A delightful complex low-rise buildings cascading down the hillside to the ocean. Enjoy walking the lushly landscaped grounds to the heated pool directly across from the ocean or a few minutes walk to Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. In the evening walk to great restaurants – Brennecke's Broiler overlooking the ocean or Kalapaki Joe’s. Many more dining and shopping options are within a 5 minute drive. Or enjoy making your own meals with our fully-stocked kitchen or the covered BBQ pavilion next to the tennis courts.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
While we strive to provide 5 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella and try to replenish the supply when needed, I cannot guarantee the type and amount of beach equipment that will be there when you arrive as these items get broken or misplaced, left at the beach or in rental cars and sometimes loaned to other vacationers. While I cannot absolutely guarantee it, an adequate supply is usually available. I recommend you check before renting equipment.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Please note our firm cancellation policy. We strongly recommend trip insurance. We specifically recommend CFAR trip insurance (Cancel For Any Reason coverage). CFAR trip insurance covers many instances not covered by more typical policies. We can offer sources where this coverage can be purchased. You can also purchase standard trip insurance right here on Vrbo.

The second bedroom has a unique and versatile bedding plan - one queen and one twin- an ideal arrangement for children of different ages, 2 adult couples traveling together or a nanny or Grandma! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and access to the second lanai and cable television.
