check-in. Good location, easily accessible to the beach, stores and restaurants. We appreciated the new towels and sheets as well as the pool/beach towels, plentiful hangers and the provided coffee! The condo had a musty smell, perhaps because the A/C wasn't up to par. The beds are on the firm side and the bathrooms are in need of upgrade. Overall we loved Kauai, the Poipu area, and had a wonderful stay.

Nice, well appointed condo. It’s located a fair distance from the beach and the tubs and shower doors need renovation, but the place is roomy and well appointed. We had a great time.

Spacious, modern condo in conveient, beautiful location. Condo complex was also beautiful and safe. We really appreciated the reserved parking right by the entrance. We only were 3 people, but you could very comfortably have 5 or 6 and still not feel crowded. Very nice stay!

The property has an assigned parking space washer and dry for long stays and a community pool to us if you don't want to take the walk down to the beach.

We enjoyed the proximity to Po’ipu beach and Koloa. The condo was clean and comfortable. A/C was a major plus!

The convenient location and spaciousness of this Poipu property made it perfect for two married couples to share. Also the kitchen was very nice and large. For the most part the unit was very clean, but the floors could have used a mopping before we arrived and spider webs in the lamps removed, etc. The second bedroom furniture also had a strange mildewy smell, but was otherwise comfortable for a stay in that room. It would have been helpful to have foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen since there was little in the way of lids for storing items in the fridge. I would rent this property again and/or recommend it to others.

We were every happy with this condo in Poipu. Super convenient location with a pool and jacuzzi, plus we could take a short walk to a great body surfing beach!

Thank you to Emma and David for sharing their beautiful vacation home with our family. This condo is very well appointed with everything you need to make vacationing in the tropics a home away from home. The beds (even the pullout!!) were super comfortable after a day at the beach, exploring, hiking, site seeing, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in, the condo was spotless and welcoming, beach gear is provided, a drying rack for wet clothes/towels, location couldn't be better. We really loved the pictures of local sites that are hanging throughout the condo, having a desk to setup our laptop, a dedicated parking spot, walking trails all around, and being able to open the front door with screen to capture the cooling crosswinds (no need for any AC here). There were even 3 flashlights available in the condo that we used when we experienced a power outage one evening. Emma and the local property manager (Parrish Group) were so responsive and helpful. Checking in and out went smoothly and it was a nice added bonus to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied for our entire stay. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying in this rental... we will definitely be back. Mahalo again to Emma and David for making our stay a very special and memorable one.

My family and I enjoyed staying in 114. It’s a corner unit, and there is assigned parking right out front. It was nicely decorated for a beach vacation and although it didn’t have air conditioning, there were fans. We left the sliding glass door open, along with some windows as often as we could to allow a breeze, which helped. The first night was the most uncomfortable since I think it hadn’t been aired out well recently. We would have liked a DVD player but didn’t find one there. There was, however, two boogie boards, sun shade and plenty of beach chairs for our family to use throughout the trip. The location was within walking distance to anything in Poipu. We enjoyed Little Fish Coffee Co. every day that we were there, which was just down the road. The view wasn’t great with the parking lot and road at the front of the condo, but the grounds were beautiful with tropical plants and trees throughout. The closest pool was the best of the two that we had access to, and there were other families with young kids as well that we would see regularly.
It was a nice place to stay for our family vacation.
