We are thrilled to once again welcome visitors to our small slice of paradise. After the West Maui fire, we opened our home to a wonderful local couple, so it was not offered as a vacation rental during that time. They have now settled into their new home, and the condo has been refreshed and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Ryan has also personally stayed here while getting everything ready, and we are excited to share this special place with Maui visitors.
I'm Sue, and I would love to welcome you to our condo at Napili Shores. I have many years of property management experience and have also enlisted my son's good friend, Ryan, to help me host. Ryan has hundreds of top reviews and years of experience living and working in Maui. Together, we are always available to help our guests experience the best Maui has to offer.
From the lanai, you can watch the waves roll into Napili Bay, enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Pacific and Moloka'i, and during whale season you may even spot humpback whales offshore. Step directly from the lanai onto the oceanfront lawn, with the rocky shoreline just beyond and the sandy beach at Napili Bay only a short walk away.
The comfortable queen bed has a traditional mattress and is normally left down throughout the stay, just like a regular bed. It is built into a Murphy-bed system, so guests who want a little extra living space during the day also have the option of folding it away. Most guests simply leave it down and use it as a traditional bed throughout their stay. We are picky about mattresses and want our guests to sleep comfortably!

Sleeper Sofa: Nothing fancy and not used often. Best suited as an additional sleeping option for one guest. Please notify me in advance of your stay if you plan to use it so I can have linens prepared.
The kitchen packs a lot into the studio, with custom cabinetry, granite finishes, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave/convection oven, and a peninsula with seating for two.
The ocean-facing desk is one of my favorite features of the condo. It gives you a dedicated place to work, plan your day, or catch up on emails while looking directly out over Napili Bay and the Pacific.
The bathroom is stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. I also provide a generous starter supply of laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and toilet paper. Most guests find the starter supplies are plenty for a typical stay, but additional supplies can easily be purchased nearby if needed.
**NAPILI SHORES**
Napili Shores is a beautifully landscaped oceanfront resort in quieter West Maui, between Ka'anapali and Kapalua.
The condo is located on the first floor in the middle of Building A, with no stairs required. The Gazebo Restaurant, oceanfront swimming pool, shuffleboard court, and path to Napili Bay are all immediately nearby.
Napili Bay is one of Maui's most beautiful beaches, with a large crescent of soft sand that is wonderful for swimming, relaxing, paddleboarding, and light snorkeling when conditions are calm. Walk around the bay to Sea House Restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or happy hour overlooking the water.
Napili is quieter and less commercial than Ka'anapali while still putting you within just a few minutes of excellent restaurants, beaches, groceries, shopping, golf, and many of West Maui's most popular attractions.

One of the best ways to start your morning is to walk next door to the Gazebo for their famous macadamia nut pancakes, then follow the nearby path to spend the day at Napili Bay or explore nearby Kapalua. If the line to sit inside the restaurant is daunting, you can call and order carry-out or go in the back door to order carry-out and enjoy your meal on your own lanai.

**CHECK-IN/OUT**
The condo is self-check-in with an electronic keypad. Detailed arrival instructions are normally sent approximately one week before check-in.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m.
Check-out is anytime before 10:00 a.m.
There are no keys to pick up or return.
**LAHAINA FIRE**
Napili Shores is located well north of historic Lahaina and was not damaged by the 2023 wildfire. Napili, Kapalua, Kahana, and Ka'anapali continue to offer beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities just minutes from the condo.
Your visit also makes a meaningful contribution to Maui's local economy and the many residents whose livelihoods depend on tourism.
**MAJOR USA HOLIDAYS**
Reservations checking in/out ON THE DAY OF Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (12/25), New Year's Day (01/01), Easter, or July 4th may be subject to an additional cleaning surcharge to provide my housekeeper holiday pay. If you check in/out the day before or after, there is no surcharge.

The unit is clean and very spacious for a studio. Right on the water with a perfect lanai for eating or having morning mimosas. (We spent lot of time enjoying the view from the lanai)
Sue was very attentive and ensured day 2 that everything was to our liking.

Added bonus of being near the pool but not too close. Having the Gazebo restaurant right next door. And the restaurant at Napili Shores is great, especially the added tiki bar.

The place is a little small-it's a studio that has basically everything except the bathroom in one room. Normally I don't think I would want such a small place. However, it's wonderful. The condo is literally right on the water-one of the best snorkeling beaches full of turtles. There is a jacuzzi, a little restaurant 30 second walk. Also, Sue has stocked the condo with everything we needed for cooking. You could tell she put a lot of attention on making it comfortable. Thank you, Sue for a wonderful time!

You cannot beat the views you get from this property. We have stayed at Napili Shores before and fell in love with the place. This time we had booked our room through the resort but then needed a room for my parents and found this gem on VRBO. Now we will go back here each time.
This was the perfect place, so relaxing and serene. We loved the lanai and the lawn in front, it was like our own private backyard. Walk 100 steps to pick up a great breakfast at the gazebo restaurant to take back and eat in your own space.
The room had all that we needed and then some. It was nice having condiments and spices left from previous visitors. It makes sense since you usually don’t have enough time to use all of what you buy. There was a washer and dryer in unit which was a huge plus. There is ac but we didn’t need it with the nice breeze at all times. You can sleep with it opened up, totally safe, and be lulled by the sound of the ocean. While we didn’t love the sinks, and thought if the huge desk was downsized it would make the bed much easier to maneuver around, it didn’t impact us enough to matter. We loved it here! We are already planning for the next time. The only place I will now stay in Maui.

This property was very private and quiet. The view was amazing. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condo was updated and looked like the pictures. The murphy bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I found awkward was the kitchen sink. The design makes it difficult to wash dishes. I would definately rent this condo again.

The studio condo was clean and had an unbelievable view of the Napili Bay. It had a washer dryer which was great for our beach stay. The only changes I would make would be that the condo needs updating and should remove some bulky furniture and awkward bulky sinks to use the small space better.
