We had a very nice stay at this beachfront condo. Great view and well kept grounds. The unit was clean. It was a bit tight for a family of 4, but as advertised.
Nice location and especially close to Smith Family Luau, which we enjoyed.
Lots of chickens on the grounds, which were loud in the mornings.
Overall, great stay.

Quite comfortable and a prime location for ocean views. Just above the pool which was extra nice to enjoy the flaming tikis. Condo was just as pictured,, extra fans provided additional air circulation. We had beach chairs and towels provided.We dined on the lanai balcony with padded chairs, and reclined on the relaxing lounge chairs. Impeccable grounds, superb location from airport and Costco. Will gladly return to this same unit. We truly felt the Aloha spirit!

The unit was on par with other condos we've rented on the islands in the past. Everything worked and it was clean, though I could write my name in the film on the coffee table glass. If you like to cook, the cutlery was also on par with other condos, i.e. atrocious. A paring knife and bread knife from a Henkels Twin set were the best pieces, the provided sharpener was worn out and no help on the larger pieces. Bring your own chef knives. You'll probably find enough cookware to muddle through. There are two 3-burner Weber grills on the property, which saw a lot of use. We did enough grilling and smoking over the summer that we didn't use them during our stay.
There are two baths, which is unusual and appreciated, even with only two staying there. The unit is not as large as the pix at VRBO seem, not a criticism; it was plenty large enough for the two of us, just adjust your expectations.
Unlike other places we've stayed, the provided key code is for the key pad is built into the door's deadbolt. One less thing to worry about losing at the beach; it took about a day to memorize the code. There is a coded key lockbox for a physical key near the door, but it's not used, at least not by guests.
The view from the unit was magnificent: pool in foreground, then wide well kept lawn bordered by palms, then the south end of Lydgate beach, and the ocean. Nice to have the beach so close, that's a bit of a luxury. The pool was kept very clean.

Loved my morning walks on the secluded beach as well as the bike path right in front of the unit. The complex sits back from the main road and feels secluded with the golf course on one side and the state park on the other. We would definetly stay in this unit again.

Superb! Pics do not do justice. Location fantastic. Ocean front, well maintained, all essentials plus extras in condo. Condo beautifully decorated, super clean. Relaxing, oversized lanai to enjoy sunrises. Walking/bike path adjoining property goes for miles plus beachfront for the beachcomber. Lyngate Park and beach with lifeguard a short walk away. Definitely returning.

We loved Kaha Lani 310. The property manager was wonderful to work with and the condo was very welcoming with lovely furniture and updated carpet. It felt so clean and like home. The kitchen had everything we needed and a lot of counter space. We ate our meals on the lanai, enjoying the sound of the waves. (Please don’t feed the birds on the lanai! Our neighbors did and it was not very peaceful at times). The new bed in the master was so comfortable. It was also great to be able to walk to Lydgate Beach and Kamalani playground for my kids. We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave!
