We arrived later in the evening but found the apartment easily. We had the code which made everyting go smoothly. The apartment was very clean and the patio has a beautiful view of the bay. There was also easy access to the beach and parking. There was a grocery store nearby as well as a rental shop for snorkling. We were able to walk right out to the bay and swim around, there were even a few sea turtles hanging out. The apartment had beach chairs for our use and the kitchen was well equipped. The Gazebo restaurant near the pool had some of the best food around and always had a line going out the door! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

Checked in late on Sunday to be awoken by security asking us to move our car because they had to do plumbing construction. Shower did not drain so we would shower then go outside to shower our feet off then only to have the construction company tape that off so then we couldn't rinse our feet off (which this is unacceptable in the first place). They dug a ditch right next to the patio and proceeded to move the patio furniture then we would move it back at night, only to have them leave their personal items on the furniture in the morning (when we did try to open the blinds for some light). The Jackhammer would start first thing in the morning right next to our bed. But that's not the worst of it. When we called Epic realty for explanation, they informed us it was an emergency and credited us $100.00 But next day when it was still taped off we went to the front desk only to find out that Epic Realty lied to us and that they had known for months that this project was planned. During the day we had to shut the blinds bc construction workers looked right into our room. Our beautiful beach front view room turned into a dark cave. When we demanded our money back, they said no. Completely ruined our entire trip. Just heartbroken over this. Do not rent this VRBO! Management company is deceitful and ruthless. I have photos I wish I could post. This kind of business gives VRBO a bad reputation

Really enjoyed this studio. It’s a great floor plan and feels very spacious. Views are the best. I have to say I was pretty surprised by all the additional fees. Hopefully we will return!

We had an unbelievable week here. Fantastic ocean views, falling asleep to the sound of the waves and fantastic snorkeling in both of the surrounding bays. A quick drive north to Honolua bay with a beautiful forest was amazing and then a quick drive south to Lahaina with amazing restaurants and shops on Front St. Will definitely be back. Mahalo

Check in was easy and fast. Parking was easy for us to find too and the fact that the beach (which is great for snorkeling and swimming) is just a (very short) walk away was amazing. I’m disabled and usually have a really hard time walking distances so a lot of the beaches on Maui were difficult for me to get to. But having a room just a few yards from the beach and a stunning view was truly great. The room was very clean and we loved the double shower as well as the Gazebo restaurant. There is a line every morning for a reason, the food and the service is spectacular. The line does tend to move slowly though, but the food is worth it. Just make sure the birds don’t steal from your plates lol the staff does their best to shoo the sparrows away but those cute little birds are determined at times. Everyone is very friendly too. We did have some plumbing being fixed at one point during our stay but we didn’t mind too much, we spent the day out and about just as planned and everything was done by the time we got back. It was super helpful that we were able to rent snorkeling equipment too since we lost some of ours to an unfortunate incident. There are also beach mats and chairs in the bathroom closet too that were very handy. All in all I would highly recommend this location and hope to be back again someday. I hope this helps!

There was no sun on the lanai, you had to go out on the lawn about 50 feet. The condo location was next to the public beach access, so lots of traffic. Also the wash station was next the lanai.
We thought we were in a wind tunnel, the wind through the shutters was really loud, especially when we were trying to sleep.
We did contact Epic Realty to upgrade and they had no condos available. We were there for a month and did not enjoy our stay.

Many of the buildings at NS don't have a close view of the ocean but this does. Unfortunately, this unit is right next to the access to the beach and shower. It's noisy, smelly at times outdoors and private. There's shuffleboard right out the front door, so there's the sound of breaking plates starting when it starts to get light. No noise rules in a.m. or p.m. We'd stay in a different part of the development next time.

You won’t find a better location for the value in west Maui. Walk out to the incredible views and enjoy your morning coffee. Newly updated walk out unit. Parking spot included. Easy check in process. Good communication with the manager. We did have issues with the internet and television but it was resolved within a day. But we weren’t too concerned with those as this was in such a great location and we wanted to enjoy all that Maui had to offer. The pool is also very nice and overlooks the ocean.

There was some construction the cut off the parking lot that is closest to the property, which increased the distance required to bring stuff from the car to the rental but it still wasn’t bad. The grounds are immaculate, and the unit is decorated tastefully. We were surprised with a package of pancake mix which was a welcome surprise. The Gazebo restaurant is right next to this building, and has a fantastic breakfast as well.

Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable. The unit was very clean. Excellent location. In fact, there aren't too many units at Napili Shores that are ocean front but this one is it. The waves are right outside your door.

Property is beautiful and perfect location. We enjoyed having our room so close to beach access.
The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. Property management is very responsive and professional. The A building can have a bit of noise early morning due to Gazebo restaurant having lots of foot traffic and people lining up for breakfast. The bed was very firm! Overall a great unit.

