We were very pleased with the condo at Regency at Poipu Kai. It was in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved our stay in Poipu!

Luxuriously quiet condo in a perfectly situated location to access the pool, ocean fun and shopping. Relaxing in the spacious condo was a dream with each room having a large tv and comfy beds! We made good use of the big & well appointed kitchen & dining room during our lengthy stay in the Regency at Poipu! Our gracious host was easily accessible when we had questions, as well. We shall stay in this exact spot in future trips to Kauaii, for sure!

We absolutely loved the condo. Perfect location for all our needs. Short walk to the beach. We could walk to many restaurants and shopping area. We loved that their was a local fruit/veggie stand within walking distance also. Very nice place to stay

We had a great time at the property. It was very clean and quiet. The drive to Poipu beach and Shipwreck Beach only take a few minutes in either direction so it's in a great location.

We are a family of 4 including 2 adult children, and this place was perfect for our week long stay in Poipu, Kauai. Very clean and spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen itself amazed us with several sets of flatware, many dishes, everything you need and more. Even things you don't really expect like a first aid kit, extension cord, charging cables, food storage containers, etc. were all available for use. The washer/dryer are full size, and that really helps with a family of four and not wanting to spend too much vacation time doing laundry!
The location is practical being right on Poipu Road, a 10-15 walk to the beach, and a short walk/drive to many stores, restaurants, and other amenities. We weren't disturbed at all by any noise, and the neighbors we did meet were friendly and welcoming.
The rental is exactly as described on the VRBO site, and Susan was very easy to communicate with, offering prompt, reasonable, and informative responses for the entire process from booking to checkout. Mahalo Susan!
It's difficult to express anything negative about our stay, but to be complete we could be nitpicky and say that the toilet seat artwork wasn't to our taste, although smaller children may like it, and the assigned parking spot was very tight, especially with a large van next to us during our stay. Also, the rental faces away from the parking lot, so it's a little bit of a walk to get from the parking spot to the door, for anyone with mobility challenges.
In summary, we were very happy staying here and would not hesitate at all to return. We recommend it to anyone planning on a vacation staying in Poipu.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. The beds were very comfortable; having A/C was a must; the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to cook and BBQ; and it was nice that we were able to watch Netflix when we needed some down time! The property was beautiful to walk through as well, and we loved having access to the pools also. Having access to what we called the "beach closet" in the condo was a HUGE saving grace too! The beach cart, coolers and umbrella were absolute necessities! And the fact that the freezer made ice seems like a small thing until you need to keep a cooler full of snacks, drinks and lunches cool on the hot beach! It was a short 10 minute walk to the the beach where we saw sea turtles each day we were down there, as well as sleeping monk seals a couple times! We also found this area to have the best snorkeling. The location gives easy access to many places to eat, a couple small groceries and plenty of great shopping as a tourist. Costco was only about 20 minutes away (which had the same pricing as on the mainland!!) where we stocked up the kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out quite as much... teenagers eat a lot!! And finally Susan was easy to communicate with when we had questions. She responded right away, which we appreciated and felt like a gracious host. My only recommendation for her is that we didn't have enough toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion for our 10 day stay. It wasn't a big deal to buy some, but I believe toilet paper should be included, and since it was advertised to have these toiletries I expected to not have to buy them. Otherwise, we all loved staying at this condo and would highly recommend it! Given an opportunity, I would definitely stay there again!

This property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. The location was fabulous. A quick and easy minute to beautiful beaches and food establishments. Will stay here again if traveling to Kauai!

We really loved the lay out, the high ceilings, the light from the windows, the large well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, the beach equipment and the wagon!!!! The wagon was the best! The extra supplies that past guest left like plastic wrap, foil, spices and things like that are really an added bonus.

Great location, easy walk to beaches and restaurants. It is a little close to the road so there is a little road noise but the wind in the palms and roosters are usually more prominent!

We had a lovely vacation in Kauai. The condo was clean and well equipped, with a great location. The master bed was so comfortable! We were near all of the attractions on the south end of the island. Walking trails, beaches, dining, shopping, and day trips were all close. The only thing missing was a great view. The condo faces a busy street (blocked by a tall hedge), so sitting outside wasn't the greatest. While the furniture was artistic, it wasn't the best for renters. I would rent here again.

We were very impressed with the property. It was larger than we expected and came with everything mentioned on the listing plus more! Can’t forget about the chocolate macadamias and cookies…. Sooo thoughtful!
Susan was a great communicator and accommodated our late checkout cause we had a boat tour that didn’t get done until 1:00 pm. Definitely putting this one on list to rent again.

We much enjoyed the unit, and appreciated having plenty of kitchen utensils, herbs/condiments, beach toys/supplies. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. Within walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu beaches on nice safe path.

Communication between the property manager and I was easy. Check in was easy. The location is ideal for those looking to relax and be away from loud areas. Great kitchen appliances and the bedrooms are SO great! Beds are comfortable. I traveled with an infant under 2 and he loved walking around and exploring the environment. I will be back again.
The parking stalls are a bit tight, but that can't be helped.
