My friends and I loved this place! The photos do not do full justice. It’s so spacious and they literally have everything you could ever need (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything for cooking). Also the check out process was super seamless and didn’t require a ton of pre cleaning prep, so glad we stayed here!

We loved this property - it was perfect for our family of four. Spacious and well appointed with a beautiful outdoor deck to take in the pretty golf course and even a distant view of the ocean. It was a great location - easy to get to all the beaches in a short drive. Also close to the Poipu Shopping Village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

This property was absolutely perfect and it was exactly what we needed for our visit to Kauai. Very clean, location was within walking distance to a little plaza with a convenience store and restaurants. Poipu beach was also about a 5 min walk away. The photos online showed exactly what was offered in the property. The AC had gone out a few weeks before we arrived however the property manager sent us an email letting us know that they installed portable AC units throughout the house and they worked just fine. We were so pleased with the property and would definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Kauai. Mahalo Parrish Properties/ VRBO for a wonderful stay.

Need to ditch the carpet at family & dining room & go with tile. The many stains were undesirable thus creating a sense of uncleanliness; bummer!

Our family had the most amazing vacation here,. Beautiful house and well cared for. So many extras we didn’t expect, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The locals are so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be planning another trip here in the future.