This was a fantastic place to stay! We wanted to specifically stay on Napili Beach (one of the best in Maui in my opinion) and were lucky to find such a gem. The room is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The condo has easy beach access and is right next to The Gazebo restaurant.
Kim was responsive and very helpful with all questions leading up to the trip. I would highly recommend staying here - we will definitely be back.

We arrived early and knew check in was 4 pm. We arrived at noon as housekeepers were finishing up cleaning. Still weren't allowed until 4. So we just sat there and waited. checked in at 4. In Hawaiian tradition, took off our shoes. As my wife was bent over her luggage in a chair (no luggage racks)I passed by her and gashed my leg open on the bed frame that sticks out much further than the mattress. Bandaged up at bed time I took off my white socks that were nearly black from the dirty floor. I called Epic Realty twice and both times they were very short with me and basically blew me off. I just wanted to prevent anyone else's injury. The rest of the place was clean and nice. We've stayed at Napili Shores many times over the past 30 years and have had great experiences but the owners of this unit aren't with the friendly community that the place has always had. People showering outside the sliding glass door all day is something renters should note. I really hope they do something about that bed. I sent them pix of my leg, socks and the beat up bed corners. It's obvious by scrapes that I wasn't the first injury.

Wonderful little ocean front condo. The description is certainly accurate. Very easy beach access. Could use some new light fixtures as the ocean air has pitted the existing with rust. Lots of activity off the Lanai as there is public beach access there and a shower for guests to clean the sand off. Would definitely stay here again.

The studio is great - just as described. We have been to Napili Bay before and were familiar with the area. The condo is lovely especially the kitchen (newer appliances) and bathroom (double sinks). Also we were able to see whales right from the lanaii (with binoculars - bring some!). As noted in a few other reviews, the condo is located by the shower for people coming from the beach into the complex so you hear those people when you are outside - not a big deal but better to know in advance. We hope to return in the future.

This is a beautiful little condo in a great location. It has been beautifully updated, sits right on the ocean and is right next door to one of the nicest beached in Maui. Its only a studio but was very clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. we'll definitely stay here again.

We spent 9 wonderful days soaking up the sun, walking the trails and snorkeling at the Napili Bay which is steps from the condo. The condo sits at the end of building A with a beautiful ocean view. It is next to the path that goes to the beach but a hedge provides privacy. The condo has a double sink and two headed shower in the bathroom which is a nice feature. There was a nice supply of towels for both the beach and general use. We had plenty of room in the main area which has a good kitchen space with a coffee maker, toaster and enough pots, pans, dishes, etc. We had to rent beach chairs and an umbrella but the condo had a cooler. Kim, the owner, was very responsive to any questions or needs. There are two restaurants on the property, The Gazebo for breakfast(very popular) and The Kitchen for happy hour ( good Mai Tai) plus it is walking distance to the Sea House. The condo manual was outdated but Kim indicated it was being replaced. We hope to return again to this beautiful area of Maui.

The property management was excellent! The unit dissapointing. Refrigerator door opened every time the fleezer closed. Very cheap toaster that would not work. Very boring decor. Looks nothing like the pictures! Fridge and dishwasher doors damaged. Not even coasters provided for sweaty drinks. Very ill equipped all around and not worth whatis charged to stay here especially considering how well equipped other units are. Beware of renting this unit

We absolutely loved the location of the unit. Right on the oceanfront, with the most spectacular views. We could have stayed on that lanai forever. If I have only one complaint about the unit, it is about 3 feet away from where people wash he sand from their feet from the beach, granted it is separated by a fence and a bush, but you can hear people all hours of the day and night turning on that spigot and washing/showering, including loud kids. The public beach station is out of order so it seemed EVERYONE used that spigot. It could get a bit annoying, and takes away from what I thought would be a very private location, however it wouldn't turn me off from staying in this unit again, because the views are incredible. Too bad they can't build a brick wall instead of that picket fence.

From check-in to check-out our experience was perfect. Contact was easy with all questions being answered promptly by text or email. The condo (esp the new king bed) is beautiful. The location can't be beat. Who can ever get tired of the sunset over Molokai and Lanai every night from your patio? The condo was well-maintained, exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable. Also, the bathroom and shower were big with awesome water pressure.
The a/c was wonderful and very welcome during the times we needed it. All in all, the condo had all that we needed. My only suggestion though - it would be nice to have a liquid soap for use as hand soap in the bathroom. The very mini soap bar was not useful.
The remote control instructions for the TV were not accurate and it took us a while to work out how to use it.
We will most definitely recommend others stay here and we will do the same!! Thank you!

This is a great place to stay the property is clean, easy to get to, and most importantly right on the beach! The parking was easy and laundry was easily accessible. Great view of the beach, short walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets at night and rainbows in the morning. 100% recommend a stay here. Hopefully we will again in the future.
