We stayed for a week here at this stunning condo. It was my husband and I and our children (10) and (12) - It was perfect for our family, central location to shops, beaches and fun! The condo is steps away from the pool and we loved the daily visits by the island cats outside on the patio. We will be back!

Talk about a great place to stay. Words can't fully express how great this property is. From the wonderful layout of the unit to the views. This unit is more than comfortable for four guests. A short walk to the pool, and just past the pool is the ocean. With the golf course just down the road one way and one of the great swimming beaches just up the road. This was a great place for my wife and I to enjoy the island and what it has to offer. Leaving the property and driving either way across the island, you are in easy access to both great restaurants and grocery stores. We will return.

The property exceeded all expectations. My mom, niece, and myself had a wonderful time. The condo unit is mere steps away from the pool. The breeze coming off the ocean easily cooled off the unit, making the lack of air conditioner an afterthought. While it is unfortunate that the beach right off the complex is unsafe for swimming, a safe swim beach is a short 5-10 minute walk down the path from the unit. Overall, I would highly recommend this property, especially for visitors who are renting a car and want a central location so they can explore both the north and south sides of the island.

The location, the set up, the thoughtfulness in all that is provided make this a wonderful and very comfortable place to base yourself on a trip to Kauai. We so enjoyed our time there that we felt sad to leave.
In our experience, it is unusual to have such conscientious and attentive hosts. That attention to detail help create a memorable experience.

The villa was exactly as described. Kitchen had just enough food prep items available, all in great condition. Since the unit is on a corner and 1st floor, be aware that there is a walkway that is outside of the property. The pool located close to the unit and the ocean is just a bit farther away. Overall, a great place on a beautiful island!

It was close to everything we wanted to do in Kauai. It had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. We couldn’t swim on the beach but it was nice for long walks. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in Kauai. The property is absolutely gorgeous right on the beach. There is a trail that takes you to a swimmable and snorkeling beach that is a very short walk away. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained. Our only regret is we didn't cook much at the condo. Other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful!

We loved the condo. The location was perfect and they actually had a stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, and that can be hard to find. Kim and Mike were quick to respond to any communications we sent to them. And again the location was just fabulous.

Perfect location. In the middle of everything - we traveled to the west side for a day, then the south, then north to see all the beautiful places. Spent sunny days right by the condo- easy access to the pool and beach. Nice walk to Lydgen Beach- spent a day there as well. Great food and drinks everywhere. Friendly people. Would love to return some day...

Week we stayed was mostly windy and rain along with road construction traffic wasn’t ideal but loved the condo and hope to return.

Checked in with ease to this perfectly located property. House was lovely, just as advertised. The pool was just out the back door, it had nice furniture and was sparkling clean. We walked to Lydgate beach. The tide pools there were a nice place to swim. We hit up the Safeway and cooked our breakfasts at home every day. Grilled some steaks one night as well. Just really enjoyed all Kaua’i had to offer. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space with us.

We have stayed at many condo resorts in Kauai over several years. This is BY FAR our favorite and most memorable stay largely due to the excellent accommodations this condo and it's owners have to offer. The location is perfect, absolutely spotless, private/quiet and secluded off the highway, every detail down to the kitchen utensils and appliances are top notch, the bed is comfy, and the layout is perfect.. the views and proximity to the beach and pool were amazing. We are already planning our next reservation for next year and cannot wait to return to this little slice of heaven on our favorite island in Hawaii!! Thank you Mike and Kim!

Property was very nice and clean. It was centrally located in Kauai meaning nothing was too far away. Great views just outside the back door with easy access to the beach and plenty of space inside the property (especially the kitchen). Only complaint was lack of A/C which is common on the island just not used to it, but all the fans helped!

Very comfortable and clean. Very well appointed. It was very warm that week so we missed air conditioning but trade winds made the evening comfortable. Lots of chickens that would come up as soon as we went out to lanai. The only issue we had was the people on the unit above us were very noisy.....sounded like they were always moving furniture around. This property was very centrally located for everything we wanted to do.

nice, clean, comfy, well equipped condo next to a quiet secluded beach, a perfect place to watch sunrise and enjoy a morning walk. The host is very responsive and thoughtful, keep in mind the needs of visitors. This place has fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer with detergent provided, and beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board. The host also provided recommendations for things to do, places to visit and eat in the binder. Other than a few minor things: when we arrived, the bedsheets and towels were still a little damp, then there was a water leak under the half bathroom sink but the host was very responsive and got it fixed ASAP, we enjoyed this little condo that feels like home.

