This is our dream vacation home on the garden island of Kauai! Our beautiful complex has a lovely pool overlooking the ocean and a well-maintained tennis court. The complex is adjacent to Lydgate park, which has a playground, disc golf course, protected swimming with lifeguard and picnic tables. Just as close is the 18-hole Wailua golf course. And it's only a one-minute walk to the beach or to the coastal bike path.
Our nicely renovated unit is 740 sq. ft and is on the ground floor with no steps up or down to the doors. It has a fully stocked kitchen and 1 1/2 baths - fabulous if you are sharing with another couple or family. Relax on the lanai in our comfy new (March, 2023) steamer lounge chairs or at our new (March, 2023) patio dining set, and watch the sunrise or listen to the waves with a glass of wine. It's an end unit with extra windows for cross breezes.
The newly-carpeted (March, 2022) and newly-painted (March, 2023) bedroom has a very comfortable mattress and the pull-out sofa in the newly painted (September, 2022) living room will accommodate another couple or children. We also provide 2 twin air mattresses in case you need additional sleeping options. The dining table is perfect for meals or games and puzzles.
Our unit is one of the few in the complex with its own washer and dryer, which were new in April 2022, and which will save you valuable vacation time and money! There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom as well as a box fan. There is no A/C in the complex. Pets are not allowed in the complex.
We've stayed in many condos in Kapa'a and this is the only one we chose to buy. You will not be disappointed!