The condo is spacious and has all the amenities. 1 1/2 bathrooms is a plus but the bath tub was not cleaned well. Bedroom sheets are worn out and of poor quality. Since there is no air conditioning, bedroom can get hot. During our first day, it so happen that a pest control inspection was done. Then the following day the owner said that somebody is coming for a window upgrade. I found that upsetting why when the place is occupied they have to do those. Location is far from everything. Transportation is a must to move around.

My family and I loved the location of the rental not only on the island but location for the property. Easy access to the beach and pool with a great walking trail. Parking was ample and accessibility to the main road to get around was perfect! The property offered everything you will need and the mornings on the Lanai were perfect. Great place for families and couples.

We love this property! Right by the pool and the beach is right there; minutes from Lihue and to Kapa’a! Near everything, yet feels secluded. Also, the crosswinds created by a corner unit and having washer/dryer should not be underestimated. We want to go back already!

The condo was quiet, safe, & close to stores. The afternoon ocean breezes cooled off the interior. Location is perfect for snorkeling in nearby Lydgate Park. The walking & bike path is excellent in fron of condo goes on for 8 miles.

Amazing condo, perfect for our small family of three.
The location is great! Right on the beach for easy beach play access or a stroll. Then a four minute walk up the path to Lydgate State Park for a protected snorkeling spot, with a lifeguard, and a beach for boogie boarding. Enjoyed being on the east side for easy access to day trips to both the north and south shore activities.
The condo was well equipped for cooking and using the on-site BBQ grills. King size bed was comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was nice to have.
We greatly enjoyed having a ground floor condo with the grass right outside out the patio, felt like an extension of our living space and great access to the pool.

Located right on a beach and a quick drive to all Kapaa restaurants. The closest beach is great for lounging, a two minute walk, and I never saw more than six people on it. Although the beach was a little rough for swimming, a ten minute walk along the paved trail takes you to Lydgate park with safe swimming. The condo kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfy, and the owners are very responsive.

At the risk of sounding like a real estate agent, location, location, location. Although the Kaua’i is a small island the condo is perfect. Close to the airport and centrally located to head north, south or west to explore all the island has to offer. The condo was perfect too. The whole place was well appointed and very clean. Kitchen was great. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. Especially enjoyed being able to have breakfast on the first floor patio with the view and feeling of spaciousness. Prior to our trip the owners were very responsive and accommodating with questions we had. Our first time to Hawaii and will definitely be back. Will want to stay here again when we return.

Very quiet and secluded which made it nice to relax around the pool and for sleeping at night. Everything around the resort shuts down by 10:00 PM at the pool and there is no loudness going on. Mike and Kim the owners of condo were excellent help! Whenever I had questions they were there immediately to help! If I ever go back we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Mike and Kim!

This condo is all about location! The complex is located on the coast, with great access to the rest of the island. It is between two parks so the beach is great for long beach walks and had surprisingly few people on it. We loved taking the sand chairs and umbrella down to the beach for reading, walking and playing (carefully) in the water. The condo itself is steps from the pool and a few more to the beach. It is on the ground floor, tucked away from traffic. It stays cool and the airflow is lovely. The furniture is comfortable, as is the bed! The kitchen is well stocked, with all of needs met. We were very happy here and found the owners to be extremely responsive in their communication. Of note, the condo complex is well-maintained—a quiet oasis for relaxation. So grateful we found this little gem. Thanks!

This condo is in a great location! Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The property is ocean front and the beach is beautiful but it’s probably not the best for swimming. It may have been the time of year that we visited but the beach in front of the property was always high tide and rough waves. But if you walk just 7mins down the path to Lyon’s gate park there are 2 ocean lagoons protected from the rough surf.
The location is perfect about half way between Princeville/Hanalei and Waimea. The complex is quite and peaceful minus the expected roosters. We had a great time and would 100% stay here again.
